This study was conducted to determine if knowledge sharing and competence, has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Rural Bank Company in Indonesia. This study has three variables, namely knowledge sharing and competence as an independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires to employees in Rural Bank Company in Indonesia with a sample size of 145 people. This research method using descriptive method and the method of verification. Data processing is done by using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Knowledge sharing positive effect of 28.9% in the form of employee performance, which means that with improvements in the implementation of knowledge sharing in Rural Bank Company, then it will be better the performance owned employee. Besides competence also have considerable influence, namely 10.2% in the form of employee performance

The puprpose of this study was to determine to analyze : (1) job analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning and employee performance civil servant in Tasikmalaya Regency. (2) Effect of partially or simultaneously work analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning employee’s needs planning for employee performance in Tasikmalaya Regency.            The method used was descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, depth interviews, and documentation. The sampling tecnique used is a census with a sample size that was 100 (one hundred) respondents. The analytical tool used was path analysis.            Based on the result in disccusion in mind that job anlysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning and performance of employees in Tasikmalaya Regency included in good classification. There is positive effect of job analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Tasikmalaya Regency. So, Hypothesis were veryfied.

Findings This research paper concentrates on how authentic leadership (AL), workplace climate, knowledge sharing, and employee performance interrelate based on data from people working in two telecommunications firms in Jordan. A highly ethical and moral AL style has a positive effect on an employee's performance and creativity. Furthermore, the workplace climate impacts the relationship between AL and creativity, and knowledge sharing impacts the relationship between AL and the workplace climate. Originality/value The briefing saves busy executives and researchers hours of reading time by selecting only the very best, most pertinent information and presenting it in a condensed and easy-to-digest format.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, ability and opportunities of employee performance in the general hospital of Nanga Pinoh Melawi District. The number of respondents was 63 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a survey that is a method that aims to describe the nature of something that is ongoing at the time of the research and examine the causes of a particular symptom Based on data processing using regression analysis, ability variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Opportunity variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivational variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Nanga Pinoh District General Hospital, Melawi Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.732. It appears that the ability of the independent variable (Ability, Opportunity and Motivation) in explaining the variance of the variable (Performance) is 73.2% and there are 26.8% variance of the dependent variable that has not been able to be explained by the independent variable in this research model.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. Data relating to research variables were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Information Technology, Organizational Culture, Motivation and Employee Performance.

AbstarctTo support the strategic objectives and facing the challenges of a constantly evolving organization, it needs employees with high performance. If the performance of employees increased the effectiveness and productivity of the company will increase as well. Competence and training are factors that lead to employee performance improvement. Competency can help organizations create a culture of high performance. While, the training that has been developed through phases planned and programmed process will have a direct impact on employee performance. This study aims to analyze how strong the influence of competence and training to employees performance of PT Adaro Energy Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used was survey with the design of associative research. Research hypothesis had been tested using multiple linear regression. From the research results proved the competence contributed significantly strong positive effect on performance. However, training gave weakly significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, competence and training had a  dominant significant positive effect on employee performance, which is showed by a coefficient of determination of 73.6%.

Performance is the performance of work or output (output) both quality and quantity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of motivation in mediating the influence of competence and leadership on the employee performance of Wing Amerta Installation Sanglah Denpasar Hospital, the respondents are all 50 outpatient personnel, the data collected related to competence, leadership, motivation and performance. Analyzer used in this research PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this research has positive and significant influence on motivation, leadership has positive influence on motivation and significance, positive competence to performance, and the relationship is significant, competence has positive effect on motivation and relationship is significant, motivation has positive effect on performance and relationship is significant, motivation is partial mediation between Competence to performance, and motivation is the perfect mediation between Leadership on performance

<p><em>Human resource is central factor and vital component for the organization for the activity in the organization to run effectively and efficiently so that the organization is able to achieve the expected goal. The purposes of study are to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance and leadership style and organizational culture on on employee performance at the Sub-District Office of Pangakalan Jambu of Merangin Regency. This research method is quantitative and using multiple linear regression. The independent variable is leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2), the dependent variable is performance (Y). Populations and samples are employees, amounted to 30 people. The results of this study that the partial leadership style does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. While simultaneously that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. For R2 values obtained 0.428 or 42.8% variation of the dependent variable in this case the performance can be explained by independent variables of leadership style and organizational culture.</em></p><p>Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor sentral dan komponen vital bagi organisasi agar aktivitas di organisasi bisa berjalan secara efektif dan efesien sehingga organisasi mampu mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Pangakalan Jambu Kabupaten Merangin. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Variabel bebas adalah gaya kepemimpinan (X<sub>1</sub>) dan budaya organisasi (X<sub>2</sub>), variabel terikat adalah kinerja (Y). Populasi dan sampel merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Camat Pangkalan Jambu berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk nilai R<sup>2 </sup>diperoleh 0.428 atau 42.8% variasi variabel dependen dalam hal ini kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi.</p>

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on the performance of employees of PT Yeakin Plastic Industry in Batam City. The population of PT Yeakin Plastic Industry amounted to 230, and sample 146. The research method used was associative causal. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study say valid and reliable, normal and there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Partially, work discipline variables are stated to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 6,450 and partial communication variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at 6,036. Simultaneously, work and communication disciplines have a significant positive effect on employee performance at 154,882 and a significance level of 0,000. The conclusion of this study is that there are positive and significant influences on each independent variable on the dependent variables both partially and simultaneously. Keywords : Work Discipline, Communication, Performance

This study describes the employees’ business competency and performance improvement and their relationship on the basis of responses collected from selected commercial banks inside Kathmandu valley. The main objective of this study was to analyze the employees’ perception on business competency and performance improvement in the banking industry of Nepal. This study adopted a descriptive and comparative design. The size for the research were 210 respondents. Primary data were collected from employee working in banks through a set of a structured questionnaire for the research. To analyze the collected data, mean, standard deviations and Pearson correlation analysis were conducted to identify the relationship between independent variables (Business competency) and dependent variable (Employee performance improvement. This research conformed that Nepalese employees in banking sector are aware of business competency and performance improvement. There is a strong correlation between employees’ business competency and performance improvement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Indramayu. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, dan menggunakan angket pernyataan yang dibagikan kepada 33 responden dan semuanya merupakan Karyawan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif asosiatif, Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja menjadi variabel dependen. Kompensasi berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kinerja termasuk dalam kategori Sedang, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap Kinerja termasuk kategori Rendah, Kompensasi berpengaruh searah dan positif terhadap gaya Kepemimpinan termasuk dalam kategori Rendah, Kompensasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan searah terhadap Kinerja termasuk dalam kategori Sedang. This study aims to determine how much influence the Compensation and Leadership Style has on Employee Performance in the Indramayu Regency DPRD Secretariat. The data in this study were obtained by observation, interview, and using a questionnaire of statements distributed to 33 respondents and all of them were Employees in the Indramayu Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses the associative descriptive method, the independent variable of this research is Compensation and Leadership Style, Performance becomes the dependent variable. Compensation has a direct and positive effect on Performance included in the Medium category, Leadership Style has a direct and positive effect on Performance including the Low category, Compensation has a direct and positive effect on Leadership style included in the Low category, Compensation and Leadership Style has a positive and direct effect on Performance included in the category Is
