AbstractThe purpose of this study is analyze the factors influence the quality of financial statement .This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to accounting of SKPD Semarang. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the variable role of information technology did not significantly affect the quality of financial statements, (2) the competence of human resources significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements, (3) the role of internal audit significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements.Keywords: role of IT, competence of human resources, role of internal audit, and quality of financial statement

Abstract. Internal Auditor is a profession of community trust. The great trust of the Community requires internal auditors to pay attention to the quality of audit. Internal auditors are expected to have a large enough role to assist in achieving organizational objectives. This research aims to analyse and empirically prove the influence of motivation, management support, and integrity of the internal audit quality of inspectorate apparatus in the regional financial supervision. This is a quantitative research. It employed primary data collected by questionnaires. Respondents in the study were internal supervisory officers working on the Inspectorate of Manado City. 45 respondents were selected as respondents, which were directly involved in the examination activities. Data was analyzed by multiple linear regression and run by SPSS program version 22. The results showed that: 1). Motivation has a significant positive effect on the quality of internal audit of inspectorate apparatus in the financial supervision of Manado City. 2). Management support significantly and positively influence the quality of internal audit of inspectorate apparatus in the financial supervision of Manado City. 3). Integrity has a significant positive effect on the quality of internal audit of inspectorate apparatus in the financial supervision of Manado City.Key Words: Motivation, Management Support, Integrity, Audit Quality.Abstrak. Auditor internal merupakan suatu profesi kepercayaan masyarakat. Kepercayaan yang besar dari masyarakat mengharuskan auditor internal memperhatikan kualitas audit yang dihasilkan. Auditor internal diharapkan mempunyai peran yang cukup besar untuk membantu dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh motivasi, dukungan manajemen, dan integritas terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah aparat pengawas internal yang bekerja pada Inspektorat Kota Manado. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 45 responden, yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan pemeriksaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian data dilakukan dengan dibantu oleh program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah Kota Manado. 2). Dukungan manajemen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah Kota Manado. 3). Integritas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit internal aparat inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah Kota Manado.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Dukungan Manajemen, Integritas, Kualitas Audit.

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources, the main source of human companies need to be done well, directed, and planned, so that companies can compete fairly with other companies, given the future competition between companies will be more stringent. Human resources are able to compete with competitors or with business partners the only company that has the quality of human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of work safety, health and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 57 PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. Samples taken using saturated sampling are sampling techniques based on the total population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Work Safety had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Health Work has no effect which has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Discipline of significant positive effects on employee performance.

This research is conducted the Human Resource competency Influence and Role of Internal Audit on the Quality of local Goverment Finacial Report (LKPD) either directly or mediated by SPIP (Government Internal Controling System). Common problems in this study are; 1)The demand in improving LKPD quality, transparency and public accountability. 2). Readiness of personnel competence with the change in SAP (Goverment Accounting Standards). 3). The application of SPIP and, 4). The new role of Internal Audit , it’s not only as the finance controler but also management consultant/SPIP builder. 5)There are someaudit findings that are not detected by internal auditor eiter BPKP or The Inspectorate, but it was found by the BPK (Supreme Audit Agency) later. Research variabels are elaborated operationally in several indicators. Apparatus competence variable is elaborate into five indicators namely; knowledge, skill, motives, traits, and self concept. Variable of Intrnal Audits role is elaborated into three indicators namely; The role of supervisor, coaching/ consulting and revieww of finncial report.Varianle of Government Internal Controling System is elaborated into five indicators namely; Internal control, risk assesment, controling activity, information and communication, and monitoring. The variable of local government financial report quality is elaborated into fou indicators namely;relevan, reliable, it can be compared, and easy to understand. The population in this research are all regional works unit of Kebumen regency that are involved in the process of local Government financial reporting. The data is taken by questionnaires which is ditributed to respondents. The variable in this study is independent variable Comptency (X1), Independncy (X2), while the dependent variable s the Government’s Intenal Controling System (Y1) and Quality of Local Government Financial Report/LKPD (Y2). Data were analyzed using “Amos 18.0. The reseach result show that ; 1) HR competency has unsignificant positive effect on the quality of LKPD. 2) The role of InternalAudit has unsignificant positife effect on the quality of LKPD. 3) SPIP has siginificant positifve effect on the quality LKPD. 4) HR competency has significant positive effect to SPIP. 5) The role of Internal Audit has significant positive effect on SPIP. 6) HR competency which is mediated by SPIP has unsignificant positive effect on the quality LKPD. 7) The role of Internal Audit which is mediated SPIP has unsignificant positive effect on the quality of LKPD.

