The scientific article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of digitalization when conducting excursions to the objects of the world cultural heritage of the Republic of Tatarstan in the tourism industry. The advent of digital technologies has had a positive impact on the development of tourism activities. Today, tourism is a global business that takes advantage of opportunities for digitalization and innovation. Thanks to the digitalization, work has become operational, around the clock, and at the same time there is a significant saving of human, time and financial resources. A modern tourist organization that uses information, digital and innovative technologies in its activities, successfully and profitably conducts its business, laying the foundation for the future. Considered one of the key services included in the tour product, the tour performs cognitive and educational functions, and the excursion activity itself is responsible for the educational function of society.

Delighting consumers has been one of the most important goals for marketing stakeholders but the effect of historical nostalgia on tourists delight at the world cultural heritage sites has rarely been examined. This study examines the impact of historical nostalgia on the heritage tourists' delight, their satisfaction and destination loyalty intention. The survey for the study was conducted at the world cultural heritage site of Mahabalipuram, India. The hypotheses were tested through the structural equation modelling technique. The results indicated positive and significant effect of historical nostalgia on tourists' delight, satisfaction and destination loyalty intention. The study makes contribution to the tourism studies by examining the role of historical nostalgia in delighting the tourists at the cultural heritage sites and instructs the managers to evoke such experiences to keep the heritage tourists delighted and thereby enhance their loyalty.

This article is devoted to the research of world cultural heritage sites in the territory of Kazakhstan, their influence on tourist flows, and the formation of new routes in the direction of ethnocultural tourism. In the article, the authors analyze the phenomenon of ethnocultural tourism development as a way of knowing the historical, cultural, and natural heritage of the country. In the course of research activities, a survey was conducted, priority objects for the development of ethno-cultural tourism in the Southern region of the Republic of Kazakhstan were identified. The result of the study was the development of a technological map of the route "Turkestan - echo of centuries", which will significantly affect the popularization of UNESCO's cultural and natural heritage, as well as the quality of excursion services along this route, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the formation of tourist flows of domestic and inbound tourism in Kazakhstan, and will also allow to prepare new directions within the framework of ethno-cultural tourism.

The article identifies the challenges of the creative industries in tourism as an important phenomenon in the conditions of the urgent world issue COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic has been identified as a real challenge for travel companies around the world causing significant changes in the strategies for creating creative programs for the tourism industry. The analysis has been made, the issues and possibilities of introducing creative industries in tourism in the conditions of the ecological danger of COVID-19 have been determined. It is emphasized that creative tourism, as a self-sufficient product, easily changes the format and subject matter depending on the set objectives, while remaining creative in its nature and purpose. The main stakeholders of creative tourism have been identified: consumers of tourist services, tourist industry representatives (tour operators and agents, hoteliers, restaurateurs, guides, tour guides), the tourist community, local people, and commodity producers, authorities, cultural, scientific, and educational institutions. Measures to support the sphere of culture, cultural heritage protection, development of creative industries and tourism in Ukraine have been analyzed: preservation, promotion, and effective use of national cultural heritage, creation of conditions for tourist attractiveness of cultural heritage sites, support of creative industries.

The name Galunggung is very well known to the people of Indonesia as the name of the mountain and the name of an Old Sundanese Manuscript. The ancient manuscript of Amanat Galunggung is a manuscript written in the 16th century and contains the teachings of life or local genius of the Sukapura or Tasikmalaya people. Mount Galunggung has experienced several eruptions from 1822 to 1983. The eruption of Mount Galunggung has had a catastrophic impact on the community and provided long term benefits for improving the soil fertility around the Mount Galunggung site such as the Indihiang site. Various disasters that have occurred due to volcanic eruptions in various regions have become a source of learning for the community to mitigate disasters from an early age. This research uses qualitative methods and digital augmented reality techniques. Augmented Reality can be used in visualizing and simulating mountain sites or other cultural heritage sites. The results of this study recommend the application of Augmented Realty technology in the conservation of cultural heritage sites and disaster mitigation as well as the planning program for the nomination of mountain sites in Indonesia for UNESCO’s world cultural heritage by the Indonesian government. Various efforts to develop site conservation with digital 4.0 technology and assistance for local communities involving universities, local governments, museum communities and the cultural arts tourism industry. The use of Augmented Reality can be useful for increasing understanding and learning experiences about cultural sites and heritage in tertiary, primary and secondary education.

