This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy with loneliness of children at the Putri Evangeline Booth Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage. This research was conducted at Putri Evangeline Booth Orphanage located on Jl. Samanhudi No. 27, Hamdan, Medan and the Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage located on Jl. K. L. Yos Sudarso No. 10, Medan. This study uses primary data for hypothesis testing. While the data collection method used is a questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample. The sample used in this study were 101 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is to use Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis method which is done with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results of data analysis show that the correlation value of product moment is -0.868. This means that there is a negative relationship between empathy and loneliness. The influence of empathy variable on loneliness is 75.3 percent, the remaining 24.7 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From this study, we can also know that empathy held by children at Putri Evangeline Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage are included in the high category. Loneliness felt by children is included in the low category. And empathy was proven to have a negative and significant relationship to loneliness in children raised at Putri Evangeline Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage.

Abstract This study entitled “The Effect of Agricultural Diversification on Community Income in the East Taniwel District”. The research objective was to determine the relationship and influence of agricultural diversification on people's income in the East Taniwel District. The data used in this study are primary data from eight villages in East Taniwel District, West Seram District, Maluku Province. This data is the result of a baseline survey at the household level, where the sample is determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is the application of the backward method in multiple linear regression modeling based on OLS. The results showed that there was a relationship and influence between agricultural diversification and the income of rural communities in East Taniwel District.

Abstract : Islam regulates one's consumption to stay in the right corridor, such as not wasteful and also pay attention to social values. A good Muslim must be able to distinguish between needs and desires. But today, in reality, there are still many people who live consumptive and hedonism. This study aims to determine the effect of income on Muslim household consumption expenditure and the extent to which religiosity can moderate that influence. The population in this study were housewives in majelis taklim in Sukasari District. The sampling technique is purposive sampling-judgment sampling with a sample size of 97 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using primary data through interviews and questionnaires to housewives in the Sukasari District taklim assembly. The data analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis method. The results showed that income significantly affected the consumption expenditure of Muslim households, and the level of religiosity significantly moderated the effect of income on Muslim household consumption expenditure. Academic stress is an individual response that arises because of their inability to complete or complete academic demands. This study aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin, with a sample of 114 subjects. Data collection techniques in this study used the adversity quotient scale (ɑ = 0.949) and the academic stress scale (ɑ = 0.945). The data analysis technique used Pearson's product-moment correlation with the help of SPSS 18.0. The results of the research data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient (rxy) was -0.247 with a significance of 0.004 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship between adversity quotient and academic stress in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. In this study, the influence of the adversity quotient variable with academic stress was 6.1%.

Abstract: This study was conducted using a survey method to Hospitals in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aims to examine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance and organizational commitment as moderating variable in the hospital in Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 21 Hospital in Pekanbaru. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to 84 respondents, but only 80 questionnaires that can be used in this study. The type of data used are primary data to the data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression (multiple regression). These results indicate that the effect of budget participation on managerial performance with 0.002 significance (alpha 0.05). Organizational commitment can moderate the effect of budget participation on managerial performance with a significance of 0.000 (alpha 0.05). This study aims to determine the relationship between sports ability and extracurricular activities of marching troops with kinesthetic intelligence of SDN Secang 1  students, Secang, Magelang Regency. The research used was correlational research method. The population in this study were students in  I – VI grades. The sample in this study used purposive sampling, consisting of 98 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was used the simple linear regression and multiple regression data analysis. The results showed that there was a correlation between sports ability and extracurricular activities of marching troops with kinesthetic intelligence. This was evidenced by the acquisition of the coefficient of the Sports Ability variable  with Kinesthetic Intelligence of 0.530, the extracurricular activity variable of Marching Forces with Kinesthetic Intelligence of 0.624. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the sports ability and extracurricular activities of the marching troops were correlated with kinesthetic intelligence.

The purposes of this study are to find out the level of motivation, ability, discipline, and job satisfaction, and their relationship with the performance of the foremen at PT Great Giant Pineapple Department of PG 2. This research uses a census method with 67 foremen and 19 section heads as respondents. Data collection was conducted in August to October 2019. Primary data in this study are motivation, ability, discipline, and job satisfaction, while secondary data used are foreman performance. The data are analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis method. The results showed that motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction of the foremen are in the very high category, while the foreman's ability is in the high category.  Motivation, ability, and discipline have a positive and significant relationship with the performance of the foremen, whereas job satisfaction does not relate to the performance of the foremen. Key words: ability, discipline, job satisfaction, motivation

This study aims to examine the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products in the city of Manado. This research was conducted from May to June 2020. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with “Snacking” business owners. The data collection method in this study is a survey method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, to describe the sales of "snacking" business products in utilizing e-commerce. The results showed that the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products, which can help in increasing the number of orders and sales turnover, as well as a means of business promotion, as well as helping in the development of business products.

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication to supervisors with the studennts fear of failure in completing undergraduated thesis. The research approach used in this study is quantitative, with the correlation analysis method. Fear of failure is measured by the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI) scale of David E. Conroy (2001) with a reliability of 0.98, while the interpersonal communication scale is adapted from Evi Zuhara (2014) thesis from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with a reliability of 0,86. The respondents in this study are 136 students, who are completing the undergraduated thesis in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The findings indicate there is a relationship between interpersonal communication towards the students fear of failure. The value of correlation coefficient generated equal to 0,240 with significance of 0,005 at the significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between interpersonal communication to supervisors with students fear of failure in completing undergraduated thesis.

This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with anxiety reduction in students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia Medan 2016/2017. This study used quantitative approach. Measuring instruments used in the form of emotional intelligence scales are based on the theory of emotional intelligence by Goleman who has 30 items and anxiety reduction scales that are based on Conroy's theory have 30 items. The samples of this study were 80 students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia. The data analysis method used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment correlation with the correlation r = -0,649, with a significant p = 0,000 means (p <0.01). The results of the research showed that there was negative but significant correlation between emotional intelligence and student anxiety reduction. This shows that the higher emotional intelligence possessed by students, the easier it is to anxiety reduction, and the lower the emotional intelligence possessed by students, the more difficult it is to anxiety reduction.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions with trustworthiness as an intervening variable in the Yogyakarta Starcross distribution. the type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used is the customer of the Starcross Yogyakarta distribution as many as 100 people. The sample used in this study is 100 customers using the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, brand image has a significant positive effect on trustworthiness, trustworthiness has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In this case, trustworthiness as an intervening variable is able to mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions, and brand image on purchasing decisions.
