This study aims to identify the organization needs of PT Golden Eagle Indonesia to control and manage the data and information of operational transaction. The result of analysis is used as a base for developing a new integrated system that can be the solution for company needs and to face the competition. The activity inanalysis and design is focused in ticket reservation activities, as the main business of the company. These needs will be documented using unified modeling language. There is an expectation that this system will ease the company in doing their activity in ticket reservation. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error usually caused by manual process of transactional data storage.

Analysis and design of information system in PT. Maju Jaya Mulya is aimed to identify the organization needs in controlling and managing the data and information of operational transaction. The public service administration system at the government offices of the Kemiri village office in the Kemiri District currently does not have a computerized and integrated system. Because the system runs, residents who submit letters for administrative completeness, still use the Ms.Word / Ms.Excel application. of course has many weaknesses including human error, not neat in file storage, resulting in the lengthy process of searching and making a cover letter and required reports. The analytical method used in this study is to use PIECES (Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) analysis, the design of the model uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are web-based letter information systems at the Office of the Village Chief of Kemiri that can accessed using a local computer browser. Thus the information letter needed by the Kemiri Village community and more effective and efficient in making the letter.

The idea to design an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia arises because of the current information system is still very traditional and it has an enormous dependency to physical data. Designing of an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia is aimed to identify the organization needs in managing their business process operational related to current data of sales, production and inventory. The result from those processes is aimed to build an integrated system that can meet all of the organization’s needs in running their daily business process and facing the rivalry from the competitors. The method used in this paper is a survey, literature review, and analysis of current business processes in the company These needs will be documented by using unified modeling language. This information system makes all the current operational business activities easier with the more enhanced automation than the previous information system. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error, which is usually cause by the manual process and storage data of physical data.

Rental is a service provider that provides vehicle rental services. Currently, there are still many rental businesses that use manual systems for data processing which results in less efficient and slow work. Lack of information also makes it difficult for prospective tenants to find out the vehicle you want to rent. Making this application design aims to help facilitate ordering and information. This vehicle rental application will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which visualizes the modeling using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Then the programming language that will be planned is JAVA language, with the MYSQL database as data storage. Meanwhile, the application development uses the Netbeans IDE 8.2. This system will provide results in the form of rental information and ordering transactions to facilitate vehicle rental activities.

The C# and SQL Server 2005 will be used to design and develop the application and database for fulfilling the needs. This information system will ease the organization in doing their activity in selling and monitoring the stock. On the other hand, it will also minimize the data lost, which is usually caused by the conservative storage mechanism of transactional data.

This research was conducted to make it easier for parents to get fast and realtimeactivity information, plus the lack of data storage on student activity by caregivers. In this modern era, the development of technology is increasing rapidly so that everything is computerized, so the cottage needs to follow the development of this modern era, so that the work in the cottage will be easy and reduce errors due to human error. As technology develops, website-based applications for child monitoring have started to emerge, but parents are already using smartphones a lot, with the existence of Android-based applications, it is hoped that it can be used as a monitoring medium for children that can be accessed by all parents who leave their children at the Tafriijul Islamic boarding school. Ahkam Cikiray effectively and efficiently. This application uses the waterfall method and uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual modeling systems. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing the boarding school. The conclusion of making this application is to make it easier for the guardian of students to receive information on weekly, monthly, yearly activities and this system makes it easier for teachers at the Tafriijul Ahkam Islamic boarding school to provide information on activities, achievements, memorization of the Qur'an, violations of spp payments and payment of re-registration to parents, so the lodge does not spend a lot of money to provide information on student activities by letter.

Abstract   Analysis and design of information systems is performed to identify the company's needs in the management of data and information of the transaction the company's operations. Analysis and design of it will be used to build a new system that has been integrated and can answer problems–problems encountered. Activity analysis and design method using this Waterfall. With the information systems are expected to facilitate the activities of production, inventory management and purchasing company. Information systems also minimize data loss and human error (huuman error) that often occur due to processing and storing transaction data is done manually. The results of the analysis of the needs of the company will be documented using the unified modeling language.   Keywords: Desktop, Information System, Waterfall   Abstrak   Analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi transaksi operasional perusahaan. Analisa dan perancangan ini akan digunakan untuk membangun sebuah sistem baru yang telah terintegrasi dan dapat menjawab permasalahan–permasalahan yang dihadapi. Kegiatan analisa dan perancangan ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Dengan adanya sistem informasi diharapkan mempermudah kegiatan produksi, manajemen persediaan dan pembelian perusahaan. Sistem informasi ini juga meminimalisir kehilangan data dan kesalahan manusia (huuman error) yang sering terjadi karena pemrosesan dan penyimpanan transaksi data yang dilakukan secara manual. Hasil analisa terhadap kebutuhan-kebutuhan perusahaan akan didokumentasikan dengan menggunakan unified modeling language.   Kata kunci: Desktop, Waterfall, Sistem Informasi
