As a prospective investor in the capital market, the right strategy should be known and applied to choose shares in the right company. One thing that must be understood is the behavior of the company's fundamental ratios such as return on equity (ROE) and price earnings ratio (PER). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROE on PER, for property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010-2016. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique, totaling 24 property companies. The source of the data used comes from the company's financial statements. From the results obtained it can be concluded that ROE can predict PER on property companies on the IDX for the period 2010-2016.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (X1), profitability (X2) simultaneously and partially on firm value in plantation sub-sector companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. Determining the sample of companies using purposive sampling technique by considering companies that are listed and no listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and have financial statements from 2015-2019, so the total sample is 7 companies in the plantation sub-sector. Sources data of research are from audited company annual reports and from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and ICMD (Indonesia Capital Market Directory). The result of the study shows that the capital structure and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure partially has no significant effect on firm value in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

A B S T R A C T This paper aims to analyze return on equity, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio, asset growth, and inflation on stock return on Property and Real Estate companies. Sample collection techniques in this study is purposive sampling to produce 25 samples property and real estate companies. The data required in this study were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia (BI). Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS . The study concluded that simultaneous return on equity, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio, asset growth, and inflation significant effect on stock return. While the partial test results show return on equity, price earning ratio, and inflation significant effect on stock return and debt to equity ratio and assets growth does not significantly affect the stock return .The results of this study indicate that the return on equity, price earning ratio, and inflation are used by investors to predict the stock return of property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007-2012 period. Sedangkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan return on equity, price earning ratio, dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dan debt to equity ratio dan assets growth tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa return on equity, price earning ratio, dan inflasi yang digunakan oleh investor untuk memprediksi return saham perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2007-2012. This research is to find out and analyze: (1) the effect of Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Leverage simultaneously affect the stock price in the property and real estate industries in the Indonesian stock exchange, (2) the positive and negative effects of Return On Equity are partially influential on stock prices in the property and real estate industries in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) the positive and negative effects of Earning Per Share partially affect the stock price in the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (4) positive and negative leverage partial effect on stock prices in the property and real estate industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is quantitative. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with a sample of 21 companies. Analysis method using panel data regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the effect of Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Leverage simultaneously on stock prices in the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) There was a negative influence on Return On Equity on stock prices in the property industry and real estate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) There is an effect of Earning Per Share on stock prices on the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (4) No leverage on stock prices in the property and real estate industries on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa: (1) pengaruh Return On Equity, Earning Per Sharedan Leverage secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate  di bursa efek Indonesia, (2) pengaruh positif dan negatif  Return On Equitysecara parsial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate  di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (3) pengaruh positif dan negatif Earning Per Share  secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (4) pengaruh positif dan negatif Leveragesecara parsial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate  di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif.Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 21 perusahaan. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengaruh Return On Equity, Earning Per Share dan Leverage secara serempak terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate  di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (2) Terdapat pengaruh Return On Equity secara negatif terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate  di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (3) Terdapat pengaruh Earning Per Share terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate  di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (4) Tidak berpengaruh Leverage terhadap harga saham pada industri property dan real estate  di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This research aims to discuss the effects of equity, asset growth, and the ratio of price earnings on the price of shares of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2016 period. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. A total of 60 samples were taken from 20 companies for 3 years. The statistical method to examine the objective of multiple linear regression. This showed that equity returns have a significant effect on stock prices, whilst asset growth and price earnings ratios have no significant effect on stock prices. Taken together, the return on equity, asset growth and price earnings ratios have a significant effect on stock prices. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh return on equity, asset growth dan price earnings ratio terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2016. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 yang diambil dari 20 perusahaan selama 3 tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi berganda. Sedangkan, uji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji t, dan uji F. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan, asset growth dan price earnings ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Namun hasil uji F diperoleh hasil bahwa secara bersama-sama return on equity, asset growth dan price earnings ratio mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham.

The research aims to analyze the effect of  Return On Equity (ROE ), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Income (NI) and Debt to Equity  (DER) on partially and simultaneously to Return Investment (RI) in property companies. Data were collected from secondary data in the financial documentation of Indonesian Capital Market  Directory ( ICMD ) and also can download in the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange www. IDX.co.id. Data analysis was using Eviews version  7.1. The results show that: ROE, ROA, NI, and DER simultaneously significant effect on the property company’s stock return, but partially only ROE and DER variable that significantly effects on stock return. This study aims to test empirically about creative accounting which is proxied by the income smoothing variable. The population used in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the sample of this study were property, real estate and construction companies totaling 48 companies using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative effect on the variable return on equity, current ratio, dividend payout ratio. This shows that the smaller the value of the company's return on equity, current ratio, and dividend payout ratio, the more likely the company is to do income smoothing. The results of this study also indicate that there is a significant effect of the CFO variable on income smoothing. This means that the greater the CFO of the company, the more likely the company is to do income smoothing. The results of this study provide contributions and input for the report users in seeing which companies do creative accounting so that they can decide whether to invest or not. Keywords: Creative accounting, income smoothing, profitabilitas, deviden payout ratio, return on equity   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris tentang akuntansi kreatif (creative accounting) yang diproksikan oleh variabel perataan laba. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti, real estate dan konstruksi yang berjumlah 48 perusahaan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan variabel return on equity, current ratio, deviden payout ratio. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin kecil nilai return on equity, current ratio, dan dividen payout ratio perusahaan, maka semakin besar kemungkinan perusahaan melakukan perataan laba. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel Cash Flows From Operating Activities (CFO) terhadap income smoothing. Hal ini berarti semakin besar Cash Flows From Operating Activities (CFO) perusahaan maka semakin besar kemungkinan perusahaan melakukan perataan laba. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingginya nilai laba bukan berarti menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan dalam kondisi baik. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya indikasi perusahaan melakukan perataan laba untuk tujuan tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dan masukan bagi para pihak pengguna laporan dalam melihat perusahaan mana saja yang melakukan creative accounting sehingga dapat memutuskan untuk menanamkan investasinya atau tidak. ABSTRACT The research objective is to prove and explain the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, interest rates and inflation on the price to book value (corporate banking in Indonesia in 2007-2012. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of growth opportunity, profitability, business risk, and size on the company's capital structure either partially or simultaneously.The object of research used is the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2017. This study uses a purposive sampling technique in determining research samples. the number of companies selected as the study sample were 18 companies registered in the property and real estate sector. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that partially growth opportunity and size had not significant effect, while  profitability and business risk had a significant effect on capital structure. the results of testing simultaneously growth opportunity, profitability, business risk, and size have a significant influence on the capital structure.  Turn Over ratio, Gross Profit Margin and Return On Equity show unfavorable conditions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Change In Total Assets on Price Book Value with Debt To Equity as an intervening in metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is an associative study with documentation data collection techniques, the population in this study This amounted to 16 companies and samples taken amounted to 14 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis. The results showed that Return On Equity had a positive and significant effect on Debt To Equity, Return On Equity had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Debt To Equity, Growth Assets had a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity has a positive and insignificant effect on Price Book Value, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Return On Equity and Price Book Value has a negative and insignificant effect, Debt to Equity as a mediation on Growth Assets and Price Book Value has a negative and negative effect not significant.
