HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI, KEMAMPUAN, KEDISIPLINAN, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA  DENGAN KINERJA MANDOR DI PT GREAT GIANT PINEAPPLE DEPARTEMEN PG 2 LAMPUNG TENGAH

The purposes of this study are to find out the level of motivation, ability, discipline, and job satisfaction, and their relationship with the performance of the foremen at PT Great Giant Pineapple Department of PG 2. This research uses a census method with 67 foremen and 19 section heads as respondents. Data collection was conducted in August to October 2019. Primary data in this study are motivation, ability, discipline, and job satisfaction, while secondary data used are foreman performance. The data are analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis method. The results showed that motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction of the foremen are in the very high category, while the foreman's ability is in the high category. Motivation, ability, and discipline have a positive and significant relationship with the performance of the foremen, whereas job satisfaction does not relate to the performance of the foremen. This study aims to determine tax revenue from the e-commerce sector during this pandemic. Sources of data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from informants who were taxpayers and tax authorities while secondary data were obtained from relevant written media, namely journals and internet sites. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the use of e-commerce during this pandemic was very high compared to previous years, but tax revenue itself actually decreased during this pandemic due to the economic downturn that hit various business sectors which had an impact on decreasing tax revenue.

This study aims to determine the level of motivation of farmers in applying cocoa production technology and the level of application of cocoa production technology in Bakka Village, Sabbang District, North Luwu Regency. Determination of the location was done intentionally (purposive sampling) and the time of the study was carried out for two months. The sample in this study was 46 farmers. The types of data collected are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection methods are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method used is a descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the level of motivation of farmers in applying cocoa production technology is categorized as very high with an average score of 3.42, while the level of application of cocoa production technology by farmers is categorized as high with an average score of 2.79 but the application of cocoa production technology must be more intensive.

This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy with loneliness of children at the Putri Evangeline Booth Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage. This research was conducted at Putri Evangeline Booth Orphanage located on Jl. Samanhudi No. 27, Hamdan, Medan and the Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage located on Jl. K. L. Yos Sudarso No. 10, Medan. This study uses primary data for hypothesis testing. While the data collection method used is a questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample. The sample used in this study were 101 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is to use Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis method which is done with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results of data analysis show that the correlation value of product moment is -0.868. This means that there is a negative relationship between empathy and loneliness. The influence of empathy variable on loneliness is 75.3 percent, the remaining 24.7 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From this study, we can also know that empathy held by children at Putri Evangeline Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage are included in the high category. Loneliness felt by children is included in the low category. And empathy was proven to have a negative and significant relationship to loneliness in children raised at Putri Evangeline Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage.

This study aims to find out and explain the leadership style analysis in PDAM Kota Probolinggo. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is that all permanent employees as much as fifty nine are located in the Administration and Finance Section, in the Customer Relations Section and in the Engineering Section of the City of Probolinggo PDAM with data analysis techniques using a range of scales. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done then it can be concluded as follows: First the results of the analysis of the maturity of the subordinates in the Administration and Finance Section is in the very high category, in the Customer Relations section is in the very high category and in the Engineering Section is in the very high category. Both the results of the analysis of the task behavior and relationship behavior in the Administration and Finance Section are in the very high category, in the Customer Relations section is in the very high category and in the Engineering Section is in the very high category. The three results of the analysis of the leadership style applied to PDAM Probolinggo City in the Financial Administration Section are telling, in the Customer Relations Section, namely telling, in the Engineering Section, namely telling. The four leadership styles that are applied according to the Hersey and Blanchard models in the Administration and Finance Section are delegating, in the Customer Relations section, namely delegating, in the Engineering Section, which is participating.

This research is an examination and a study on the influence of rewards on job satisfaction of lecturers at Shinas College of Technology (ShCT). In academic industry, rewards are one of the factors that affecting job satisfaction of the employees and this will lead to affect their performance in their jobs. So, when rewards are more the job satisfaction will be high and when rewards are less the job satisfaction will be less. On the other hand, the age will not affect the job satisfaction. Previous research reveals that Job satisfaction is very important to success the industry and the rewards are the main factors which affect job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to know the influence of rewards in job satisfaction among the lecturers in ShCT. Moreover, this research attempts to identify how much rewards affect the job satisfaction in ShCT. For this study used two types of data which are: primary data and secondary data. The sources of primary data is the response from lecturers at ShCT. It is collected through structured questionnaire and distributed such to 60 respondents. Secondary data, collected from internet, books, journals, articles etc.

The study purpose is to analyse the impact of training, competence, motivation and leadership towards performance either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediator variable. As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance.
