The use of electronic devices is inseparable from life today, entering the Industrial Revolution era where technological sophistication can replace human tasks, so the use of electronic devices can not only be found in domestic life, offices, and education but also in medical services. The various facilities offered by health care providers both hospitals and clinics in the form of technology utilization are increasingly rapidly becoming one of the electronic medical records that are expected to have a positive impact on reducing paper use. Medical records that used paper (conventional) were changed to electronic medical records. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the extent to which electronic medical records can protect the confidentiality of patient data and function as evidence in court in malpractice cases. This study uses normative legal research methods and uses the statute approach method. The results of this study indicate that there needs to be a concern from the government in providing legal certainty regarding the existence of electronic medical records, given that the application has been carried out by several hospitals and clinics in Indonesia. The government should provide standard legal certainty to the changes in conventional medical records to electronic medical records in the form of the issuance of specific laws and regulations regulating electronic medical records.

Health care organizations around the world are recognizing the benefits of maintaining electronic medical records for patients with improved quality of service, free flow of information (across multiple locations), reduced cost of operations resulting in cost efficiencies, better health and efficient utilization of resources. Recognizing these benefits as opportunities, health care providers have or are in the process of migrating from paper-based health care records to electronic medical systems. This transition is not always free from challenges. This study presents recommendations for managing challenges with data conversion from paper form to electronic database based on a case study done by students from Colorado Technical University, Colorado Springs, CO, USA, for a prominent eye hospital in Jalna, India, using appreciative inquiry. The Culture, Administrative, Geographic and Economic (CAGE) framework at the industrial level is applied to evaluate the options considered for data conversion and transition.

The Technological intervention in field of Computer Science and Information Technology has made it possible to access medical records of Individuals electronically. Electronic Health Records systems which are distributed and need to be interoperable too. Important Business drivers for such kind of high level of interoperability introduce unique citizen ID. Though citizen have access to data from central repository and they can directly communicate with health care providers, but when it comes to security and confidentiality, technology fails to meet the requirements. In this paper we suggest a framework for authentication and authorization of Electronic medical Records System in consideration .It will help to build An Secure-Privacy Protected Electronic medical Record System.

ABSTRACTThe essence of this study describes the theoretical study of the phenomenon transfortation services online. Advances in technology have changed the habits of the people to use online transfortation In fact despite legal protection in the service based services transfortation technological sophistication has not been formed and it became warm conversation among jurists. This study uses normative juridical research. This study found that the first, the Government must accommodate transfotation online phenomenon in the form of rules that provide legal certainty; second, transfortation online as part of the demands of the times based on technology; third, transfortation online as part of the creative economy for economic growth .

In the wake of the current outbreak of novel Covid-19, which is now declared as a 'pandemic' by the WHO, people around the globe have been dealing with a lot of difficulties. This virus had come into light in December 2019 and since then has only grown exponentially. Amongst the most affected are the ones who have been working extremely hard to eradicate it, which includes the hospitals, dental fraternity and the health-care workers. These people are financially burdened due to limited practise. In the case of dentistry, to avoid the spread of the virus, only emergency treatments are being approved, and the rest of the standard procedures have been put on hold. In some cases, as the number of covid cases is rising, many countries are even trying to eliminate the emergency dental procedures to divert the finances towards the treatment of covid suffering patients. What we need to realise is that this is probably not the last time that we are facing such a situation. Instead of going down, we should set up guidelines with appropriate precautionary measures together with the use of standardised PPEs. The government should also establish specific policies to support dental practices and other health-care providers. Together, we can fight this pandemic and come out stronger.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Kata Kunci : Farmasi, Analisis SWOT ABSTRACT The hospital is an institution health care providers, Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Millions of Americans live with dementia. Caregivers of this population provide countless hours of multifaceted, complex care that frequently cause unrelenting stress which can result in immense burden. However, it is not fully understood what efforts can be made to reduce the stress among caregivers of persons with dementia (PWD). Therefore, the aim of this pretest–posttest designed study was to evaluate changes in caregiver burden after providing an educational intervention to those caring for PWD in Arkansas. Forty-one participants completed the Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale before and after attending a 4-hour dementia-focused caregiving workshop. The analysis of the means, standard deviations, and paired t tests showed that there was an increase in the confidence and competence in caring for PWD 30 to 45 days after attending the workshop. Health care providers need to understand both the vital role caregivers provide in managing a PWD and the importance of the caregiver receiving education about their role as a caregiver. Utilizing caregiver educational programs is a first step.

