AbstractThe article presents the example of material needs planning (MRP) methodology in a production company. The example assumes the production technology of three independent products A, B and C exhibiting structural modularity. For calculations, a methodology should be developed for describing products with such a structure that reflects the relationships of individual components used to prepare a delivery schedule. The Microsoft Excel spreadsheet was used as the calculation tool.

Abstrak Perencanaan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia kesehatan (SDMK) berdasarkan Permenkes No. 33 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Rencana Kebutuhan SDMK, belum berjalan baik. Tujuan studi ini adalah menilai kegiatan perencanaan kebutuhan SDMK yang berbasis bukti di kabupaten/kota. Berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh dalam studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan kebijakan dalam proses perencanaan kebutuhan SDMK. Metode kajian ini berupa studi literatur terhadap luaran Riset Ketenagaan di Bidang Kesehatan (Risnakes), hasil-hasil penelitian yang relevan, kepustakaan dan dokumen-dokumen terkait perencanaan SDMK, baik di tingkat nasional maupun daerah. Analisis data dari hasil studi literatur dibuat menggunakan tematik analisis. Pengembangan subtema yang ditetapkan dalam tematik analisis difokuskan untuk menggali permasalahan pada aspek input, proses, dan output dari pelaksanaan perencanaan kebutuhan SDMK pada kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan, permasalahan perencanaan kebutuhan SDMK pada input meliputi kebijakan pemerintah daerah dan manajemen ASN yang kompleks, kompetensi tenaga perencana yang rendah, dukungan pembiayaan yang minim, serta pemanfaatan data dan sistem informasi yang belum optimal. Permasalahan pada proses mencakup belum dipahami dan dilaksanakannya penyusunan kebutuhan SDMK secara tepat. Permasalahan pada output adalah kesenjangan SDMK terkait kecukupan jumlah dan jenis tenaga kesehatan di tingkat kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Menyikapi hal tersebut, pemerintah daerah sebaiknya melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan SDMK berbasis bukti, sehingga dokumen perencanaan mampu memproyeksikan kebutuhan SDMK yang sesuai dengan situasi kesehatan terkini. Kata kunci: SDM Kesehatan (SDMK); perencanaan SDMK, kebutuhan SDMK Abstract Planning for human health resources (HRK) based on Permenkes No. 33 of 2015 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of HRH Needs Plans, has not gone well. The purpose of this study is to assess the evidence-based HR planning activities in the district / city. Based on the findings obtained in this study it is expected to be a policy input in the HRH needs planning process. The method of this study is in the form of a literature study of Workforce Research on Health Sector (Risnakes), relevance research results, literature and documents related to HRH planning both at national and regional levels. Data analysis of the results of the literature study was made using thematic analysis. The development of subthemes set in the thematic analysis is focused on exploring issues in the aspects of input, process, and output from the implementation of HRH needs planning in districts / cities in Indonesia. The results of the study show that HRK needs planning problems in the input include complex regional government and ASN management policies, low competency of planning personnel and lack of financial support and lack of optimal use of data and information systems. Problems in the process include not yet understood and implemented the preparation of HRH needs appropriately. The problem with outputs is the gap in HRH related to the adequacy of the number and type of health workers at the municipal district level in Indonesia. In response to this, local governments should plan evidence-based HRH planning, so that planning documents are able to project HRH needs in accordance with the current health situation. Treatment services for people with mental disorders at the community health care center (CHC) still have problems even though supporting policies are available. The purpose of this study was to provide recommendations on policies related to the treatment for people with mental disorders in CHC. This study was conducted in 2018. Data collection was carried out through the review of relevant regulatory documents and in-depth interviews with eleven informants. The results of the study showed that the type of mental disorders diagnosis was less appropriate to the needs. Moreover, the doctors prioritized services than the content of regulations. Problems also occurred on the unavailability of mental disorders medicine because of the insignifi cant number of cases and poor medicine needs planning. There was no sanction when the policy was not implemented. In conclusion, revision of the Minister of Health (MOH) decree number 514 is needed on the aspect of mental disorders diagnosis and competency level of the general practitioner. Dissemination of policies on mental health is needed for general practitioners. Abstrak Pelayanan pengobatan penderita gangguan jiwa di Puskesmas masih mengalami berbagai masalah meskipun kebijakan yang mendukung telah tersedia. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan tentang pengobatan penderita gangguan jiwa di Puskesmas. Kajian dilaksanakan pada tahun 2018. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui telaah dokumen peraturan yang relevan serta wawancara mendalam terhadap sebelas informan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan jenis diagnosis gangguan jiwa yang kurang sesuai kebutuhan. Hal-hal lain yaitu dokter lebih mengutamakan pelayanan dibandingkan isi peraturan, ada masalah ketidaktersediaan obat gangguan jiwa karena kasusnya kecil dan perencanaan kurang baik. Tidak ada sanksi bila kebijakan tidak dijalankan. Kesimpulannya bahwa diperlukan perbaikan tentang jenis gangguan jiwa, tingkat kompetensi dokter umum pada Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan (KMK) nomor 514 tahun 2015 dan diperlukan sosialisasi bagi dokter tentang kebijakan kesehatan yang berlaku.

