Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) The effect of audit opinion on firm value. (2) The effect of debt policy on firm value. (3) The effect of company growth on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. While the sample collection technique in this study used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 189 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. These results indicate that: (1) Audit opinion has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.007 <0.05. (2) Debt policy has a negative and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. (3) Company growth has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.155> 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

This study aims to identify and prove empirically the effect of Tax Planning, Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value with Corporate Transparency as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative approach research with explanatory research and associative methods. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique using Eviews 9 software for data analysis. The sample consists of 60 data from 12 property and real estate subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The results show that Tax Planning, Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership simultaneously affect the value of the company which is moderated by corporate transparency, tax planning has no effect on firm value, the capital structure does not affect firm value, managerial ownership does not affect firm value, and corporate transparency does not. effect on firm value, corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between tax planning and firm value, corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between capital structure and firm value, and corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between managerial ownership and firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

The aims of this research are to analyze the effect of debt default, the company's growth and size of the company going concern audit opinion. This study uses a quantitative approach because the emphasis on testing theories through the measurement of research variables with numbers and perform statistical data analysis procedures. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company of food and beverage subsector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 as many as 14 companies. Meanwhile, the number of samples in this study are 56 companies, the sampling technique using saturation sampling method (census) and data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and logistic regression (logistic regression). Based on the results of research show that the debt default positively effect to the going cocern opinion,  company's growth negatively effect to the going concern opinion and firm size also negatively affect the going concern opinion. This study has limitations because it uses secondary data are derived from the annual report. Object of research only on subsector of manufacturing companies namely food and beverage subsector. So that,  the  company should not use the research findings in the formulation of decisions dealing with going concern audit opinion. It means, required consideration of other factors that should be explored through subsequent research.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh debt default, pertumbuhan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap opini audit going concern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena penekanannya pada pengujian teori melalui pengukuran variabel penelitian dengan angka dan melakukan prosedur analisis data statistik. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2015 sebanyak 14 perusahaan. Sementara itu, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi logistik (regresi logistik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debt default berpengaruh positif terhadap opini audit going cocern, pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap opini audit going concern dan ukuran perusahaan juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap opini audit going concern. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan karena menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan. Objek penelitian hanya pada subsektor perusahaan manufaktur yaitu subsektor makanan dan minuman. Sehingga, perusahaan tidak boleh menggunakan temuan penelitian dalam perumusan keputusan yang berhubungan dengan opini audit going concern. Maknanya, diperlukan pertimbangan faktor-faktor lain yang harus dieksplorasi melalui penelitian selanjutnya.

Establishment of a company has a clear goal one of which is to maximize the firm value. There are many factors affecting firm value and this study intends to empirically learning the effect of internal ownership, audit quality, and debt policy to firm value. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2017-2019, amounting to 149 companies. The sample of the study was selected as many as 11 companies with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method of this research is documentation. Data were analyzed using statistical decriptive and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that there is no positive influence of internal ownership to firm value with p=0.552 (p>0.05), audit quality has significant effect to company value with p=0.035 (p<0.05), debt policy has no significant effect on the firm value with p=0.807 (p> 0.05). The next study must adding other variables that also could affect the firm value such as leverage, profitability, investment, institutional ownership and others

Objective – This study aimed to test and analyze the effect of the audit opinion, audit report lag, profitability, and leverage on stock prices in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period of 2012-2018, either simultaneously or partially.  Design/methodology – A total of 55 manufacturing companies were the samples of this study, and they were collected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. Results – This study indicates that simultaneously audit opinion, audit report lag, profitability, and leverage can affect stock prices. Partially, auditing report lag and profitability calculated using ROA can affect stock prices. Meanwhile, audit opinion and leverage partially do not affect stock prices. Contribution – this study provides evidence on the factors influencing the stock prices specifically within the environment of listed manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax avoidance and income smoothing on the firm value with a debt policy variable as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published financial statements for the period 2016-2018. By using purposive sampling technique, 243 company samples were obtained and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) tax avoidance does not have a positive effect on firm value (2) Income smoothing has a positive effect on firm value (3) Debt policy as a moderating variable can strengthen the relationship between tax avoidance and firm value. (4) Debt policy as a moderating variable does not significantly strengthen the relationship between income smoothing and firm value.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of liquidity, debt policy, company growth, board of commissioners and audit committee on dividend policies of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The method of determining the sample is using purposive sampling. The samples taken were 30 companies with 170 observations, by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collected through non-participant observation.  Based on the results of research, debt policy and company growth have a negative effect on dividend policy, while liquidity, board of commissioners and audit committee have no significant effect on dividend policy. This study focussed to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of company growth on corporate value by disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in manufacturing companies especially in the consumer goods sector that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted at the consumer goods manufacturing company listed on the IDX. The sample is determined through non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of observations obtained in this study is 60 data during the 2015-2017 observation period. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that company growth and CSR disclosure have no effect on firm value. Whereas the disclosure of CSR is able to moderate (strengthen) the influence of company growth on the value of the company. Keywords: Firm value, company growth, CSR disclosure

<p>The Companys value reflects the assets owned by the company. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure and profitability on firm value. The Population are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 2018. The samples of this study are forty-four companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple regression model. Based on the hypothesis tasted proves that the intellectual capital disclosure and profitability have the positive and significant effect on firm value. Market value is able to provide maximum welfare to shareholders. An increase in share prices can reflect the company's assets</p>
