Abstrak Kegiatan Ipteks bagi Wilayah (IbW) PT-PEMDA-CSR yang akan kami laksanakan adalah Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Suka Damai dan Bumela Kecamatan Bilato Kabupaten Gorontalo. Pemerintah Daerah yang mendukung pelaksanaan program ini adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sedangkan Coorporate Social Rensponsibility (CSR) yang juga mendukung program ini adalah CSR dari PT. Indo Invent Gorontalo. Perusahaan PMA dalam pengolahan tembaga. Tujuan umum yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendukung optimalisasi implementasi dan pelaksanaan UU No. 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Sedangkan tujuan khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah dalam rangka mendukung program Pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat dan mengawal pelaksanaan program Cooperative Social Responsibility (CSR) dari suatu perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing yang bernama PT. Indo Invent Gorontalo. Lokasi pelaksanaan Program IbW PT-PEMDA-CSR ini adalah Desa Suka Damai dan Desa Bumela Kecamaatan Bilato Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hal ini mengingat bahwa, baik Pemda Kabupaten Gorontalo maupun PT. Indo Invent Gorontalo memiliki program yang sasarannya diarahkan pada kedua desa tersebut. Luaran yang dihasilkan dalam program ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan dan kapasitas kelompok tani dalam manajemen pengelolaan usaha dan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna dalam pengembangan usaha cabe dengan menggunakan inovasi alat pengering cabe energi matahari. Selain daripada itu untuk mendukung usaha pengembangan cabe dibentuk kelembagaan petani pelaku usaha cabe berupa koperasi produksi pertanian. Secara keseluruhannya kegiatan ini telah dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Suka Damai dan Desa Bumela Kecamatan Bilato Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode pelaksanaan adalah Bimbingan Teknik cara Pemanfaatan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) Pengelolaan Pasca Panen Usaha Cabe; Pembentukan Koperasi Serba Usaha; dan Pemeriksaan Kesehatan Gratis. The local government that supports the implementation of this program is the Gorontalo District Government. The general objective to be achieved in this activity is to support the optimization of implementation and implementation of Law no. 6 of 2014 on the Village. While the specific goal to be achieved is in order to support the Gorontalo District Government program for improving the economic welfare of the community and guarding the implementation of the Cooperative Social Responsibility (CSR) program of a Foreign Investment company called PT. Indo Invent Gorontalo. The location of the program of IbW PT-PEMDA-CSR is Suka Damai Village and Bumela Village in Bilato District of Gorontalo District. This is given that, both the District Government of Gorontalo and PT. Indo Invent Gorontalo has a program targeted at both villages. The output generated in this program is increasing the skills and capacity of farmer groups in management of business management and the use of appropriate technology in the development of chili business by using innovation of solar chilli dryer. In addition to that, to support the development of chili, there is an institutional establishment of chilli farmers in the form of agricultural production cooperatives. Overall this activity has been able to improve the welfare of the community of Suka Damai Village and Bumela Village, Bilato District, Gorontalo District. La responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) es un concepto con el cual las empresas deciden voluntariamente incluirse en el logro de una sociedad mejor y un medio ambiente más saludable. Requiere de una continua adaptación a los cambios que se producen en su entorno, con su mirada puesta en la sostenibilidad empresarial que beneficie a la empresa y a las partes interesadas. El presente trabajo aborda, en primer lugar, los inicios y evolución del concepto de RSE, mostrando la estrecha relación con los cambios económicos y sociales. La responsabilidad social empresarial se inició con acciones filantrópicas, seguidas de acciones de inversión social. Sin embargo, en la actualidad, se plantea la realización de prácticas responsables integradas a la gestión empresarial, lo que propone nuevos modelos de gestión empresarial. Para comprender la noción de RSE en los negocios, se ha considerado necesario la realización de un diagnóstico en profundidad. Para ello, se muestran las diversas teorías y modelos de RSE corporativa; los grupos de interés y la RSE para la gestión; su interrelación con las normas legales actuales; y las herramientas de aplicación. Si se quiere ser competitivo, es necesario entender la empresa como un ciudadano corporativo con deberes y derechos, así como desafíos y aspectos críticos en su gestión. Finalmente, se hace mención a una serie de casos de RSE en los ámbitos internacional, nacional y regional para comprender el accionar y la respuesta de diversas empresas frente a los desafíos de su entorno y las necesidades de sus grupos de interés. ABSTRACTCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept whereby companies decide voluntarily to include themselves the achievement of a better society and a healthier environment. It requires constantly adapting to the changing environment, with their sights set on corporate sustainability that benefits the company and stakeholders. Firstly, this paper addresses the beginnings and evolution about CSR concept, showing the close relationship between the economic and social changes. CSR began with philanthropy actions, followed by social investment actions. However, today, a realization of responsible practices integrated to business management is set out, which proposes new models of business management. To understand CSR in business is necessary to consider performing an in-depth diagnostic; for that, it shows the various theories and models of Corporate CSR, the stakeholders and CSR management; the relationship with the current laws and implementation tools. If competitiveness is required, it is necessary to understand the company as a corporate citizen with rights and duties, as well as challenges and critical issues in management. Finally, many of regional, national and internationals CSR cases are mentions to understand the actions and responses of various companies facing the challenges of their environment and the needs of its stakeholders. .