Objetivo: analisar as intervenções de enfermagem relacionadas às competências de promoção da saúde de idosos com transtorno mental. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. A busca de publicações sobre o tema, de 2014-2018, foi realizada nas bases de dados SCOPUS, MEDLINE/PubMed, SciELO, Cochrane, LILACS e BDENF. Dos 850 artigos encontrados, 10 foram selecionados. Resultados: os artigos foram agrupados de acordo com os oito domínios do modelo de competências para promoção da saúde de Galway: catalisar mudanças, liderança, avaliação das necessidades, planejamento, implementação, avaliação do impacto, parceria e defesa. Os domínios mais evidenciados foram catalisar mudanças, avaliação das necessidades, implementação e parceria. Predominou o nível 2C de evidência científica. Conclusão: identificou-se que as competências de promoção da saúde desenvolvidas por enfermeiros podem contribuir, reduzindo as consequências dos transtornos mentais na vida do idoso.ABSTRACTObjective: to analyze the nursing intervention related to the skills in the health promotion of elderly people with mental disorders. Method: it is about an integrative review of the literature. La búsqueda de publicaciones acerca del tema, entre el 2014 y el 2018 se ha realizado con bases de datos SCOPUS, MEDLINE/ PubMed Scielo, Cochrane, LILACS y BDENF. De los 850 artículos encontrados, 10 han sido seleccionados. Resultados: los artículos han sido reunidos de acuerdo con ocho dominios del Modelo de Competencia para la Promoción de Salud de Galway: catalizar cambios, liderazgo, evaluación de necesidades, planificación, implementación, evaluación del impacto, parcerias y defensa. Los dominios más evidenciados fueron catalizar cambios, evaluación de las necesidades, implementación y parceria. Ha predominado el nivel 2C de comprobación científica. Conclusión: se ha identificado que las competencias de la promoción de salud desarrolladas por enfermeros pueden contribuir, reduciendo las consecuencias de los trastornos mentales en la vida de los ancianos.

A company needs planning to assist management in assessing the level of profit to be gained, with a Cost Volume Profit analysis that focuses on the various factors that affect changes in the components of profit. This study aims to determine the application of CVP analysis as the basis of profit planning is expected 2018. The metodh used is descriptive method with empirical study approach. Researcher collets company information then do data analysis. CVP analysis is done by break even point (BEP), contribution margin (CM), margin of savety (MOS), operating laverage  (OL).  The  result  showed     by  Gunung  Seulawah  that  in  2017  the  contribution  margin  was  Rp.2.833.357.000,00,-,  minimum sales of 38.366 units or Rp. 9.207.736.265,- , break even point Rp 872.263.735,00,- with a total of as many as 3,634 units and operating laverage 1,09. The result showed  by Bungong Jaroe  that in 2017 the contribution margin was Rp. 1.102.573.000,,00,-,  minimum sales of 15.020 units or Rp.3.304.403.000,00- , break even point Rp. 655.596.999,00- with a total of as many as 2.980 units and operating laverage 1,20. The result showed  by Rencong Aceh that in 2017 the contribution margin was 95.580.300,.00,00,-,  minimum sales of 713 units or Rp. 171.179.274,00- , break even point Rp. 116,820,726,00- with a total of as many as 487 units and operating laverage 1,68. The companies set a profit of 15% over the previous year. To achieve expected profit, sales are targeted  at  Rp.  2.976.401.250,00-  for  Gunung  Seulawah  Rp. 1.058.042.263,00.-  Bungong  Jaroe  and  Rp.65.331.845,00,- Rencong Aceh. Mangement can apply CVP analysis to assist in planning earnings in the coming year.

The puprpose of this study was to determine to analyze : (1) job analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning and employee performance civil servant in Tasikmalaya Regency. (2) Effect of partially or simultaneously work analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning employee’s needs planning for employee performance in Tasikmalaya Regency.            The method used was descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, depth interviews, and documentation. The sampling tecnique used is a census with a sample size that was 100 (one hundred) respondents. The analytical tool used was path analysis.            Based on the result in disccusion in mind that job anlysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning and performance of employees in Tasikmalaya Regency included in good classification. There is positive effect of job analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Tasikmalaya Regency. So, Hypothesis were veryfied.
