This study aims to analyze the empowerment of former Indonesian migrant workers, especially in the potential of running small businesses. The research data were collected by interview and literature study and the data were classified and analyzed using SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis results are interpreted with a triple bottom line framework approach, which includes financing, environment, and social. The results of the study show that the migrant workers in Donomulyo district have sufficiently good capital in terms of financing, environment, especially in natural resources, and the social environment that allows business growth. One of the main challenges is human resources, ranging from entrepreneurial spirit to minimal managerial skills. Therefore, stakeholders must focus on programs that prioritize improving entrepreneurial skills and managerial aspects.

The management of the green supply chain aims to add practices to preserve the environment in the integrated network of supplies, in order to minimize the use of natural resources and to increase the use of the reuse of materials. The purpose of this article is to identify sustainable practices used by chemical industries of the Triple Bottom Line. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with mangers of medium and small business enterprises. Results show that sustainability is present in both; however, not fully completely obeying the sustainability tripod concept. The medium-sized company has a higher development of its environmental practices and could be considered as a focal company between the supply chain and their suppliers. Small businesses have to develop strategies, especially in terms of providing legal compliance to maintain their partnership with suppliers. None of them performed literature practices of a Green Supply Chain, but the first company, medium sized is ahead in terms of sustainable practices.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for batik products Besurek in Bengkulu city. And which strategy is best in determining the marketing of batik cloth of Besurek in Bengkulu city. Data collection methods used are literature study method and questionnaire by distributing the list to the respondents. The sample in this study is the assumption of an effective strategy to maximize the strengths and opportunities of small businesses and to minimize weaknesses and threats.Analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The data obtained from the results of the study will be analyzed strength, weakness, opportunities and amcamannya to the implementation of corporate marketing strategies in order to increase interest buyers batik cloth besurek. To determine the formulation of future marketing strategies, a merger of marketing strategy formulation is linked through the SWOT matrix.

Attitudes and behaviors are the unity of a person's character which is formed by habit everyday. Entrepreneurial behavior is influenced by internal and external factors. These factors are ownership rights (property right, PR), abilities / competencies (competency / ability,), and incentives while external factors include the environment thus Attitudes and behavior can be changed by oneself and / or there are environmental pressures / influences. there is an influence from within themselves and from outside the environment to associate then grow indi attitudes and specific behaviors. It is necessary to anticipate small businesses’ difficulties by conducting an empirical study  on  the  entrepreneurial  spirit,  entrepreneurial  values,  and  assessment  of entrepreneurial behavior that may affect the realization of independence efforts. This study  aims to  analyze the  influence of  entrepreneurial spirit  and entrepreneurial values on entrepreneurial behavior to create business independence. The findings show that the entrepreneurial spirit has a direct positive influence on entrepreneurial behavior and positive indirect effect on the business independence.

This study aims to examine consumer behavior, customer satisfaction and development strategies that can support or hinder the development of vegetarian restaurants Fortunate Coffee using SWOT analysis. Research with qualitative approach using an analytical process begins with a browse through all the data available from the following sources using literature study, internet media, interviews, and questionnaires.Findings from this study showed that a vegetarian restaurant Fortunate Coffee has many advantages that can support the development of, among other strategic place and cozy, reasonable prices, good service, taste the food was pretty good, and have the product in Samarinda recently sold in Fortunate Coffee vegetarian restaurant that is Bread Vegan. Through of the findingsstrength, weakness, opportunity, threats, then difomulasikan into the SWOT matrix and eventually found a few strategies, namely strategies SO (strength-opportunity) flavorenhancing its menu. ST Strategy (strength-threats) maintain selling prices to remain stable. WO Strategy (weakness-opportunity) held activities such as seminars vegetarian and exciting events. WT Strategy (Weakness-threats), an improvement in consumer promotions, the need for special training to waiters in service procedures, innovations in the form of home delivery.

Technology changes will always be for the better, not only to the end users but also to the intellectual property owners of the technology and the implementers of the technology. The objective of this paper is to study the feasibility and viability for entrepreneurs to become service providers for the dispensation of fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and supporting services such as aerial crop reconnaissance using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) or drones. The methodology used for this study is SWOT Analysis. Both primary and secondary data is used for this analysis. This study finds that paddy farming employing drones is feasible. The beneficiaries of this study shall be the government, by way of lowering financial cost to subsidise the paddy planting, the farmers who no longer need the services of migrant workers, thus saving production cost, and finally the drone service providers and their downstream business associates who can engaged themselves in very lucrative businesses.
