The Impression of Logistic Management on Customer Satisfaction in Small and Medium Enterprises

Batam has its own regulations to regulate its area. It is part of the Free Trade Area making Batam a priority area for exports and imports. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of Logistics Management on Customer Satisfaction in SMEs in the Free Trade Area during a decline in economic growth. In, collecting data, the researchers used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire whose respondents were business actors in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Batam. There are 428 samples then used as data analysis, applying Simple Linear Regression Analysis Technique using SPSS as a data processing tool. The results shown in the form of Logistics Management have a significant effect on SME Customer Satisfaction in Batam when there is a decline in economic growth.

Analysis of the Concept of Bill Discounting in Sharia Banking (DSN-MUI Fatwa Study No. 58/DSN-MUI/V/2007)

This research examines the analysis of the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 58 / DSN-MUI / V/ 2007 concerning Hiwālah practice which is currently being applied in Islamic Financial Institutions. Bill discounting is a contract for providing services to a Sharia (Islamic) Bank in the form of takeover of customer debt by the Bank. Bill discounting is not intended to seek profit, but to facilitate the implementation of financing because Bill Discounting includes multi-service financing. The main objective of DSN-MUI in implementing the contract is to maintain the common good. Thus allowing for quick and simultaneous debt settlement. In this article, the main problem is how the concept of bill discounting in Islamic Banking according to the DSN fatwa No. 58 / DSN-MUI / V / 2007. The research method used is library research with the uṣūlī approach. The conclusion of this study is that one of the principles of DSN is hifż al-māl (safeguarding assets) with financial institutions obliged to safeguard (amānah) customers' funds as well as possible.

The Effect of Covid-19, Rupiah Exchange Rate, and Inflation on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the number of daily cases reported to have contracted the Covid-19 virus, the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar and inflation on the movement of the Indonesian Sharia stock index (ISSI) during the Pandemic Covid 19 in the short term and long term. Data analysis methods that used is analysis Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) using Eviews software 10. The data collected is daily time series data starting from March 2, 2020 to May 31, 2021 so that the number of samples collected obtained as many as 283 samples . The results of the study stated that the addition of the daily number of reported cases of contracting the Covid-19 virus has a negative impact on The Indonesian Sharia Stock Market Index (ISSI) during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that encourage the weakening of the Stock Index both in the long and long term short. Likewise, the weakening of the rupiah against the US dollar will caused the fall of the sharia index during the Covid 19 pandemic, both in the long term and long and short term. However, the study found no effect inflation on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during the Covid19 pandemic, good long term and short term

Disclosure Integration of Lean Six Sigma Principles in Sustainable Supply Chain in Poultry Industry

The poultry industry has been in the spotlight for its enormous potential economic development. However, poultry industry is still not implementing the concept of sustainability properly. There are still many wastes that have not been managed properly and there are still many problems in the supply chain that require more systematic handling. Many studies have shown that the implementation of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and sustainability has positive results on the company's bottom line performance. This research tried to integrate the application of LSS principles and sustainability along the supply chain in the poultry industry in Indonesia. Data were collected from 4 listed poultry firms in Indonesia. The research method used SEM PLS with SmartPLS software. The results showed that supply chain security management system disclosure as the principle of LSS had a positive effect on the collaboration of supply chain disclosure and collaboration of supply chain disclosure had a positive effect on sustainability. The results also showed that risk management disclosure had a negative effect on the collaboration of supply chain disclosure and economic sustainability had a negative effect on environmental sustainability, but social sustainability had a positive effect on environmental sustainability. Based on the results of this study, there is a need to improve supply chain security management system and supply chain collaboration in order to advance sustainable poultry industry.

Analysis of Perception and Behaviour in Choosing Halal Labels Related to Food, Pharmacy and Cosmetics at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion

This is a field research to highlight the issue of halal lifestyle in East Java Regional Office employees. This problem will be broken down into two basic problems, namely; firstly how is the halal lifestyle perception related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics among employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province, and second how is the halal lifestyle behavior related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics to employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province. Data obtained through questionnaires to respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and linkert scale. The results of this study indicate that halal food, halal pharmacy and halal cosmetics simultaneously have a significant influence on Halal Lifestyle of East Java Regional Office of Ministry of Religion.

The Effect of Good Corporate Governance, Third Party Funds and Asset Growth through Profitability on Bankruptcy Risk of Sharia Commercial Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

The aims of this research were to examine the effect of good corporate governance, third party funds and asset growth through profitability to the bankruptcy risk in Islamic Banking which listed in Indonesia stock exchange. The subjects of the research were Islamic Banks which listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Technique in collecting data was purposive sampling method in which it obtained three Islamic Banks. In analyzing the data, the researcher used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research were good corporate governance had significant negative effect on profitability, third party funds had significant positive effect on profitability, and asset growth had significant positive effect on profitability. Then, good corporate governance, third party funds, and asset growth had significant negative toward the bankruptcy risk.

Accuracy in choosing a location is one of the factors that determine the success of a business. Entrepreneurs always have a location close to customers in order to provide primary service to customers so that relationships can be maintained properly. The right business location is expected to meet consumer expectations in order to obtain profit, but if there is an error in choosing a business location automatically the maximum profit will not be obtained by the entrepreneur. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of choosing a business location on sales. The selection of sales locations is very influential on the sales results of traders. Place/location of business is one element of the marketing mix which is very important for the continuity of a business. This type of research includes field research, namely the new market clothing store and the old market in the Rantauprapat. This research is descriptive, because this study seeks to collect existing facts. This research focuses on efforts to reveal a problem and the situation as it is, which is examined is the technique of interviewing and documentation. While the data analysis was carried out using the data obtained in the form of descriptions, then the data were analyzed using inductive thinking. The results of the research indicate that there is a very strong relationship between the place of business and the profit. The place of business has a positive effect on the profits obtained by the trader.

Factors Affecting Consumers on the Purchase of Islamic Book

Publishing is one of the supporting components in the process of the emergence of the history of the world of print media in the world and in Indonesia in particular. This study aims to see the effect of products, prices, promotions and processes on the purchase of Islamic books at PT. Grafindo King. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach and used multiple regression analysis with a questionnaire instrument given to 100 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product prices, promotions and processes significantly influence the purchase of books at PT. Grafindo King. With a level of determination the value of the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.903 is positive, meaning that the influence of product, price, promotion, and process variables on purchases is very strong, or 90.3% of the dependent variable can be influenced by the independent variable, while 0.7% is influenced by other variables not

Lalabet Financial Analysis: Study of Islamic Economics at Micro Level

This research aims to explore the model of financial management tradition Lalabet in the village of Babbalan District Batuan Sumenep. This study is based on the fact that occurred in the community about the implementation of traditions carried out by the heirs to family members who died. Interpretative qualitative research is used and an in-depth understanding of a problem that occurs is emphasized more. Based on the results of this study, the financial management tradition Lalabet can be done based on accounting equations. The accounts contained in the accounting equation is not used in its entirety and are reported as are generally financial statements. In this case, the source of funds in carrying out Lalabet tradition is sourced from personal money, money and donations from the family, money from Muslimat, debt, and money or goods from Lalabet's proceeds. The impact is the onset of debt both short-term and long-term.
