Efforts to improve the quality of human resources, the main source of human companies need to be done well, directed, and planned, so that companies can compete fairly with other companies, given the future competition between companies will be more stringent. Human resources are able to compete with competitors or with business partners the only company that has the quality of human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of work safety, health and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 57 PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. Samples taken using saturated sampling are sampling techniques based on the total population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Work Safety had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Health Work has no effect which has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Discipline of significant positive effects on employee performance.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is analyze the factors influence the quality of financial statement .This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to accounting of SKPD Semarang. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the variable role of information technology did not significantly affect the quality of financial statements, (2) the competence of human resources significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements, (3) the role of internal audit significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements.Keywords: role of IT, competence of human resources, role of internal audit, and quality of financial statement

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, professionalism of work, commitment to employeeperformance PDAM Jember partially and simultaneously. Research approach used in this study is quantitative. Population inthe company amounted to 150 and taken 75 respondents to use the sample with the sampling method is simple randomsampling or simple random sample by means of a lottery / raffle of names of employees PDAM Jember is then taken assamples used lottery of 75 names of employees Selected in the draw. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regressionanalysis were used to determine the influence of strong between the dependent variable and independent variables. The testresults and analysis conducted states that the variable quality of human resources and a significant positive effect on employeeperformance PDAM Jember Regency. Variable professionalism and significant positive effect on employee performancePDAM Jember. And variable commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Jember. And thequality of human resources, professionalism, and commitment to simultaneously positive and significant influence on employeeperformance PDAM Jember Regency.

Expansion of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is getting bigger, requires large human resources as well. On the other hand, there is no permit for additional permanent manpower, while most of the human resources in the Procurement Compartment of PT. Peterokimia Gresik has entered its retirement period and there is no technology transfer for the migration of software used in the company, namely SAP software, so employee performance is ineffective. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness on employee satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population and sample of employees who are part of the Service Procurement Department and the Goods Procurement Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a number of 50 respondents. All incoming and appropriate data will be analyzed by smartPLS. The results showed that work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work effectiveness on employee performance.

Economic growth should be directed in order to increase incomes and overcome economic disparities and social inequalities and also supported by an increase in productivity and efficiency and quality of human resources. Batik industry is one branch of the clothing and leather industry. One of the branches would observed by the author is a small batik industry, because batik is a traditional folk craft, which is one characteristic of Indonesian country and leather clothing industry branches that have a level of development prospective. This study aims to find out the factors wich affect the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts This study uses multiple linier regression analysis with primary data. The result show that the variable of capital (X1)significant positive effect of  0,000, labor (X2) significant positive effect of 0,001, total production (X3) significant positive effect of 0,055 and pattern share(X4) significant positive effect of 0,000 has simultaneously positive effect and significant to income. For individual, capital variable has no effect and significant at the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts

A B S T R A C T Audit quality is the possibility of finding and reported a violation of the client’s accounting system. This study aims to examine the influence influence the integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors on audit quality. The study used survey method in January to March 2014. Research sampling method based on convenience in the election samplel by destination. Respondents many as 82 people. The data analyzed using regression methods. The results indicate variable integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors affect simultaneously and can be used to predict the quality of audit results. From the research hypothesis can result in that variable integrity of auditors have a significant positive effect on audit quality. Professionalism variable also has a significant positive effect on audit quality but objectivity variable has no significant effect on audit quality. A B S T R A K Kualitas audit adalah kemungkinan menemukan dan melaporkan pelanggaran sistem akuntansi klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mempengaruhi integritas, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei di Januari - Maret 2014. Metode penelitian sampling berdasarkan kenyamanan dalam pemilihan samplel oleh tujuan. Responden sebanyak 82 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integritas variabel, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor berpengaruh secara simultan dan dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kualitas hasil audit. Dari hipotesis penelitian dapat menghasilkan bahwa integritas variabel auditor memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Variabel Profesionalisme juga memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit, tetapi variabel objektivitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Performance appraisal is an activity controlling the management of a company. This study is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and promotion of their work motivation and their impact on employee performance at Serambi Mekkah University. The research was conducted at Serambi Mekkah University. The populations in this study were all employees at Serambi Mekkah University which amounts to 105 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Primary data were analyzed with path analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The results showed that, performance appraisal and significant positive effect on work motivation. Performance appraisal and promotion of positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Serambi Mekkah University. In addition, work motivation can enhance the role of employees in Serambi Mekkah University.

<pre><em><span>This study aims to test and prove the influence of human resource competencies, implementing commitments, implementing regulations, and the quality of training on compliance with government regulation number 71 of 2010 regarding fixed assets. The population in this study were all financial management apparatus in the Regional Devices Organization in the City Government of Bengkulu. The data used in this study are primary data, which was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 146 respondents, data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the competence of human resources, implementing commitment, the application of regulations, and the quality of training proved to have a positive effect on compliance with government regulation number 71 of 2010 regarding fixed assets.</span></em></pre>

The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of organisational culture, quality of human resources and motivation on performance directly or through work discipline at the Class IIA Batam Penitentiary. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire, such as gender, age and length of work, in order to provide a clear picture of the characteristics of the respondents. This study uses a correlational method approach with a total sample of 95 samples. The research tool uses SEM-PLS, and the results showed that organisational culture had a positive and significant effect on discipline. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on discipline. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on discipline. Organisational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. The quality of human resources has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organisational culture indirectly significantly influences performance through organisational culture. The quality of human resources indirectly has a significant effect on performance through discipline. Indirect motivation has an insignificant effect on performance through discipline. This study is an empirical study that aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of local government financial reports. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of the Bireuen Regency Government, the subject in this study is the LKPD Preparation Team Kab. Bireuen as many as 24 people, Budget Users and Financial Administration Officers as many as 104 people, and Auditors from Bireuen Regency as many as 22 people. The analytical model used in this study is the Partial Least Squard (PLS) analysis using Warppls 7.0. The results showed that the variable Quality of Human Resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports, Utilization of Information Technology had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Regional Financial Accounting Systems had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Internal Control Systems has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is able to strengthen the influence of the Quality of Human Resources on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the influence of the use of information technology on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the the influence of the regional financial accounting system on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Working Conditions and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar Employees. Data collection using primary data with Questionnaire Technique whose population was obtained from all PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 73 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of Normality, Multicollinearity Assumptions, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Working Conditions contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Working Conditions and work motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.
