The article is focused on a regional marketing and the study of the role of public-private partnership instruments in terms of the development of the regional infrastructure of Russia. Improving the investment climate is the main condition for the success of the socio-political and economic development of the state. The authors analyzed the current economic conditions and the consequences of sanctions against Russia, as well as the dependence of the economy on foreign direct investment. The paper considers the economic situation of the regions of the Russian Federation under the conditions of sanctions by Western countries in the formation of import substitution. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms and methods of economic policy of the central and regional authorities of Russia in the use of tools and methods of regional marketing on the example of public-private partnerships (PPP), which help to attract investment to the regions and to the country as a whole, allowing finding additional financing, improving the efficiency of public investments.

In the Russian Federation, the problem of budget planning becomes especially relevant when the pace of economic development slows down. The article examines the features of the formation of regional budgets, using the example of the budget of the Republic of Dagestan. The analysis of incomes to the budget is carried out. The role of regional taxes in the formation of budget revenues of the Republic of Dagestan is revealed. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that the budgetary policy of the regions at the present stage of development of the Russian economies does not contribute to a further increase in the rates of economic growth. The article offers recommendations for improving the regional budgetary policy of the Russian Federation and increasing the responsibility of regional authorities.

Public-private partnership (PPP) in the conditions of the set strategic tasks by the President of the Russian Federation until 2030 can become one of the sources of attracting financial resources for implementation of the large-scale projects. In this regard, it is relevant to systematize the forms of PPPs and the scope of their application. Based on a study of different views on the essence of PPP, as well as taking into account the development of public administration in Russia, the author proposed the use of public-public-private partnership as a form of development of cooperation between the state, private business and society. The polyformism of PPPs is reflected in the presented classification. Based on the analysis of PPP development in the regional context, hypothesis on the correlation between the level of PPP and the socio-economic development of the subject of the Russian Federation was confirmed.

This paper examines the role of Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) in development in the West Bank, Palestine in the U.S.-Palestine Partnership (UPP) framework. Answering the question of how the role of the Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) in development in Palestine in the US-Palestine Partnership (UPP) framework and how the contribution of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) to development in Palestine, the author's thesis statement is that amid diplomatic and territorial disputes, The Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) as a public-private partnership becomes the main channel for collecting and channeling development assistance such as resources and private sector investment that can benefit the West Bank and bring prosperity to people Palestinians. While the private sector such as the Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) cannot do much to address diplomacy or security issues, the private sector can play an equally important role through the contribution of resources and investment to conflict areas such as Palestine to help economic development In the West Bank, Palestine.
