The purpose of this research is to answer the question and know the problems of implementation the knowledge sharing in an educational organization, that is in the school. This paper is will be explain the the best factors for implementation of knowledge sharing among teachers through website technology. this paper using research methods is study literature review. This researcher is using some previous research, using theoretical frameworks model and using existing research into knowledge management, the model has been constructed by combining, synthesizing and refactoring the factors, which have the most important effects in knowledge sharing using web technologies for the teacher. Knowledge Sharing and Total Quality Management, Enabler in the Knowledge Sharing Process, Investigation of Knowledge Sharing for Teachers, Knowledge Sharing Technology Model, Knowledge Sharing through ICT for Teachers, and Investigating Factors for Knowledge Sharing Using Web Technologies. This research is propose the best factor for successful implementation knowledge sharing among teacher are Task and Policy of Ministry of Education, individual, organization and technology

Organizations are operating in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. In such an environment an organization can attain sustained competitive advantage only through innovation. Innovation performance is the only effective yardstick that differentiates an ordinary organization from a world class one. Knowledge management is the process of creation and application of knowledge required for the attainment of organizational objectives. Total quality management stresses on continuous improvement to achieve organizational effectiveness. Despite the popularity of knowledge management, total quality management and innovation performance, empirical studies about the relationship between these variables is scant especially in Indian context. Present study attempted to find out the collective impact of knowledge management and total quality management on innovation performance in Indian IT industry. Data were collected from 219 employees working in 15 large IT organizations in Kerala by using simple random sampling technique. Results established that knowledge management and total quality management individually as well as collectively impact innovation performance. The significant influence on innovation performance is more when knowledge management and total quality management were combined. Results sensitize managers to create a differentiated management architecture that supports both knowledge management and total quality management simultaneously to foster innovation.

Quality of education prepares one to meet the challenges in the society and therefore, become economically productive, contribute to peaceful and independent societies and enhance individual well-being. In recent years, TQM and school climate has received worldwide attention and been adopted in many educational institutions, particularly in developed countries. However, in developing countries the amount of research is scarce into successful implementation of TQM and school climate. This study aims to investigate the relationships, between TQM and school climate with the key dimension of teachers’ student’s relationship, decision making, collaborative, teaching innovation and school resources to achieve high school performance. The purpose of this study is to highlight the concept of TQM in the field of educational institutions to achieve the quality in education. In order to understand the issue, this conceptual paper reviewed several published research papers and identify the TQM and school climate dimensions to make a conceptual framework. The main objective of this paper is to focus on the effects of total quality management on students’ academic achievement of secondary school students in Pakistan with better school climate.

Knowledge management (KM) has been gaining momentum as the means toward organisational growth. Recent literature also gives much prominence to emerging performance measurement (PM) systems for assessing performance. This chapter comprehends the concepts of integrating KM with PM, and in short, KM performance measures in organisations. It reviews the issues that surround KM/PM initiatives, and discusses the assessment criteria that integrate the philosophy and the principles of total quality management (TQM) with KM performance measures. Five KM/PM enablers/criteria are identified, namely 1) senior management leadership, 2) management by processes, 3) people development, 4) continuous improvement, and 5) results orientation. These concepts are constituted the development of an integrated knowledge management (IKM) model for assessing organisational KM performance. Future research could evaluate the efficacy of the IKM model, validate the key KM/PM criteria, and develop an implementation framework to foster the KM/PM efforts in organisations in different sectors.

During the last decades, both quality management and Knowledge Management (KM) have undergone a progressive evolution and have been associated with keywords such as competition, creativity, or innovativeness. Moreover, literature points to several commonalities between Total Quality Management (TQM) and Knowledge Management. The main aim of this chapter is to highlight the main commonalities, and to analyze how organizations may benefit from a dual strategic approach based on TQM and KM principles, and how integrated knowledge-based quality management system may benefit the “conversion” process of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, as well as the knowledge transfer/sharing process.

With the vast movement toward promoting and developing models, practices, and technological environments in the engineering domain, a need exists to facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination among its actors. Communities of Practice (CoPs) represent the natural and logical solution to answer these needs. In this paper, the authors propose a knowledge management process to exploit tacit and explicit knowledge in the engineering domain within the framework of a CoP of engineering. The approach used in this work introduces new elements in the Nonaka’s SECI model for knowledge creation. To validate the proposed process, a qualitative case study has been conducted on two CoPs, “CPsquare” and “The Cisco Learning Network”. It has been shown that CoPs and social learning impact learning as well as knowledge sharing. The use of web technologies and socio-technical approach in the management of knowledge is of high importance.
