The puprpose of this study was to determine to analyze : (1) job analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning and employee performance civil servant in Tasikmalaya Regency. (2) Effect of partially or simultaneously work analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning employee’s needs planning for employee performance in Tasikmalaya Regency.            The method used was descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, depth interviews, and documentation. The sampling tecnique used is a census with a sample size that was 100 (one hundred) respondents. The analytical tool used was path analysis.            Based on the result in disccusion in mind that job anlysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning and performance of employees in Tasikmalaya Regency included in good classification. There is positive effect of job analysis, workload analysis, employee’s needs planning partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Tasikmalaya Regency. So, Hypothesis were veryfied.

This study was conducted to determine if knowledge sharing and competence, has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Rural Bank Company in Indonesia. This study has three variables, namely knowledge sharing and competence as an independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires to employees in Rural Bank Company in Indonesia with a sample size of 145 people. This research method using descriptive method and the method of verification. Data processing is done by using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Knowledge sharing positive effect of 28.9% in the form of employee performance, which means that with improvements in the implementation of knowledge sharing in Rural Bank Company, then it will be better the performance owned employee. Besides competence also have considerable influence, namely 10.2% in the form of employee performance

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance, And While Compensation and Work Environment is Positive and Not Significant to Employee Performance and Loyalty is negative and not Significant to Performance.Value of R2 square total equal to 0,5141 which mean employee performance variable explained by compensation, work environment, and organizational culture with job loyalty as interverning variable equal to 51,41% and the rest equal to 48,59% explained other factor outside research model. Expansion of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is getting bigger, requires large human resources as well. On the other hand, there is no permit for additional permanent manpower, while most of the human resources in the Procurement Compartment of PT. Peterokimia Gresik has entered its retirement period and there is no technology transfer for the migration of software used in the company, namely SAP software, so employee performance is ineffective. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness on employee satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population and sample of employees who are part of the Service Procurement Department and the Goods Procurement Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a number of 50 respondents. All incoming and appropriate data will be analyzed by smartPLS. The results showed that work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work effectiveness on employee performance.

The tax revenue in West Java has not fully realized and developed in accordance with the planned target. In line with reality, the employee performance in the Directorate General of Taxation should greatly determine the amount of tax revenue in West Java. Their performance can be measured based on the terms of quality, namely in achieving predetermined standards. While in the terms of quantity and responsibility, it can be measured based on their achievement on completion targets and following existing work procedures. This research method was carried out descriptively and verified. Assessment of scores on research variables is used as a descriptive method, while Path Analysis method is used both to aim and determine causality between research variables and hypothesis test. The descriptive result showed that Discipline, Compensation, Competency, Motivation, Commitment and Performance are categorized as ‘good’, but nonoptimal in their achievements. Verificative results showed that there are partially and simultaneously positive and significant effects between Discipline, Compensation, and Competency towards Motivation, both directly and indirectly. The most dominant effect on competency. Also, there are positive and significant effects between motivation and commitment towards employee performance in the West Java Regional I Office of Directorate General of Taxation.

The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method by using statistical formula to help analyze data obtained from the field. The data in this research is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents who become the sample. Then processed using Product Moment correlation formula, and assisted with soft ware computer that is SPSS 24 to know there is a relationship between discipline and performance. The result of the research shows that the test regression equation test have positive direction toward employee performance with significant level is proved tcount 3,893>ttable 2.0195 in other words have close enough relationship with performance. For a correlation calculation of 0.519, this indicates a positive relationship between discipline and performance. Furthermore, the determinant coefficient obtained by 27%, the rest of 73% influenced by other factors outside the study of this study.

A leader is a person who has the skills and strengths so as to be able to influence others to carry out certain activities, for the achievement of goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on employee performance. Using a sample of 76 employees at PT. Raditya Perkasa, this study used a questionnaire as the main instrument. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. The results showed that compensation and transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Partially, this study found that transformational leadership has a stronger effect on employee performance compared to compensation. Furthermore, the values ​​of transformational leadership are considered very important in supporting employee performance. Transformational leadership includes two essential elements, namely relational and dealing with real change so that leaders and followers raise themselves to each other to arrive at certain levels of motivation and performance.

This study aims to determine the branding strategy at MTsN Purbalingga Regency and to determine the level of effectiveness of branding management strategies at MTsN Purbalingga Regency in 2018 to 2020. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. This method is used to describe and analyze branding management strategies at MTsN in Purbalingga Regency and describe user responses to branding management strategies at MTsN Purbalingga Regency. The places chosen to conduct the research were MTsN 01 Purbalingga, MTsN 02 Purbalingga, and MTsN 03 Purbalingga. Informants from this research are principals, teachers, staff, and students. Then to select and determine the informants in this study, the researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research are using content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1). the branding strategies that have been carried out by MTsN in Purbalingga Regency between one MTsN and other MTsN are the same and some are different, this of course depends on the branding management carried out by each school. MTsN 1 Purbalingga, namely by improving the quality both in terms of achievement and non-academic namely character building, MTs Negeri 2 Purbalingga emphasizes efforts to attract interest in terms of performance and community service, while MTs Negeri 3 Purbalingga in an effort to attract interest by achieving good academic achievements and non-academic and performance services for both teachers and employees; 2). The effectiveness of the branding strategy carried out at MTs Negeri Purbalingga Regency in 2018 to 2020 is quite effective in increasing public trust.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, ability and opportunities of employee performance in the general hospital of Nanga Pinoh Melawi District. The number of respondents was 63 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a survey that is a method that aims to describe the nature of something that is ongoing at the time of the research and examine the causes of a particular symptom Based on data processing using regression analysis, ability variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Opportunity variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivational variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Nanga Pinoh District General Hospital, Melawi Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.732. It appears that the ability of the independent variable (Ability, Opportunity and Motivation) in explaining the variance of the variable (Performance) is 73.2% and there are 26.8% variance of the dependent variable that has not been able to be explained by the independent variable in this research model.

Performance is the result of work produced by employees in accordance with its role in the organization. Employee performance is one very important thing in a company to achieve the goal that every effort should be made to the company of increasing. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and empowerment of employees on work motivation and performance of employees. This research was conducted at the Department of Education Youth and Sports Regency Tabanan using sample that 59 employees. Data were collected by conducting interviews and questionnaires. Subsequently collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. The results of this study concluded that the leadership is significant positive effect on work motivation. Empowerment is significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation. Work motivation is significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, Leadership is not significant positive effect on employee performance.
