This study takes the topic of comparative analysis of bankruptcy prediction models in the Property and Real Estate Sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. In this case, the test was conducted to compare the accuracy between the Altman Z-Score, Springate S-Score and Zmijewski X-Score models in predicting the bankruptcy of property and real estate companies. The sample consisted of 20 companies after the sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. To obtain the right level of accuracy, a comparison of the distress or non-distress score categories of each bankruptcy model with the earnings per share (EPS) value of each company was carried out through a dummy variable. Through this test, it is known that the Zmijewski X-Score model is the most accurate model in predicting bankruptcy in the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by 90%.

This study aims to examine the potential for bankruptcy of companies with three analytical models, namely Altman Z-Score, Springate S-Score, and Zmijewski X-Score, and assess the level of accuracy of the three models. Each model uses ratio analysis with the elements of assets, debt, capital, and company profits. This study uses a sample of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2014-2018 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and obtained 24 sample companies. This study uses secondary data, namely the company's financial statements obtained from IDX's official website. This study calculates financial ratios, compares the scores of the three bankruptcy prediction models, and tests the model's accuracy. The results of this study show that of the three models, the Springate S-Score model is the most accurate in predicting bankruptcy, with an accuracy rate of 83.33%, as evidenced by two companies that were delisted from the IDX. This study can be used as a reference and as material for consideration in making investment decisions for companies and investors.

This study aims to determine the effect of the bankruptcy prediction of the Altman z-score model, auditor reputation and opinion shopping on going concern audit opinion in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 25 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were determined using purposive sampling technique. Observations in this study were carried out throughout the period 2015 to 2019 so that the number of observations was 125 data. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. While the data analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with statistical data processing software, namely STATA. Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be seen that the prediction of bankruptcy based on the Altman z-score model has no significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Auditor reputation is proven to have a negative and significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. And opinion shopping is also proven to have a negative and significant effect on going concern audit opinion on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of growth opportunity, profitability, business risk, and size on the company's capital structure either partially or simultaneously.The object of research used is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2017. This study uses a purposive sampling technique in determining research samples. the number of companies selected as the study sample were 18 companies registered in the property and real estate sector. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that partially growth opportunity and size had not significant effect, while  profitability and business risk had a significant effect on capital structure. the results of testing simultaneously growth opportunity, profitability, business risk, and size have a significant influence on the capital structure.  Turn Over ratio, Gross Profit Margin and Return On Equity show unfavorable conditions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvency on the Company Value of the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 Period. This research is a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 22 companies. Based on the sampling technique with purposive sampling obtained a sample of 21 companies. Data collection techniques use the documentation of financial statements published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a regression coefficient of 0.557 and a significance value of 0.001 0.05; (2) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, with a regression coefficient of 0.207 and a significance of 0.002 0.05; (3) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, with a regression coefficient of 0.340 and a significance of 0,000 0.05; (4) Solvency, Profitability, and Liquidity affect the Value of the Company with a significance of 0,000 with an R2 of 43%

In this study we use two models for the measuring of financial status of the non-financial firms which are listed in the Karachi Stock Exchange. The Non-financial companies represent the biggest slice at the Karachi Stock Exchange. The non-financial companies of Pakistan are the total population and sample size is 25 higher and 25 lower capital companies. The technique which used in this study was Convenience sampling technique and all 50 non-financial listed companies at KSE were included to gain deeper insights into this study. The State Bank of Pakistan shows balance sheet analyses of companies, for compiling of data financial reports were used for the years 2007 to 2012. The results of the study showed that Abbas model and Altman’s Z-Score model was a effective tool for checking the financial health of non-financial companies listed at Karachi stock exchange. This study further explores that lower capital firm have more financially distressed companies as compare to high capital  non-financial companies listed at KSE.

This study aims to examine the effect of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, and Leverage on Company Value in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a type of explanatory research. From 48 existing companies, acquired as many as 23 companies that meet criteria specified sampling. The sample method in this study using nonprobability sampling method with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results in this study indicate that institutional ownership is proven to have a significant positive effect on Company Value in the Property & Real Estate sub-sector companies in 2016-2018. Managerial Ownership has a significant positive effect on Company Value in the Property & Real Estate subsector companies in 2016-2018. Leverage is proven to have a significant positive effect on Company Value in the Property & Real Estate subsector companies in 2016-2018.

This study aims to examine the variables of debt level, operating cash flow, sales volatility and managerial ownership on earnings persistence in Property & Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The research method used in this study is the method quantitative research. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique where the population was 63 companies and a sample that met the specified criteria was 11 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The statistical analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that debt level has no significant effect on earnings persistence in Property & Real Estate Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Operating cash flow has a positive and significant effect on earnings persistence in Property & Real Estate Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Sales volatility has a negative and significant effect on earnings persistence in Property & Real Estate Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Managerial ownership has no significant effect on earnings persistence in Property & Real Estate Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. This study to describe the influence of Profitability, Company Size, Number of Audit Committees, and KAP Size on audit delay both partially and simultaneously on audit delay on Property and Real Estate companies in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 36 companies in the Property and Real Estate sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, so that the research data amounted to 180. In this study using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, classic assumption test, and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and company size have a significant effect on audit delay, while for the number of audit committees, KAP size has no significant effect on audit delay. Silmultically that profitability, company size, number of audit committees, and KAP Size significantly influence the audit delay of property and real estate companies in 2014-2018.

As a prospective investor in the capital market, the right strategy should be known and applied to choose shares in the right company. One thing that must be understood is the behavior of the company's fundamental ratios such as return on equity (ROE) and price earnings ratio (PER). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROE on PER, for property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010-2016. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique, totaling 24 property companies. The source of the data used comes from the company's financial statements. From the results obtained it can be concluded that ROE can predict PER on property companies on the IDX for the period 2010-2016.
