This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of factors of promotion activities and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of Sharia Cooperative 212. The research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 41 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and then processed using SPSS 20. Data analysis techniques using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously factors of promotional activities and factors of religiosity have positive and significant effects. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) showed that the influence of the promotion activity and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of the 212 Syariah Cooperative was 52.6% while the remaining 47.4% was influenced by factors outside the model.Keywords: promotion activity factors, religiosity, decision to become a member.  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh dari faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 41 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji f), dan uji koefesisen determinasi (R2).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefesien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh faktor aktivitas promosi dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212 adalah sebesar 52,6% sedangkan sisanya 47,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor di luar model.

 Abstrak                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourism ambassador dan reliability terhadap minat berkunjung di objek wisata Museum Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 370 orang yang pernah berkunjung di Museum Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala interval dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.                Secara parsial tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada Museum Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tourism ambassador dan reliability secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (394,043 > 3,02) dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,682 yang berarti bahwa tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung sebesar 68,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tourism ambassador, reliability, minat berkunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of tourism ambassador and reliability on visiting interests in the Deli Serdang Museum attraction. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique, with a total sample of 370 people who have visited the Deli Serdang Museum. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurement with interval scale and processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test, t test and coefficient of determination before the data had been tested using validity test, reliability test and test classical assumption. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Partially tourism ambassador and reliability have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting the Deli Serdang Museum. Based on the results of the study showed that the tourism ambassador and reliability variables simultaneously affect the interest in visiting. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (394,043 > 3.02) and the significant value is 0,000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows a value of 0.682 which means that tourism ambassador and reliability affect the interest in visiting by 68.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: tourism ambassador, reliability, interest in visiting.

The need for housing is a basic need after the need for clothing and food. Housing Nakhil Garden Pawarengan Cikampek is one of the sharia property developers that provides ready-to-build residential products, using a non-bank sharia system in running their business, namely using an isthisna contract or advance reservation without any touch of usury. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the Istishna contract on people's buying interest in the Nakhil Garden Pawarengan Cikampek housing, and to determine how much influence the application of the Istishna contract had on the public's interest in buying housing at Nakhil Garden Pawarengan Cikampek. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation respondent data. The population in this study are consumers who buy and are interested in buying housing with a sample of 40 people. The sampling technique is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The type of data used is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. Then the analysis technique using simple linear regression data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the isthisna contract applied by Nakhil Garden housing has no effect on people's buying interest, this can be seen from the results of the regression test, namely the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) generated is 0.187 from the correlation / relationship value ( R) of 0.432. so that it can be interpreted that the application of the Istishna contract has an influence on buying interest in Nakhil Garden Pawarengan housing by 18.7%, the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Prohibition of consuming food which is prohibited encourages every Muslim to be more selective in choosing products to be consumed. Halal labels can be a benchmark for choosing products before making a purchase in accordance with Islamic syari'ah which is protected by consumer protection laws. Halal labels for Muslim consumers are a guarantee of being protected from consuming non-halal food, medicine and cosmetics. For producers, halal labels can provide benefits, namely increasing competitiveness, consumer confidence, turnover of production and sales. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative method, using data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Determination of the number of samples used in this study was determined by the Probability Sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. This aims to determine the effect of Halal Label on the sale of Roti Rachmat in Bungursari District Purwakarta and to find out how much influence the Halal Label has on the company's sales turnover. The results of this study indicate that the halal label has a significant effect on the sale of Rachmat Bread. This can be seen from the results of the regression test, namely the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.542 from the correlation value / relationship (R) 0.743. So that the independent variable (halal label) gives effect to the dependent variable (Sales) of 54.2%, the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 &lt; 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 &lt; 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 &lt; 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.

<em>This research has purpose to know giving reward at PDAM Magetan, to know employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan, and to know influence of reward to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique taken 66 employees at PDAM Magetan. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed by SPSS version 16.0 using simple linear regression with test test and test hypothesis test. The results showed that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 13.054 + 0.496, it means that if the variable of customer satisfaction is constant or constant, then the amount of job satisfaction of employee is 13,054. The result of Coefficient of Determination (R ^ 2) is known 0,879 indicates that 87% variable of employee job satisfaction influenced by reward, while the rest 13% influenced by other variable. Furthermore, the result of t test obtained t_hitung value is 21,549 while t_tabel equal to 1,668. This means that the value of t _count &gt; t_tabel (21,549 &gt; 1,668) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence between Reward on Job Satisfaction Employees At PDAM Magetan.</em>

To satisfy customer needs and desires, there is one thing that every company must pay attention to when it comes to competing in the market. When choosing a product, customers usually make a critical assessment of the product to be purchased. Customers certainly want to get quality products according to the price paid. When deciding to purchase a product, it means that the customer has already decided what to buy, decided to buy or not, decide when and where they will buy, and decide how they will buy it. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for skin care for consumers of Larissa aesthetic center Kediri branch. This study uses quantitative methods, the instrument in this study is a questionnaire given to respondents in the study. As for the population in this study are Muslim Consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. Probability sampling is the sampling technique used in this study, especially the simple random sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula, the researchers took a sample of 336 customers of Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. The data were processed using descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression equation formed was Y = 14.971 + 0.695X. According to the results of the t test it is known that the significance value of t (0.000 <0.05) with the results of t count 10.010 ≥ t table 1.6525 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that product quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the R square significance test that has been carried out, the results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 0.530 or 53%. While the remaining 47% of purchase decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study, namely price, promotion and location.Keywords: Product Quality, Purchasing Decision, Larissa Aesthetic Center

