The crisis of values is pervasive resulting in adverse development in all walks of life. Misra, Srivastava and Gupta (1995) have found that present emphasis on personal growth as opposed to societal development, non-commital attitude, inconsistency in behaviour across situations, increase in violence, corruption, indiscipline and social tension have become parts of the contemporary reality experienced in everyday life of people. There is a progressive erosion of values resulting in public life. Educational institutions are no exception. A proper value system must be inculcated by educational institutions through educational process based on rationality, scientific and moral approach to life. It would be possible to serve the need of the hour through proper value orientation among teacher education programmes.

Abstract Michael Zürn's A Theory of Global Governance is a major theoretical statement. The first section of this essay summarizes Zürn's argument, pointing out that his Global Politics Paradigm views contestation as generated endogenously from the dilemmas and contradictions of reflexive authority relationships. Authoritative international institutions, he maintains, have difficulty maintaining their legitimacy in a world suffused with democratic values. The second section systematically compares Zürn's Global Politics Paradigm with both Realism and Cooperation Theory, arguing that the three paradigms have different scope conditions and are therefore as much complementary as competitive. The third section questions the relevance of Zürn's argument to contemporary reality. Great power conflict and authoritarian populism in formerly democratic countries generate existential threats to multilateralism and global institutions that are more serious than Zürn's legitimacy deficits.

Since difference and diversity are imperative and unavoidable among members of society; We must search for ways to communicate, reconcile, and unify general visions and head lines between the various members of society and its various components. And if the difference in subtitles and partially remains... then this is the Sunnah of Allah in his creation, here it is clear that the importance of dialogue mananers as ahonorable tool and has a great benefit in extending the bridges of communication and understanding, and hence the rapprochement and coexistence between individuals and members of the same society with their different ideas and intents. The prophetic sunnah has a plenty of beautiful hadiths and narrated sayings and doings of the Prophet (PBUH) and actual events in which the value of dialogue is manifested, as a system of interaction, a mechanism for understanding and coexistence, and as means to achieve mutual respect between members of the human community. And this research aims to scientific documentation for the concept of dialogue manners and to demonstrate its importance, its goals, its purposes and means of activating it in light of contemporary reality and emphasizing that the system of dialogue manners is a religious duty, a humanitarian interest and an imperative necessity.

Postcoloniality, which is essentially concerned with the transition and transgression of boundaries and borders, contextualises and defines liminality as an ephemeral concept that eludes pinning down. Liminality is continually involved in a dual process of evolving and subverting: dynamic in the sense of promoting the centre, but subversive in its destabilisation of the previous status quo. In the more recent novels by Coetzee (Slow man, Diary of a bad year, Elizabeth Costello), themes that are especially acute in highlighting the subversive nature of liminality emerge repeatedly: the threshold, death, proliferation and imitation. The problem investigated is: how is the concept of liminality developed in these novels? An examination of these novels in terms of the above-mentioned themes and various conceptual and theoretical elements shows that Coetzee encourages the reader to assume a liminal status, not only as reader of the texts but also in relation to contemporary reality. It is concluded that Coetzee uses certain themes that promote liminality, often in a subversive and deconstructive manner, to inform the reader and, thus, influence him or her to effect change in the contemporary world.
