This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, training and communication on employee performance at PT Multi Jaya Samudera. This research was conducted at PT Multi Jaya Samudera which lasted for 4 (four) months, starting from November 2019 to February 2020. This study uses a quantitative associative method with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The sampling technique used is the census sampling. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera as many as 95 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from organizational culture, training, communication and employee performance variables. Descriptive analysis results for organizational culture variables, training, communication and employee performance at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera is in the good category. Based on SEM analysis, organizational culture, training and communication have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera. The contribution of organizational culture, training and communication variables explained the employee performance variable by 0.749 or 74.9%. The remaining 0.251 or 25.1% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana. This research was conducted at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana which lasts for 6 (six) months, starting from August 2019 to January 2020. This study uses a quantitative associative method with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula. The respondents of this study were employees at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana as many as 98 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data on variables of emotional intelligence, work environment, organizational commitment and employee performance variables. Descriptive analysis results for the variables of emotional intelligence, work environment, organizational commitment and employee performance at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana, it is in the good category. Based on SEM analysis, emotional intelligence and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana. Contributions from the variables of emotional intelligence, work environment and organizational commitment explain variable employee performance by 0.818 or 81.8%. The remaining 0.182 or 18.2% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to find out the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and marketing capabilities on competitive advantage. The research population comprised Fish Processing Business in Semarang City. The sample was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The sample was 100 companies. The data were collected by a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using AMOS 24.0 analysis tool. The test results using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques indicate that the model is in accordance with population data. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship oriented , innovation and marketing capabilities had a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. Used by analyzer for example validity test, test reliabilitas, and hipotesis test use modelling equation structural (SEM).

The purpose of this study is to see whether recruitment, training, work experience affects job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive analysis and data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The sample of this study was 115 employees. The results show that recruitment, training, and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a full mediating effect (full mediation) between training and employee performance. This company can increase the variables that need to be used in the future.

Every organization certainly expects success. To achieve this success, organizations need quality human resources. Important factors that need to be considered in improving employee performance are leadership . Apart from good leadership , there are other factors that must be considered by agencies, namely organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is very important because it has a close relationship with employee performance. Many factors support the achievement of high performance, including the level of employee competenceowned in an organization concerned. Organizations will be able to produce good performance if there is a custom where employees not only do their main tasks, but also want to do extra tasks such as willing to work together, please help, advise fellow employees, participate actively, provide extra services and are willing to use working time effectively and efficiently. Respondents dal am this research is all employee PNS / ASN at the Department of Education Youth and Sports Buleleng number of respondents da lam this study determined 64 respondents using a sampling technique called stratifuard rondom sampling or serine g also called total each sampling. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of the SMARTPLS 3 program . 0 The results of this study show that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 2) Competence of employees affect positive and sig nifikan to k commitment of the organization , 3) Leadership positive and significant effect on employee performance , 4) Competence of employees positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance  Keywords: Leadership,  Competency , organizational commitment and employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. Data relating to research variables were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance, to determine the effect of the environment on business performance, and to determine the effect of social media on business performance. The population in this study are all SMEs owners in Jakarta. Non-probability sampling method will be used in this study with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The determined sample is 50 entrepreneurs who are business owners in the culinary field in the Kelapa Gading area who have been in business for more than one year. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of the SmartPLS application. Overall results of this study are, entrepreneurial orientation affects business performance, the environment does not affect business performance, and social media influences business performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha, untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan terhadap kinerja usaha, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap kinerja usaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik UMKM di Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 wirausaha yang menjadi pemilik usaha dibidang kuliner di daerah Kelapa Gading yang menjalankan bisnisnya lebih dari satu tahun. Pengolahan data meenggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Secara keseluruhan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha, lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha, dan media sosial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha.