Respondents in this study are the Financial Administration Official (PPK), the Technical Activity Executing Officials (PPTK), and the Spending Treasurer. Technical analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis of SPSS program assistance. The results of this study indicate that the competence of the apparatus of financial statements do not positively affect the quality of local government financial and the role of apparatus internal government (APIP) has a positive effect on the quality of local government financial statements in Bengkulu Province.Key Words: Government, Competency, APIP

Purpose — This research aimed to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of accounting understandability, human resource competency and the role of internal audit as moderating variable on the quality of financial statement. Design/methodology/approach — This research was conducted on all financial administration officials and treasurers of local government in Bangli Regency with the primary data was obtained from questionnaires which were distributed to respondents. Sample was determined through purposive sampling. The analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression analysis. Findings — The results suggested that accounting understandability and the human resouce competency had positive effect on the quality of financial statement. Meanwhile, the relation between accounting understandibility and the quality of financial statement, the role of internal audit was not the moderating variable. Whereas, the effect of the role of internal audit was proven to moderate the relation between human resource competency and the quality of financial statement, with negative direction. Practical Implications — The financial statement of local government is a form of accountability on the use of local finances as the implementation of regional autonomy and the operational of local government to provide useful information in decision making. Originality/value — The quality of the said financial statement is determined by qualitative characteristics which are relevant, reliable, comparable and understandable, based on PP No. 71 of 2010.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of human resources competence, the use of information technology, and the quality of accounting information system on the quality of financial statements. The research was done at PT Cipta Multi Kreasi, jl. Raya Pasar Minggu Km. 16, Jakarta.  The research is a quantitative research with descriptive methods and verification was done using survey technique. The source of data is primary data. Data collection was performed through questionnaires distributed to the company’s employees.  The results of the research indicate that human resources competence and the quality of information system have a significant effect to the quality of financial statement. However, the use of accounting information system does not have a significant effect on the quality of financial statements. Human resources competence, the use of information system and the quality of accounting information system simultaneously have an influence on the quality of financial statements  presented by the company. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.

his study aims to (1) examine and analyze the influence of Human Resource (SDM) competence and the role of internal audit on the successful implementation of the Local Financial Information System (SKID) partially and simultaneously, (2) examine and analyze the competence of SDM and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial report partially and simultaneously,(3) examine and analyze the influence of SDM competence and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial reports on the successful implementation of the SKID. The object of this study is all provincials and district / city governments throughout North Sumatera. The sample of this study was 34 (thirty four). The data was collected by questionnaire, documentation, and interview methods. The analysis method used was path analysis using SPSS Program. The results of this study indicate that (1) SDM competence and the role of internal audit have no partial effect on the successful implementation of SKID (2) SDM competence, the role of internal audit doesn’t simultaneously affect the successful implementation of SKID (3) SDM competence and the role of internal audit have a significant effect partially to the quality of financial reports (4) the successful implementation of SKID has no effect on the quality of financial reports (5) SDM competence, the role of internal audit, the successful implementation of SKID simultaneously affects the quality of financial reports (6) SDM competence and the role of internal audit have no effect on quality financial reports through the successful implementation of the local financial information system.

<p align="center"> </p><p><em>This study is intended to examine empirically influence of competency of human resource, roles of internal auditor, application of SAP, implementation of IT, and SPI towards quality of financial statement.  Furthermore, it also examines influence of trust of stakeholders, and roles of GGG as moderating variables. This research involves 53 organizational units of KPPN Mataram, which acquired WDP (qualified opinion) and TMP (disclaimer of opinion). Data is acquired through questionnaire. Findings of this study indicated that competency of human resources, application of IT and SPI affect positively towards quality of financial statements. Meanwhile, roles of internal auditor and implementation of SAP do not affect significantly.  In addition, quality of financial statements affect trust of stakeholders, but GGG is not able to act as moderating variable between quality of financial statements and trust of stakeholders. Implication of this study is that quality of financial statement can be improved by enhancing competency of human resources as the first step of realization transparency and accountability of financial statement. </em></p>