ABSTRAK<br />Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah salah satu factor utama yang diperlukan dalam melaksanakan pembangunan nasional. Dua diantaranya yang berperan penting yaitu factor kesehatan dan gizi. Tingkat prestasi pada anak SD di pengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan sarapan, pedidikan ibu dan status gizi terhadap tingkat prestasi anak kelas IV dan V SD Inpres Weetebula II. Desain Cross Sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2018 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan cara simple random sampling pada siswa kelas IV dan V (37 responden). Data kebiasaan sarapan menggunakan kuesioner, pendidikan ibu menggunakan data sekolah, status gizi menggunakan pengukuran antropometri, sedangkan tingkat prestasi menggunakan nilai raport. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan sarapan pagi terhadap status gizi berpengaruh (nilai p=0,000), pendidikan ibu terhadap status gizi tidak berpengaruh (nilai p=0,520), status gizi tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat prestasi (nilai p=0,638), kebiasaan sarapan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat prestasi (nilai p=0,044), pendidikan ibu tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat prestasi (nilai p=0,334). Penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara kebiasaan sarapan terhadap status gizi dan tingkat prestasi dan tidak ada pengaruh antara kebiasaan sarapan, pendidikan ibu dan status gizi terhadap tingkat prestasi.<br />Kata kunci :kebiasaan sarapan, pendidikan ibu, status gizi dan tingkat prestasi. Siswa SD<br />ABSTRACT Human resources (HR) are one of the main factors needed in carrying out national development. Two of them have important roles, namely health and nutrition factors. The level of achievement in elementary school children is influenced by internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of breakfast habits, maternal education and nutritional status on the level of achievement of grade IV and V children of SD Inpres Weetebula II. Cross Sectional Design conducted in May-June 2018 with a sampling technique using probability sampling by means of simple random sampling for students in grades IV and V (37 respondents). Data on breakfast habits using questionnaires, maternal education using school data, nutritional status using anthropometric measurements, while the achievement level uses report cards. The results of this study indicate that the habit of breakfast to nutritional status has an effect (p value = 0,000), maternal education on nutritional status has no effect (p value = 0.520), nutritional status does not affect the level of achievement (p value = 0.638), influential breakfast habits towards the level of achievement (p value = 0.044), maternal education does not affect the level of achievement (p value = 0.334). This study shows that there is an influence between breakfast habits on nutritional status and level of achievement and no influence between breakfast habits, maternal education and nutritional status on achievement levels.<br />Keywords: breakfast habits, maternal education, nutritional status and level of achievement. This study aims to determine whether cultural factors, social, personal and psychological factors have a simultaneous and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Green World Global products in Banda Aceh. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the accidental sampling technique. Research this done during one month. Analysis of the data used in this study by using validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination analysis, simultaneous test, formal test, from the results of test conducted found that all cultural, social, personal and psychological factors have no significants effect on product purchase decision making Green World Global, but from the four factors, personal factors have a significants effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the coefficient t count 1,729> t table 1,671 or it can be said the personal variables influence the purchasing decisions of Green World Global products.

The objectives of this study are : (1) To determine the effect of Marketing Communication on Online Purchase Site Selection Decisions, (2) To determine the effect of E-Service Quality on Online Purchase Site Selection Decisions and (3) To determine the effect of Marketing Communication and E -Service Quality on the Decision to Choose Online Purchase Sites collectively. Quantitative methods are used in this research. Data is taken from the results of a questionnaire sent via google form as well as observation and documentation. The number of respondents who were sampled was as many as 100 respondents with simple random sampling technique as a sampling technique. Data analysis assisted by SPSS 25.0 software. T (partial) and F (simultant) test results are proven to show a significant relationship between Marketing Communication, E-Service Quality and Student Decisions in Choosing E-Commerce. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Pemasaran terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Belanja Online, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Situs Belanja Online dan (3) Untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Pemasaran dan E-Service Quality terhadap Keputusan Pemilihan Situs Situs Belanja Online secara bersama - sama. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data diambil dari hasil kuesioner yang dikirimkan melalui google form dan juga observasi serta dokumentasi. Jumlah responden yang dijadikan sampel adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan tehnik simple random sampling sebagai tehnik pengambilan sampel. Analisis data bantuan piranti lunak SPSS 25.0. Hasil uji T (parsial) dan F (simultan) terbukti menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Komunikasi Pemasaran, E-Kualitas Layanan terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa dalam Pemilihan Situs Belanja Online. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of e-service quality, consumer trust and social media marketing on intention to use online transportation services. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection is executed by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Online Transportation Services. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek Online Transportation Services consumers whose numbers have not been identified with certainty. The questionnaire was distributed electronically using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned were 180 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Consumer Trust has no effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services.
