The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of religiosity on the saving interest at Islamic Banking with the knowledge of the people as the moderator variable. This study was held at Tanggerang Selatan. The methods that is used to gather samples for this study is non-probability sampling and with the technique convenience sampling. The respondents in this study are the people of South Tanggerang City who saves their money at Islamic Banking, there are 100 respondents in total. The data gathered through questionnaire as the methods of survey. The data that are gathered then processed using multiple linear regression with interaction test (moderated regression analysis). The result of this study shows that there is significant influence between religiosity and the saving interest at Islamic Banking. the knowledge of the people and the saving interest at Islamic Banking also shows significant influence. The interaction between religiosity and knowledge as the moderator variable giving significant influence on the saving interest at Islamic Banking at the rate of significance bellow 0.05 or 5%.

This research was conducted to determine and test the effect of changes in tax rates (X1), tax calculation methods (X2) and modernization of the tax system (X3) on MSME taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable (M). As for the population in this study, the UMKM taxpayers in the food and beverage sector are registered at the Surabaya City Trade Office. Data collection uses purposive sampling method, provided that the taxpayer has a NPWP and has a gross turnover (turnover) in one tax year not to exceed Rp4.8 billion. The samples used in this study were 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and interaction regression with the help of SPPS version 17. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially changes in tax rates did not have a positive effect and insignificant on taxpayer compliance, while the tax calculation method and tax system modernization partially have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Multiple regression analysis with the interaction test for variable changes in tax rates to taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable, the method of calculating taxes against taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable and modernization of the tax system towards taxpayer compliance with tax fairness as a moderating variable partial positive and significant effect which means that tax justice is able to moderate all the variables used in this study.

This research aimed to test the effect of internet knowledge and e-commerce use both partially and simultaneously using multiple linear regression analysis. Convenience sampling is used in this research where 59 SMEs from Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province are involved. The result of this research prove that all the hypotheses are supported except for first hypotheses which stated that internet knowledge significantly and positively affects cybercrime awareness. Therefore, e-commerce use is significantly and positively affects cybercrime awareness, and also internet knowledge and e-commerce is simultaneously affects cybercrime awareness.Keywords: e-commerce, cybercrime, awareness, SMEs, internet knowledge

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.  The people in Samosir believe that pigs are livestock that bring many benefits. That is why many people raise pigs. At this time there is a downward trend in pig population.This research was conducted at the people's farm in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency.   This study was conducted from May until July 2019 and aimed to investigate the factors that affect the rate of decline in the pig population. The result of research will show dominant factors that causes the rate of decline in the pig population and improvement could be conducted to prevent pig population decline trend. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the variable of animal feed limitations, farmer experience, long time raising, local environmental customs, religious holiday production. This research was conducted by asking the farmer directly and giving a randomly selected questionnaire. In total there were 84 pig farmers in 4 villages in each district. The results of this study indicated that the limitations of feed, long time raising, environmental customs around and religious day have a very significant influence on the decline in pig population in Simanindo District Samosir Regency.

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the characteristics of the Angry Birds packaging (packaging size, packaging, color packaging, packaging materials) partially have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (STIE Mahardhika case study in Surabaya). The analysis model used is the t test regression analysis to see the effect of the variable characteristics of the packaging (packaging size, packaging, color packaging, packaging materials) on consumer purchasing decisions. This study was conducted in STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. Samples taken are students STIE Mahardhika Surabaya totaling 100 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. Based on t test known that the size of the packaging and the packaging forms a partial no significant influence on purchase decisions Mahardhika STIE student. The different thing is indicated by the color variables packaging and packaging materials, both variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, profit, safety simultaneously and partially on the public's interest in using the rahn product of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 31 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the perception of convenience, the perception of profit and the perception of security simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using the rahn products of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. The perception of convenience has a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of profit have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of security have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency.   Keywords: Perception, Interests, Rahn, Profits, Security, Ease     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, keuntungan, keamanan secara serempak dan parsial terhadap minat masyarakat menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah Di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi kemudahan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi keuntungan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat  pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. The purpose of this studyawas to determine the effect of laisse faire leadershipAstyle, work discipline and communication on the performance of the employees of PT. Trans Retail Sidoarjoapartially and simultaneously and to find out the most significant influence among variables laissez faire leadership style, workadiscipline andacommunication. This study took 86 samples with non-probability samplingatechniques, especially saturated samplingausing multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption tests withaSPSS version 18. Thissstudy uses quantitative methods, surveysaand explanatoryaresearch. The results of thisastudy indicateathat there is an influenceaof laissez faire leadershipastyle, work discipline andaacommunication simultaneouslyaand partially on employee performanceaand the laissez faire leadership styleavariable is the most influentialavariable on employeeAperformance.
