The research was conducted at BUMN Company of Defence Industry in West Java consists of the District and the city of PT Pindad, PT Dahana, PT Dirgantara Indonesia, PT LEN and PT Inti. The purpose of this study to determine, assess and analyze descriptive and verification of transformational leadership, employee commitment, motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Sample of this study using sampling technique cluster proporsional stratified  random sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaries. This research method using descriptive and verivicative with analysis technique of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results from descriptive studies prove that transformational leadership rating of effective categories, employee commitment rating of strong categories, motivation rating of high categories, job satisfaction  rating of satisfied categories and employee performance rating of high categories, but there are still some emploies who rate not good perception. The results of the verivication studies prove that transformational Leadership, employee commitment and motivation has a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction  either partially or simultaneously and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of intrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication and transformational leadership on job satisfaction to improve employee performance. This reserch consist of five variables, these variables were tree independent variables (exogen), one dependent variable (Endogen), and one intervening variable. The three independent variables were intrinsic motivation, interpersonal communication, and transformational leadership. Whereas, the dependent variable was employee performance, and the intervening variable was job satisfaction. This study was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Serang Banten. The purposive sampling technique was used based on judgment sampling to 81 respondents. The primary data was collected through a checklist and open-ended questioner. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling technique using SmartPLS software. There six of Seven hypotheses that have been supported or accepted: intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, interpersonal communication positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, transformational positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, transformational leadership positive and significant impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on employee performance. While there was one hypothesis is unsupported or rejected: interpersonal communication positive but insignificant impact on employee performance.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The Result of the Analysis has indicated that the organizational culture and the leadership have positively affecting job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have significantly and positively affected job performance of the employees, nevertheless, directly leadership has not significantly affected job performance of the employees. This research has proven that the organizational culture and the leadership have indirectly provided bigger effect upon job performance of the employees when it has been built up thru the highest level of job satisfaction. The variables of the organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have determined job performance of the employees which is 75% and the rest of 25% has been determined by other variables that have not been studied yet.Keywords: Organizational Culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance.

In a competitive environment, every organization certainly has the same goal, namely to have potential human resources. Therefore, every organization should be able to find the best solution to each problem to interrupt the expected performance growth. This research aims to analyze the importance of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the affect of Transformational Leadership Motivation on the operators production performance at PT. Alpen Food Industri Cikarang, West Java. This research population was 189 people, with a total sample of 133 employees. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling with a method of organizing data through questionnaires and interviews, quantitative research methods with analytical analysts that job motivation and transformational leadership affect job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, the mediating variable of job satisfaction is good for mediating work motivation and transformational leadership on performance. Path analysis earned the structural equation Y = 0.250X1+0.391X2+0.150Y1+0.525, so the transformational leadership is the variable which has the strongest affect on performance.

The purpose of this study is to see how transactional leadership affects employee performance using work satisfaction as a moderating variable. The methodologies used in this investigation are quantitative. The participants in this study were 100 employees of the Malang Regency's Kepanjen tax office. The sampling technique used a probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach. The sample used is 80 employees. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. Partially Least-Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze the data in this study. Transactional leadership has a good and significant effect on employee performance, according to the findings. Job satisfaction can moderate the impact of transactional leadership on employee performance at the Malang district tax service.

The lack of competency possessed by BMT employees in Pekanbaru City both related to the competence of sharia science and from business development competencies, lack of employee ability to manage or organize Islamic financial service cooperatives and the low level of job satisfaction possessed by BMT employees . This research method is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model with PLS program. The population in this study were all BMT employees in the city of Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study were 79 respondents. The results of this study indicate there is a direct influence between competencies on Job Satisfaction of BMT employees in Pekanbaru, there is a direct effect between satisfaction on the performance of BMT employees in Pekanbaru, there is no indirect effect between competencies on performance through job satisfaction of BMT employees in Pekanbaru. Through the results of this study it is expected that all BMTs in Pekanbaru to pay attention and be more focused on aspects of employee job satisfaction because the level of employee job satisfaction is very significant influence on the performance of BMT employees in Pekanbaru. Loyalty in an organization is an important element in supporting the success of human resources in achieving company goals. This study aims to analyze employee loyalty in Private Universities in Bengkulu City and the factors that influence it. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population of this study were all private university employees in the city of Bengkulu, amounting to 305 people, from a total population of 173 people with proportional ramdom sampling technique .The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of this study prove that (1) employee loyalty is still relatively low (2) there is a positive and significant direct influence of compensation, empowerment and job satisfaction variables on employee loyalty, (3) There is a positive and significant direct effect of compensation and empowerment variables on job satisfaction, (4) There is a positive and significant direct effect of compensation variables on empowerment. Abstract. Increased productivity needs being in line with the increase in employee performance. To be able to improve employee performance, companies must create working conditions that offer incentives for employees to satisfy them with the system running in the company(????). The purpose application of Quality of Work Life (QWL) in an enterprise is to improve employee satisfaction on the job(???). Employee job satisfaction is one important aspect to consider in efforts to improve the human resources quality of an enterprise. Employees who have high job satisfaction, will generally have a high commitment to the company. High employee commitment will give beneficial contribution to the company to increase productivity of both employees and companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of the QWL application on job satisfaction and employee commitment as well as analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment. The study is conducted by giving questionnaire to 120 employees SBU (Strategic Business Unit) 1 PT. PGN, which is present in three areas, namely Hosbun, Bogor and Jakarta East. Hypothesis testing method using the model Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS.The results of the analysis indicate that the application of QWL hypothesis has no effect on job satisfaction of employees. Application of QWL and job satisfaction significantly influence employee commitment. The better implementation of QWL and the higher levels of job satisfaction will increase employee commitment to the company.

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of leader member exchange on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. This research is a type of causal research with a quantitative approach with a population of 256 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses probability sampling with a sample of 156 permanent employees. The statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23.0 software. This study indicates that the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction because there is a trusting relationship between superiors and subordinates. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because it was following company standards. Leader member exchange does not affect employee performance because it structures the performance appraisal. Job satisfaction cannot be an intervening variable between leader member exchange and employee performance due to high workload

Abstract - The development of online trading is based on the ease for businesses to promote their goods and does not require more costs because there is no need for a physical store. The activity of buying and selling goods and / or services through internet media is known as electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as e-commerce).This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the variable tax socialization, understanding of taxation, awareness of taxpayers, and tax sanctions on the compliance of e-commerce actors in the city of Semarang on the BliBli.com online marketplace platform. The population of this research is e-commerce individual taxpayers in the city of Semarang on the Blibli.com online marketplace platform. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with voluntary sampling method. Samples obtained were 65 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. This study shows that tax socialization has a negative and not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in fulfilling tax obligations. Understanding taxation and awareness of taxpayers has a positive and significant effect and tax sanctions have a positive but not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in meeting tax obligations.Keywords: E-Commerce Taxpayer Compliance
