In handling Drop Foot due to leprosy, Prosthetic Orthotics can provide services in the form of ortosis, namely Sandal Drop Foot, which aims to reduce the drop foot in the ankle joint caused by a decrease in flexor dorsal muscle tone. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The sample count consisted of 10 drop foot sufferers due to leprosy at Sumberglagah Mojokerto Leprosy Hospital. The instrument used is Rivermead Visual Gait Assessment form, video gait analysis equipment (handycam, goniometre, stationery). Drop Foot sandals have a big effect on leprosy patients who experience drop foot in improving road patterns compared to without when using Drop foot sandals. Drop foot sandals are sutu aids or correction tools to prevent prolonged drop foot or prevent further disability, but can not cure and restore normal in people with drop foot due to leprosy. The purpose of this study is to find out the Effect of Using Drop Foot Sandals On Improving Road Patterns of People With Drop Foot Due to Leprosy. This study uses the research design" Quasi experiment pre post test with out control design" one groups pre and post design, where in this study there is only one group of conscientious subjects who will be measured the pattern of the path before and after being given treatment. From the alternative test Wilcoxon obtained a value of significance with a value of p = 0.004, because p < 0.05, it can be said that there is an effect on the use of Drop Foot Sandals on improving the road pattern of drop foot sufferers due to leprosy

Jatiluwih Tourism Attraction as part of the World Cultural Heritage is a tourist product consumed by tourists. Perception of tourists is important to be studied as a reference in the management of tourist attractions. Data collection techniques using survey methods are used to determine tourists' perception of Jatiluwih Tourism Attraction as part of the World Cultural Heritage. Questionnaires are used as research instruments to obtain information from tourists. After the data is collected, then the measurement is done using the Likert Scale. In determining the number of tourist samples used Slovin formula. Based on Slovin formula with a tolerance limit of 5%, the number of samples for foreign tourists as many as 204 people, and the number of samples for domestic tourists as many as 52 people. The total sample count was 256 people. Domestic and foreign tourists give the highest perception of employment opportunities for the community from the management of tourist attractions. Good perception of tourists is also given to the friendliness of the staff in providing service, naturalness and beauty of the scenery around the tourist attraction. The perception of tourists is not good given to the price of souvenirs, ease of access to the internet, availability of souvenirs with local characteristics, and smooth traffic around tourist attractions.

AbstractThe progress in translational cancer research relies on access to well-characterized samples from a representative number of patients and controls. The rationale behind our biobanking are explorations of post-zygotic pathogenic gene variants, especially in non-tumoral tissue, which might predispose to cancers. The targeted diagnoses are carcinomas of the breast (via mastectomy or breast conserving surgery), colon and rectum, prostate, and urinary bladder (via cystectomy or transurethral resection), exocrine pancreatic carcinoma as well as metastases of colorectal cancer to the liver. The choice was based on the high incidence of these cancers and/or frequent fatal outcome. We also collect age-matched normal controls. Our still ongoing collection originates from five clinical centers and after nearly 2-year cooperation reached 1711 patients and controls, yielding a total of 23226 independent samples, with an average of 74 donors and 1010 samples collected per month. The predominant diagnosis is breast carcinoma, with 933 donors, followed by colorectal carcinoma (383 donors), prostate carcinoma (221 donors), bladder carcinoma (81 donors), exocrine pancreatic carcinoma (15 donors) and metachronous colorectal cancer metastases to liver (14 donors). Forty percent of the total sample count originates from macroscopically healthy cancer-neighboring tissue, while contribution from tumors is 12%, which adds to the uniqueness of our collection for cancer predisposition studies. Moreover, we developed two program packages, enabling registration of patients, clinical data and samples at the participating hospitals as well as the central system of sample/data management at coordinating center. The approach used by us may serve as a model for dispersed biobanking from multiple satellite hospitals. Our biobanking resource ought to stimulate research into genetic mechanisms underlying the development of common cancers. It will allow all available “-omics” approaches on DNA-, RNA-, protein- and tissue levels to be applied. The collected samples can be made available to other research groups.

Abstract In this paper, a Pareto front (PF)-based sampling algorithm, PF-Voronoi sampling method, is proposed to solve the problem of computationally intensive multi-objectives of medium size. The Voronoi diagram is introduced to classify the region containing PF prediction points into Pareto front cells (PFCs). Valid PFCs are screened according to the maximum crowding criterion (MCC), maximum LOO error criterion (MLEC), and maximum mean MSE criterion (MMMSEC). Sampling points are selected among the valid PFCs based on the Euclidean distance. The PF-Voronoi sampling method is applied to the coupled Kringing and NASG-II models and its validity is verified on the ZDT mathematical cases. The results show that the MCC criterion helps to improve the distribution diversity of PF. The MLEC criterion and the MMMSEC criterion reduce the number of training samples by 38.9% and 21.7%, respectively. The computational cost of the algorithm is reduced by more than 44.2%, compared to EHVIMOPSO and SAO-MOEA algorithms. The algorithm can be applied to multidisciplinary, multi-objective, and computationally intensive complex systems.

The affective aspects must be owned by students in a lesson, where the affective aspects will have a relationship with the cognitive aspects of a student, therefore this study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between students 'mathematical dispositions and students' mathematics learning outcomes. Using a mixed method and a sequential explanatory plan, the research was undertaken by first collecting quantitative data and then continuing to collect qualitative data. Where, the sample count in this study was 413 students from junior secondary schools 18 in Jambi City, Indonesia who used a total sampling technique. Data were then analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 application to find descriptive statistics in the form of mean, min, max, and category as well as inferential statistics using Pearson Product Moment. The results obtained in this study dominate both the mathematical disposition of pupils and the learning outcomes of pupils in mathematics. This was reinforced by the existence of a relationship between mathematical disposition and student learning outcomes in mathematics which is indicated by the obtained sig 0.05. This means that the mathematical disposition of students which includes the affective aspect of students has a relationship with the cognitive aspect, by having a good affective aspect, the cognitive aspects of the student are also good.

The research was conducted on finding a relationship between cultural homogeneity and happiness through a cross-cultural comparison, existing literature on both culture and happiness was analyzed to understand the theoretical relationship existing between the two variables. A total of 801 samples were taken from more than 50 countries, out of which 510 identified as Female, 248 identified as Male, and about 40 identified as Non-binary. The samples were then further grouped into 4 categories on the basis of nationality and cultural homogeneity, the group which was cultural homogeneous on the basis of nationality was japan, this group had about 99 samples, there were two groups for cultural heterogeneity on the basis of nationality, they were Indian and American, the sample count for both was 270 and 99 respectively, the fourth group was an amalgamation of all the other countries in different numbers in one group to be used as a reference, the sample count of it was 223. The data was then further analyzed and interpreted to shed light on the relationship between the variables, the negative aspects of multiculturalism were found to be the reasons regarding high contrast in happiness in the inter-group analysis.
