Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh tekanan teman sebaya terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik yang dimoderasi kecemasan menghadapi ujian. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 255 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik incidental sampling dari 3 perguruan tinggi di Malang. Instrumen penelitian adalah peer pressure scale, academic dishonesty scale, dan test anxiety inventory. Teknik analisis data adalah moderated multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan teman sebaya memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik. Sementara itu kecemasan menghadapi ujian tidak memoderasi pengaruh tekanan teman sebaya terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik.Kata Kunci: Tekanan teman sebaya, ketidakjujuran akademik, kecemasan menghadapi ujianAbstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer pressure on academic dishonesty is moderated by test anxiety. Subject in this study amounted 255 student in Malang are scattered in three high school that are using incidental sampling technique. The instrument of this study using peer pressure scale, academic dishonesty scale, and test anxiety inventory. The result of this study indicated if there is significant effect of peer pressure to academic dishonesty. The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

This thesis is concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among learning strategy, learning motivation and the seventh grade students’ speaking ability of SMP Negeri 03 Muaradua OKUS. The problem of this study is to investigate the correlations among learning strategy, learning motivation and speaking ability. The total number of the population was 76 students. The sample for this study was 52 students taken through cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting questionnaire for learning strategy and learning motivation, and a test for speaking ability. Data were analyzed by using r-product moment and multiple regression.  Findings show that there are significant correlations among learning strategy, learning motivation, and speaking ability. Conclusions suggest that learning strategy and learning motivation have significant correlations with speaking ability.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the influence of principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) the influenceof compensation on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influenceof principal leadership and compensation simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents and were analyzedby using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP NegeriatBabatSupat sub-district, MusiBanyuasin Regency, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used was probability sampling by using the Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between compensation on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between principal leadership and compensation on teachers performance.

Abstrak. Perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik bertentangan dengan norma, nilai pendidikan karakter serta agama. Salah satu bentuk perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik yaitu menyontek. Ironisnya pelaku penyontek tidak menyadari perilakunya sebagai kesalahan. Iklim sekolah yang kurang kondusif cenderung dipersepsikan secara negatif, diduga menjadi penyebab siswa leluasa melakukan ketidakjujuran akademik, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya pencegahanya. Hipotesis, ada hubungan negatif significan persepsi positif terhadap iklim sekolah dengan perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XII SMAN Darul Sholah Banyuwangi sejumlah 120 siswa. Teknik sampling purposive sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan Perception School Climate Scale dan Academic Dishonesty Scale. Analisis data korelasi product moment. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan (r = -0,129, p = 0,015). Artinya, semakin positif persepsi terhadap iklim sekolah maka semakin kecil kecenderungan perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik dan sebaliknya. Pentingnya menciptakan iklim sekolah yang dipersepsikan secara positif dapat digunakan sebagai upaya mencegah terjadinya ketidakjujuran akademik seperti menyontek.Kata kunci : persepsi; iklim sekolah; ketidakjujuran akademik  Abstract. Dishonest behavior is very contrary to the norm and religion values. One of academic dishonest behavior is cheating. Unfortunately the cheaters do not realize their behavior as an error. A less conducive school climate tends to be perceived negatively and it is suspected to be the reason students are free to cheat when doing academic dishonesty, so necessary to prevent it. The subject is the XII Grade students of Darus Sholah Banyuwangi Senior High school as much 120 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Instruments used are Perception School Climate Scale and Academic Dishonesty Scale. Data analysis uses product moment correlation. Results is a significant negative (r = -0,129, p= 0,015), the more positive perception of the school climate, the smaller tendency of academic dishonesty behavior and vice versa. The importance of creating a school climate that is perceived positively can be used as an effort to prevent academic dishonesty such as cheating.Key words : perception, school climate, academic dishonesty

The duration of study for Credit Semester System or Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) students is 2 years at the earliest and 4 years at the longest. This condition can cause students to commit academic dishonesty for fear of failing to get good scores. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between fear of failure and academic dishonesty in high school students who run in the SKS format using correlational quantitative research methods. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research subjects are high school students who run the SKS for at least 1 year and the numbers are 186 subjects. The data collection method used a modified scale and a combination of the Academic Dishonesty Scale and the Academic Dishonesty Instrument and the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI) scale. The results of the data analysis test using the Pearson product moment method showed that there is no relationship between fear of failure and academic dishonesty in high school students who run the SKS. The correlation coefficient is 0.99 and the significance is 0.178 (p > 0.05).   Keywords: Academic dishonesty, fear of failure, high school students running the SKS

This thesis is concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among self-confidence, learning motivation, and speaking ability of the eleventh grade students of State Vocational High School 1 of Talang Ubi PALI. The problem of this study is to investigate the correlations among self-confidence, learning motivation, and speaking ability. The total number of the population was 226 students. The sample for this study was 34 students taken through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting questionnaire for self-confidence and learning motivation, and a test for speaking ability. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. The data analysis shows that r_yx1x2 = 0.516 with r^2= 0,267 and p-value is 0.008. This value is lower than  0.05. This is significant. So, Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. Conclusions suggest that there are significant correlations among self-confidence, learning motivation, and speaking ability of the eleventh grade students of State Vocational High School 1 of Talang Ubi PALI.

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of teaching experience on teachers’ performance; 2) the an effect of training on teachers’ performance; and (3) the effect of training on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study was 703 State Senior High School teachers in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. The sample in the study was taken by using purposive sampling technique; thus, the sample of this study were 160 teachers. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of teaching experience on the performance of teachers; 2) There was an effect of training on the performance of the teachers; 3) There was an effect of teaching experience and training simultaneously  on the performance of teachers.

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

Adolescents are currently in the midst of technological sophistication, which is very helpful for its development. On the other hand, many adolescents are trapped in the problem of technology addiction. Adolescents are the most age group who experience problems with the use of technology, including online games. Online game addiction is the loss of control over the use of online games, which makes other daily activities are disrupted. Online game addiction in adolescents have an impact on several aspects of life, such as health aspects, psychological aspects, academic aspects, social aspects, and financial aspects. Lack of understanding about the risks of online game addiction can get adolescent stuck in online game addiction. This research aims to describe high school students understanding about the risks of online game addiction. The sample consisted of 255 high school students selected by proportional random sampling technique. Data was collected using a scale measuring understanding of the risks of online game addiction. Data analysis used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that high school students understanding about the risks of online game addiction was included in the moderate category with an average score of 198,48 and an achievement score level of 55,14%. Therefore, school counselors must to improve high school students understanding of the risks of online game addiction.