UNESCO was founded in 1946 as a UN specialized organization for the protection of the world's natural and cultural heritage, whose main mission is to protect, promote and promote education, science and culture at the global level, ie to promote and respect human freedoms and rights. UNESCO has 195 member states and 8 associate members. UNESCO operates in five major programs: education, natural sciences, sociology, culture and communications. UNESCO, in its activities related to the protection of the world natural and cultural heritage, maintains separate Lists for specific areas. The most famous lists run by this organization are: World Heritage List; List of World Heritage in Danger; World Heritage List Nominations; List of UNESCO Global Geoparks; List of Creative Cities; List of Intangible Cultural Heritage; UNESCO Atlas of the Worlds Languages in Danger (Atlas Map). These lists are important for the protection of the world's natural and cultural heritage, but they also have some impact on the sustainable development of tourism in the world. The Republic of Northern Macedonia, a member of UNESCO since 1993 with its natural beauties and cultural and historical heritage, is on some of the lists listed. The Ohrid region has been on the World Heritage List since 1979 and 1980 with its universal values, and in 2017 was nominated by the World Heritage Committee on the World Heritage List in danger of uncontrolled expansion. tourism, unplanned urban development and environmental destruction in the Ohrid region. AbstractDepicting the temporal and spatial evolution pattern of global world cultural heritage systematically and finely is the basis of heritage recognition and protection. In this study, 869 world cultural heritage inscriptions (through 2019) were selected as the research objects, and the times and types of each World Heritage site were manually annotated from more than 5000 pieces of data. Through time series modelling, the advantages of and changes in heritage declarations in different regions and periods were analysed, and the impact of heritage strategy on the number of heritage sites included in each region was evaluated. The results showed that the implementation of heritage policy greatly impacted each region, especially on the number of heritage sites in Asia and the Pacific region. Using the heritage era to carry out modelling analysis, from the perspective of the integrity of historical heritage cultural types, it is considered that there may be cultural heritage sites in the Caribbean and Latin America that have not been given enough attention. The modelling analysis results of era attributes can support the fairness of heritage determination. By calculating the frequency and peak value of heritage sites at the national scale, the frequency and peak value of each country in the top 10 list are used to characterize the ability of national declarations of cultural heritage and reveal the differences in the ability of each member country to declare heritage sites and the heritage era. By calculating the distribution density of the heritage era, this study finds that the world’s cultural heritage is not concentrated in the Middle Ages (600–1450) but the periods of Reformation and Exploration (1450–1700) and Progress and Empire (1850–1914). The above analysis shows that there are imbalances and strategic adjustment effects concerning regions, countries, eras and types in World Heritage list development. The composition types of heritage are complex, and the combination types have obvious changes in different periods. It is suggested that the strategy of world cultural heritage collection should be further optimized to fully guarantee the balance of regions, countries and types, and the heritage value should be fully considered in heritage protection with more diversity and complexity of types.

Jatiluwih Tourism Attraction as part of the World Cultural Heritage is a tourist product consumed by tourists. Perception of tourists is important to be studied as a reference in the management of tourist attractions. Data collection techniques using survey methods are used to determine tourists' perception of Jatiluwih Tourism Attraction as part of the World Cultural Heritage. Questionnaires are used as research instruments to obtain information from tourists. After the data is collected, then the measurement is done using the Likert Scale. In determining the number of tourist samples used Slovin formula. Based on Slovin formula with a tolerance limit of 5%, the number of samples for foreign tourists as many as 204 people, and the number of samples for domestic tourists as many as 52 people. The total sample count was 256 people. Domestic and foreign tourists give the highest perception of employment opportunities for the community from the management of tourist attractions. Good perception of tourists is also given to the friendliness of the staff in providing service, naturalness and beauty of the scenery around the tourist attraction. The perception of tourists is not good given to the price of souvenirs, ease of access to the internet, availability of souvenirs with local characteristics, and smooth traffic around tourist attractions.