Currently, the ideas of social responsibility are widely used in business management, and became important criteria of their assessment, at the same time there is a cognitive gap in area of the impact of CSR on the financial results of companies. The purpose of this article is to try to answer the following questions: is the pursuit of companies’ policies focused on corporate social responsibility CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) influences the financial results CFP (Corporate Financial Performance)? Attempting realization of taken assumption, the following hypothesis is taken, there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of CSR and financial results of enterprises. In the article special attention is given to the impact of CSR on the net result, return on assets and return on sales, because those are the basic indicators identifying the company’s financial condition. The results of the study indicate opublikowathat statistically CSR does not have a significant impact on the value of the financial result, as well as on return on assets and return on sales.

Senggowar Village is a part of Gondang sub-district, Nganjuk district, a village that wishes to become a village with a “catfish” icon. Economic problems cause many parents to work outside the home, so that their children are less attention and get along with the environment that is not true. Some people work in agriculture as agricultural laborers, especially primary products with inadequate income. Village officials and community leaders look for solutions in various opportunities by introducing villages with the icon "Lele Village". Because Catfish is now an animal necessity at a price that is quite affordable by the wider community. The Village Government formed 2 Farmer Groups namely: Mina Tirta 1 and Mina Tirta 2. The activities of these farmer groups are still limited to exhibition activities held by the Nganjuk District Government related to village potential. Sustainability activities have not been carried out optimally, due to the limited knowledge and technology of the community about catfish cultivation and diversification of food made from raw catfish. For this reason, a program of activities for the "Lele Village" was considered. The solution offered by making artificial ponds with tarpaulins that can be done in a narrow yard. Post-harvest handling of processed products from catfish include: Abon Catfish, Catfish Meatballs, Catfish Chips, Catfish Flour, Catfish Dumplings. Marketing with an online model, accounting books, and empowerment of farmer group cooperatives.

Entrepreneurship has started to be used as a tool for individual interests as well as the implementation of innovative ideas. Sustainability in entrepreneurship requires corporate social responsibility and ethical principles in leadership. The fact that individual interests are a hidden aim in entrepreneurship puts justice and ethics in the background. Entrepreneurship is based on sustainable, ethical, corporate innovation, and creative thinking. Entrepreneurship, which is set forth with the individual secret goals of entrepreneurs, causes important problems in leadership and managerial context. Especially, managerial pamperdom and prestige entrepreneurship that emerged in professional organizations are introduced to the literature for the first time. It is thought that this chapter will make significant contributions to the fields of entrepreneurship, business, management, and strategy.

Theoretical basis The case delves into supply, demand, price gouging, hoarding and capabilities of the firm. The theories/concepts and a short overview are covered below. These theories and concepts are then referenced as appropriate in the “Answers to Discussion Questions” section as follows: Supply Demand Theory; Price Gouging, Speculation and Hoarding; Resources, Capabilities and Activities; Friedman’s and Porter’s view of goals of a firm; Corporate Social Responsibility. Research methodology The case was motivated after a discussion with Mr Matthew Roberts, who is the Chief Operating Officer of SPR Industries. Several subsequent interviews were conducted with Matt. Matt also became the chief protagonist of the case. Matt provided multiple quotes and anecdotes. The protagonist Matt and the focal organization (SPR Industries) are disguised. The financial figures have also been disguised using a multiplier. However, the material facts of the case are authentic. Case overview/synopsis This case sheds light on the impact of the COVID pandemic on a small business in the personal protective equipment industry. The students will get an understanding of the supply and demand forces in a market. Furthermore, the case bears out how unpredictable situations such as the pandemic lead to speculation and price gouging opportunities but not in all products affected by it. The case explores the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of firms regarding price gouging in their products. Students will also get an appreciation of how an industry and its participants change in response to such black swan events as the COVID pandemic. Finally, the case presents a small enterprise’s decision choices â?? Should they maintain the status quo, become a sub-broker or become a wholesaler. Complexity academic level This case is designed to target undergraduate students of strategic management or entrepreneurship. It could be appropriate for upper level courses such as Strategic Management, Small Business Management and maybe even Family Business Management. It could be taught in the latter half of the course after the basic concepts have been covered. This case could bring together many of the concepts into a real-life setting.

The aim of the study was to present issues related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the context of business management. In the first part of the study, the issues of the need to link social responsibility with the strategy and objectives of the enterprise were discussed, and the key CSR areas determining the scope of social responsibility were approximated. The last part of the study was devoted to the analysis of the so-called good practices, the implementation and realization of which is a manifestation of responsible business management.
