This study aims to identify and prove empirically the effect of Tax Planning, Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership on Firm Value with Corporate Transparency as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative approach research with explanatory research and associative methods. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique using Eviews 9 software for data analysis. The sample consists of 60 data from 12 property and real estate subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The results show that Tax Planning, Capital Structure and Managerial Ownership simultaneously affect the value of the company which is moderated by corporate transparency, tax planning has no effect on firm value, the capital structure does not affect firm value, managerial ownership does not affect firm value, and corporate transparency does not. effect on firm value, corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between tax planning and firm value, corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between capital structure and firm value, and corporate transparency is unable to moderate the relationship between managerial ownership and firm value.

A B S T R A KPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan pajak dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan transparansi perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif statistik, analisis regresi linear regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan perencanaan pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan transparansi perusahaan memoderasi hubungan antara perencanaan pajak dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hal ini di karenakan banyak informasi yang diungkapkan oleh manajemen pada laporan keuangan atau tahunannya, maka pemilik perusahaan dan investor dapat lebih mengetahui kondisi peusahaan yang sebenarnya.Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Pajak, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Nilai Perusahaan, Transparansi PerusahaanA B S T R A C TThis study aims to determine the effect of tax planning and managerial ownership on firm value with company transparency as a moderating variable. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression. The results of this test indicate tax planning has a positive effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value, and corporate transparency moderates the relationship between tax planning and managerial ownership of firm value. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability and institutional ownership on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable in Property and Real Estate Companies on the IDX for the 2015-2018 period. This research is a quantitative research. The data source used is the data source. secondary. data is obtained indirectly and through intermediary media. The type of data used in this research is external data in the form of time series data. The data in this study are in the form of annual reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The population in this study were 48 companies. The sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling technique, the number of companies used as a sample was 25 companies and the data obtained were 100 data. Data analysis was performed through the SPSS program. The data analysis methods used were: descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the profitability variable proxied using ROE (Return on Equity) has an effect on firm value, institutional ownership variable has no effect on company value, profitability and institutional ownership variables jointly affect firm value, capital structure variable can moderate and strengthening the relationship between profitability to firm value and capital structure variables are unable to moderate the relationship between institutional ownership and property and real estate company value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Board of Directors, Non Independent Commissioners, and Managerial Ownership to Manufacturing Company Performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted at food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between more than two variables. Based on the results of the study stated the Board of Directors statistically has no significant effect to company performance (ROA). Non independent commissioners statistically has no effect to company performance (ROA), Managerial ownership has no statistically significant effect to company performance (ROA). This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

This research is aimed to determine the role of managerial ownership as a mechanism to improve the quality of earnings and value companies in manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2014-2016. The sample were selected by purposive sampling method, with the number of sample is 312 companies. The results showed that managerial ownership negatively affects firm value and managerial ownership does not affect the quality of profit but has a negative relationship. In addition, the results also show that the quality of earnings does not affect the value of the company but has a negative relationship. In addition, the quality of earnings does not affect the value of the company. Based on the analysis, the quality of earnings as intervening variable is not able to mediate the relationship between managerial ownership and firm value.

This research aims to analyze the effect profitability to firm value with capital structure as moderating variable in agriculture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The dependent variable used is firm value (PBV), the independent variable is profitability (ROA), and capital structure (DER) as a moderating variable. The sampling technique was purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 9 companies, with an observation period of 2014-2017. This type of research is associative causal. The analysis technique used in this study is panel date regression (common effect modell) using eviews, with a significant level of 5 percent. Descriptive statistics were also included which included average, median, minimum, maximum, and std. deviation. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value and, capital structure is weaken on the relationship of profitability to firm value. Capital structure is a quasi moderating where as the effect of capital structure to firm’s value and the effect of capital structure interaction to firm’s value is also significant.Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Firm Value

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and managerial ownership on stock return with firm value as a moderator veriable in Agricultural Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. The number of samples in this study are 10 agricultural companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that capital structure has negative effect on stock returns, firm value has positive effect on stock returns, profitability and managerial ownership have no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the moderating effect test prove that firm value is able to moderate the effect of profitability on stock returns, but is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure and managerial ownership on stock returns

This study was to analyze the effects of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and profitability on capital strucuture with firm size as the moderating variable. All manufacturing companies of basic industry and chemical sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2014-2017 were the population of the study. There were 66 taken as the samples by using purposive sampling technique. There were 39 companies as research samples and 115 as unit of analysis. Data were collected by documentation method. Then, data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study indicated that managerial ownership and institutional ownership did not significantly affect capital structure, but profitability had a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Firm size did not have any moderating effect between managerial ownership and profitability on capital strucuture, but firm size moderated the effect between institutional ownership and capital structure. It was concluded that only profitability significantly influenced capital structure, and firm size was able to moderate the effect between institutional ownership and capital structure.
