This research aims to know and analyze the effect of social responsibility and intellectual capital both simultaneously and partially to company’s financial performance at state-owned enterprise (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research is quantitative and with the using secondary data. The total sample is nine companies which the research period is 2011-2015. Results show that simultaneously corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital influence the finance performance. Corporate social responsibility do not have effect while intellectual capital influence the financial performance partially.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, managerial ownership, and firm size on the financial performance of companies. Object of research is the consumer goods sub-sectors of manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2010 to 2013. Samples used in this study were 29 companies and the techniques used are saturated samples. The method used is quantitative. The data source used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).  Results of this study indicate that CSR, managerial ownership and firm size has no effect on financial performance, while the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance.

Purpose of the Study: This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables such as corporate social responsibility, leverage, and intellectual capital on dependent variables such as financial performance in banking sector companies indexed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Methodology: This review is adopted the descriptive statistics approach. While the hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis and simultaneous significance analysis. Secondary data collected through the purposive sampling method consisted of 85 samples from 17 companies. Main Findings: The results indicate that CSR has a positive effect on FP. While LEV and IC have no effect on FP. Debt withdrawal will not have an impact on the company's sustainability in increasing profits. In addition, the company also has a concern for the disclosure of CSR activities through the GRI, which can increase the company's profit. Implication/Applications: The results of this study can be used for financial practitioners, especially in the banking industry, to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, leverage, and intellectual capital on financial performance. Therefore, banking companies can make decisions based on the priority scale on the most influential variables. In addition, this research can also be a reference for academics and researchers who are interested in the issue of financial performance. The originality of the study: The results of this study are the latest studies that systematically and comprehensively discuss the financial performance of the banking sector based on several important factors.

This study aims to determine whether the financial performance measured by using CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR can affect the value of banking companies as measured by using PBV. This study uses secondary data taken from the annual report of banking companies during the year 2012-2016 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples of this study as many as 25 banking companies with a total of 125 data. This research method is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate the effect of CAR, ROA, LDR, BOPO, and CSR variables on firm value measured by using PBV in a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The aim of this research is to know the influence of corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital on financial performance. Theories used are stakeholder, legitimacy, and resource-based theory. This research conducted on trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The samples taken were 26 companies, by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collected through non-participant observation. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, and multiple linear analysis. Based on the analysis found that corporate social responsibility has no effect on financial performance. This indicates that the high and low disclosure of CSR will not affect the financial performance of the trade sector. The second hypothesis states that intellectual capital has a positive effect on financial performance. This indicates that the higher the intellectual capital, the higher the financial performance of the company. Combination of intellectual capital can enhance competitive advantage for companies. Tax Aggressiveness is action taken to minimize the expenses of the taxpayer receives tax payable. The more efficient the tax expenses of State revenues from taxes will also decrease. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Profitability and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in manufacture firms that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2013 – 2015. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year of 2013 – 2015, with a total sample of 29 manufacture firms for a total observation in this study a total of 87 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of a financial report and annual reports that downloaded via the official Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website. Data were analyzed using pooled data regression that processed using Eviews version 8.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-statistic test. The results obtained are profitability variable which proxied by return on asset (ROA) had a significant impact on tax aggressiveness. While corporate social responsibility disclosure variable which proxied by corporate social responsibility index (CSRI) and leverage variable had no significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data used are secondary data, namely financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's website during the period 2013-2017 which contain information about the ratio of banking financial performance (NPL, LDR, ROA, and CAR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Value Companies with Tobin's Q method. This study consists of dependent variables and independent variables. The dependent variable is the value of the company, while the independent variable is financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

 This study aims to determine how much influence Intellectual Capital, Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Ownership Structure have on the Company's Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 . This study uses secondary data. The method used in this research is pane l data regression analysis . This study used 34 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019 which were used as samples. The sample technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample using certain criteria. Data processing is done with tools Eviews. From this research, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance . (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Company Size on Financial Performance . (3) There is a negative and significant influence between Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance . (4) There is a negative and significant influence between Ownership Structure on Financial Performance . (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Intellectual Capital , Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Ownership Structure simultaneously on financial performance.

The main aim of this study is to investigate the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the financial performance of selected companies listed in the BSE, formerly known as the Bombay Stock Exchange in India. This study is purely based upon the secondary data collected from companies’ annual reports and sustainability reports for last three years ranging from 2016–2017 to 2018–2019. The results indicate that the involvement in socially responsible initiatives has a significantly positive effect on the financial performance of the firms. These findings provide insights to the management to assimilate firm’s CSR initiatives with its strategic business policies and, thus, to renovate the business philosophy from a traditional profit-oriented approach to a socially responsible approach.

Financial performance is an achievement obtained by companies, especially in the financial statements contained in financial reports for a certain period. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between intellectual corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate governance (CG) on financial performance in Islamic banking companies. This research is a quantitative research. Using purposive sampling. The population of Islamic banking companies is on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sample is 6 Islamic banking companies. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility, and corporate governance influenced financial performance. The conclusion is that the higher the intellectual capital, the higher the financial performance. The increased disclosure of corporate social responsibility shows an increase in financial performance. Implementation of corporate governance improves financial performance. Advice for investors and potential investors to see an increase in intellectual capital, disclosure of corporate social responsibility and corporate governance before investing to see the company's overall performance to benefit

Abstract- Factors known value of the company as follows. Factor financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility one that affects the value of the company. This study aimed to test whether the effect of Financial Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to Corporate Value on banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses descriptive quantitative approach, which is measured using multiple linear regression based SPSS 21.0. the population of this study is the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012 through 2014. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, with a sample of 17 banking companies, bringing the total observation in this study were 51 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection technique using the method of documentation via the official website IDX: www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis testing using t test. The research proves that (1) Financial Performance affect the Company's value in the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2014, (2) Corporate Social Responsibility positive effect is not significant to the Company's value in banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2014, (3) financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility collectively together have an influence on the value of companies in bannking companies listed on the stock exchange 2012-2014.
