Regionalization approach is a kind of approach to manage and to achieve the development goals based on the characteristics of a region. The development system of Malang Regency is conducted through regionalization approach which divided the area into six Development Areas (WP). Furthermore, the typology of development area in Malang Regency can be divided into three typology (urban, peri-urban and rural). This research aims to analyze factors that influence the human development index (HDI) of Malang Regency based on regionalization approach and panel regression. Data panel regression method was used in analyzing the data. The results of the research showed variables that have a positive and significant influence to the human development index in each typology of development areas of Malang Regency consisting of the number of health facilities, the number of nurse-midwife and the population density in typology I (urban); the ratio of school per students at primary school and the population density in typology II (peri-urban); and the number of nurse-midwife in typology III (rural).

This study aims to analyze the effect of wages, investment and economic growth on labor demand in West Sumatra. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series with an observation period of 2013-2017. Data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), data analysis using the panel regression method with the program eviews. The results of this study include wages that negatively and significantly affect labor demand in West Sumatra. While investment and economic growth have a positive and significant effect on labor demand in West Sumatra. And the most dominant factor influencing labor demand in West Sumatra is the Economic Growth factor where the factor has the greatest regression coefficient among other factorsKeywords: labor, wages, investment, economic growth

The growing number of Syrian refugees in Jordan broadens the importance of exploring Jordanians’ attitudes toward increasingly protracted Syrian refugees. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which demographic and socio-psychological variables shape Jordanians’ attitudes toward Syrian refugees. The study design is mainly quantitative with a qualitative technique to support and expand upon the study findings. Data were collected from 199 Jordanians over a sixteen-week period in 2015. Quantitative data were analyzed using a hierarchal regression method. The results reveal that attitudes toward Syrian refugees in Jordan are determined by issues such as unemployment and pressure on resources. Income, geographical location and patriotism were found to have statistically significant influence on Jordanians’ attitude toward Syrian refugees. Jordanians who live in the North of the country (large number of Syrian refugees reside in this area), high income Jordanians, and Jordanian with high level of patriotism hold the least positive attitudes toward Syrian refugees.

Islamic social reporting is a social reporting that involves not only a holistic expectation of society regarding the role of the companies in the community but also a spiritual perspective. This study examines the influences of Islamic social reporting, profitability (which representated by return on assets), and liquidity (which representated by current ratio) to firm value. To measure the extent of Islamic social reporting, the researcher used a checklist that had been specified by AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization For Islamic Financial Institution) and developed by previous researchers. This study used purposive sampling method from companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2016-2019. There are 16 companies which fulfill the criteria as the research samples. The samples data in this study analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The result indicated that Islamic social reporting, profitability (which representated by return on assets), and liquidity (which representated by current ratio) have positif and siginificant effect simultaneously to firm value. While partially, Islamic social reporting has positive but not significant effect to firm value, profitability (which representated by return on assets) has positive and significant effect to firm value, and liquidity (which representated by current ratio) has positive and significant effect to firm value, these are because the good level of corporate profitability and liquidity reflect good financial performance, so that investor perceptions will increase and ultimately will also increase the firm value.

This research have been found that profitability and firm age affect leverage. The selected objects is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2013-2017. We select the samples use the data panel regression model. There are 96 companies have been selected as samples whit technique purposive sampling. The result by partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage, shows that the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. This is relevant to the capital structure theory. Capital structure is something that is very important for the company which involves funding that carries out the company's operations so that it produces profits. Another factor is the firm age, a long-standing and reputable company will be able to overcome creditworthiness issues when it decides to use debt funding sources.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of finance of finance of islamic banks and gross domestic regional product in Indonesia 2010-2019. The purpose of this chapter is testing the existence of the green bond premium in the secondary market by using a most update data set involving the market developments in the pandemia times. The variables such as rating, sector, amount of the issue, maturity, and external review are balanced by using a matching procedure of a green bond with conventional bond issued by the same issuer. The ask-bid spread differential is regressed by using a panel regression method under fixed and random effects. The results of the analysis revealed that there exists negative premium of 39 basis points, and the green bond premium is more profound for USD denominated twins than for Euro ones as there exist a negative premium of 59 basis points for USD-denominated green bonds whereas it is -26 basis points for Euro-denominated bonds.

Buildability is an important factor affecting labour productivity. Nevertheless, a thorough search of the literature revealed a dearth of research into its effects on in situ reinforced concrete construction, especially at the activity levels. Since rebar fixing is an integral trade of this type of construction material, and beamless slabs are amongst the major encountered activities on construction sites, the objective of this research is to explore the buildability factors affecting its rebar fixing efficiency. To achieve this objective, a large volume of fixing productivity data was collected and analysed using the categorical interaction - regression method. As a result, the main and interaction effects of rebar diameter; reinforcement quantity; slab geometry; and reinforcement layer location are determined. The findings show a significant influence of these factors on the fixing operation, which can be used to provide designers and construction managers with feedback on how well the design of this activity considers the requirements of buildability, and the tangible consequences of designers‟ decisions on labour productivity