Background and Issues: The burden of stroke in North Carolina is one of the highest in the nation (approximately 28,000 stroke hospitalizations from 2003-2007). The number and high costs of stroke have made it incumbent to improve the numbers of patients receiving effective treatment. There are two major barriers for treatment of acute stroke: time and access. The utilization of telestroke in community hospitals aids in decreasing these barriers by providing immediate access to a stroke neurologist. In order for telestroke to be successful, awareness and education regarding acute stroke care must be provided for health care providers as well as the communities. Thus, the development of a telestroke system requires nursing and medical expertise. The Primary Stroke Center Team at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C. implemented a telestroke network system (Intouch's Health's RP-7 Robotic system) in January of 2010 to provide 24/7 access to the medical center's acute stroke experts and the latest advancements in stroke interventions. There are eight hospitals in the network at the present time. Methods: Our team identified that many of the network hospital's staff are not experienced in taking care of a stroke patient and that a “roadmap” is useful to guide them in these steps.The stroke nurse specialist developed a quality improvement plan for the network hospitals which included: an evidence-based algorithm for patient care; stroke education, in particular, neurological assessment and tPA administration classes for the ED staff; quarterly meetings to provide outcome and feedback data with each network hospital; stroke awareness events for the community. Mock telestroke consults were also performed prior to “going live” with telestroke for each of the network hospitals. Of utmost importance is the early involvement and education of the EMS system in the respective county of the network hospital. The buy-in of EMS was found to be a key component in the success of the network. Finally, attention to customized quality improvement efforts for each of the facilities are required to accomplish integration into the telestroke network. Results: The data has been analyzed, and thus far, a 24% rate of tPA administration has been seen with our network hospitals (an increase from the 3.6% national average). Comparisons between each of the eight network hospitals' rates of administration of tPA prior to and after joining the network show a trend of increase (10%-40%). The effectiveness of the algorithm has also been explored by analysis of feedback and initial results have shown a positive impact. Conclusion: A combination of improving access to stroke neurologists in conjunction with a focus on improving the level of care via evidenced based stroke care teaching and implementation of algorithms at a network hospital is required for implementing and building a successful telestroke network.

Abstract: In order to give the assurance of legal certainty, certainty of rights and legal protection to holders and owners of land rights, the land registration shall be carried out. However, there is still a land dispute which now become a homework for The Government. This is because the certificate which should be a strong evidentiary can not guaranteed the legal certainty for the owner, so the person who right the land can blocking the certificate of land rights at Land Office. The issuance of Regulation Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial / Head of National Land Office Number 13 Year of 2017 concerning the Procedures of Block and Sita which expected to create uniformity, standardization in recording process and abolition of registration blocked, it turns out not all the rules can be implemented at The Land Office of Sleman and Bantul Regency.The result of this research shows that blocking certificate process at Sleman Land Office and Bantul Land Office have a policy that the applicant is required to pay the blocking recording fee after the blocking received. Makes a potential loss to the (PNBP) which should be owned by Land Office for faced the problem of KKPweb application which have not been able to accomodate the time period of blocking. Keywords : blocking certificate, blocking, registration blocked Intisari: Dalam rangka memberikan jaminan kepastian hukum dan kepastian hak serta perlindungan hukum kepada pemegang dan pemilik hak atas tanah, maka dilaksanakan pendaftaran tanah. Namun demikian, masih saja terjadi sengketa pertanahan yang saat ini menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi Pemerintah. Hal ini disebabkan karena, sertipikat sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat ternyata belum menjamin kepastian hukum pemiliknya sehingga pihak yang merasa berhak atas tanah tersebut dapat melakukan blokir sertipikat hak atas tanah di Kantor Pertanahan. Dikeluarkannya Permen ATR/Kepala Nomor 13 Tahun 2017 tentang Tata Cara Blokir dan Sita yang diharapkan bertujuan untuk mewujudkan keseragaman, standarisasi dalam pelaksanaan pencatatan dan penghapusan catatan blokir ternyata tidak semua peraturan tersebut dapat dilaksanakan di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Sleman dan Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pencatatan blokir di kantor pertanahan Kabupaten Sleman dan Kabupaten Bantul terdapat kebijakan yaitu pemohon diwajibkan membayar biaya pencatatan blokir setelah blokirnya diterima membuat potensial loss terhadap (PNBP) yang seharusnya didapat kantor pertanahan untuk kendala yang dihadapi yaitu Aplikasi KKPweb yang belum dapat mengakomodir jangka waktu blokir. The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit held that when quitam relators file a multi-claim complaint under the Fraudulent Claims Act (FCA), their share of the proceeds must be based on an individual analysis of each claim. More importantly, the court held that relators are not entitled to any portion of the settlement of a specific claim if that claim was subject to dismissal under section 3730(e)(4) Relator Merena filed a quitam suit against his employer, SmithKline Beecham (SKB), claiming, among other things, that SKB defrauded the government by billing for laboratory tests that were not performed, paying illegal kickbacks to health care providers, and participating in an “automated chemistry” scheme. Soon thereafter, additional relators filed suit.
