In this paper, we develop a brief analysis of the relationship between afro-diasporic dissident bodies, urban territory, and contemporary art. To investigate these categories, we start from an interdisciplinary framework, analyzing, from a decolonial perspective, counter-hegemonic subjectivities traversed by the body experience — racialized, gendered, unclassified - as well as specific artistic practices that tension such experiences. Key-Words: decoloniality; afro-diasporic bodies; contemporary art; urban space.

This article discusses the presence of the body in contemporary art and culture, with reference to the relationship between body, image and writing in the encyclopedic work of Peter Greenaway - more specifically in his 1996 film The Pillow Book. The aim is to show how the sign body, taken from the perspective of multiplicity, occupies a privileged place in the repertoire of images and concepts of the British artist, in sharp contrast to the marketing vision of the body that prevails in contemporary world.

To study the relationship between cognitive style and psychophysiological variables, the Embedded Figures Test of Witkin was given to an experimental group of 25 students and to a matched control group. The experimental group was then submitted for 3 mo. to the exercises of Schultz's autogenic training. The control group had no treatment on the embedded figures. Retest showed for both groups an improvement toward greater field-independence. However, improvement was significantly greater for the trained group than for the control group. These results support the view that the cognitive style is partially dependent on the psychophysiological information in the body, in such way that changes in body-experience may modify some aspects of cognitive style.

The article describes the characteristics of the basic mechanisms of psychological defence and the possibility of implementation of the diagnosis of the implementation of these mechanisms in the practice of a doctor obstetrician-gynecologist. Given the presence of distress in many Ukrainian women and the lack of regular contact with a physician, the problem of the relationship between a doctor and a patient is becoming more and more relevant. At the time of the visit to the doctor, and most often before such a visit - a patient who is in contact with the onset of obstetric and gynecological diseases or with the aggravation of chronic conditions, mechanisms of psychological protection, aimed at reducing the level of general stress and rational use of internal reserves of the body, are triggered. The first patient contract with a physician is substantially complicated by the implementation of protective mechanisms of the psyche, which extends the time a physician has to spend on communicating with the patient, and moral and intellectual efforts aimed at collecting the history, diagnosis and appointment of treatment. Key words: women of fertile age, mechanisms of psychological defence, psychosomatics.

The article explores the legal nature of the right of a child under the age of 10 to freely express their views on issues that affect her personally. Disputes about determining a child's place of residence are extremely complex, both in practical and emotional terms. Such disputes are filled with the negative emotions of parents who cannot decide with whom the child will reside. Under current law, the child itself has a role to play in resolving such a conflict. The relationship between such a right and the principle of the best interests of the child in determining his or her place of residence is analyzed. The practical aspects of the court interrogation of a child under 10 years are covered. It is established that there are no clear rules in national legislation that would indicate in which cases it is necessary to listen to opinion of a child under 10 years of age. This situation creates the risk of infringement of the relevant right of the child, as in some cases, in the absence of an imperative indication in the law, the court may not pay sufficient attention to such issue. In turn, such a violation will prevent the best interests of the child in making a decision in the case. In order to prevent the violation of such a right of the child under 10 years of age it is offered to hear its opinion every time after confirming the possibility of the child to express its opinion. This approach follows from the analysis of the norms of international and national legislation. In addressing the possibility of the child expressing his / her opinion, it is suggested to consider carefully the opinion of experts in matters concerning the development of the child and adolescents - the body of guardianship and care. In some cases, it is suggested to question the child in court in the presence of a psychologist or to appoint a psychological examination. Key words: the principle of ensuring the best interests of the child, a child under 10 years of age, the right of the child to express an opinion, a dispute about determining the child's place of residence, family and legal relations.

Naiza Khan'sThe Manora Archive(2007–), the product of her long-term engagement with a small island in Karachi's harbor, is exemplary of both Pakistan's vibrant contemporary art and its burgeoning discourse of urban space. Dominated by a naval base and port rejuvenation project, nearly all of Manora's civilian population was bought out by investors in 2006 for a now-abandoned real estate development. Khan has recorded the island's abandoned architecture in photographs and video, documenting its descent into ruins. Her visual archive, which also includes drawings, prints, and paintings based on the photographs, presents Manora's ruins as metonymic of Karachi's colonial and postcolonial histories. This article makes two interlocking claims: first, that Khan's artistic work supplements scholarship on the relationship between violence and urban development by highlighting issues of temporality and bodily experience, and, second, that her work productively exploits the tension between the documentary mode and more traditional artistic media.

The relationship between body height and body weight has been described by using various terms. Notable among them is the body mass index, body surface area, body shape index and body surface index. In clinical setting the first descriptive parameter is the BMI scale, which provides information about whether an individual body weight is proportionate to the body height. Since the development of BMI, two other body parameters have been developed in an attempt to determine the relationship between body height and weight. These are the body surface area (BSA) and body surface index (BSI). Generally, these body parameters are described as clinical health indicators that described how healthy an individual body response to the other internal organs. The aim of the study is to discuss the use of BSI as a better clinical health indicator for preclinical assessment of body-organ/tissue relationship. Hence organ health condition as against other body composition. In addition the study is `also to determine the best body parameter the best predict other parameters for clinical application. The model parameters are presented as; modeled height and weight; modelled BSI and BSA, BSI and BMI and modeled BSA and BMI. The models are presented as clinical application software for comfortable working process and designed as GUI and CAD for use in clinical application.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an effective technique in managing risk within an organization strategically and holistically. Risk culture relates to the general awareness, attitudes and behaviours towards risk management in an organisation. This paper presents a conceptual model that shows the relationship between risk culture and ERM implementation. The dependent variable is ERM implementation, which is measured by the four processes namely risk identification and risk assessment; risk treatment; monitor and consult; communicate and consult. The independent variables under risk culture are risk policy and risk appetite; key risk indicators; accountability; incentives; risk language and internal relationships. This study aims to empirically test the relationship between risk culture and ERM implementation among Malaysian construction public listed companies. Risk culture is expected to have direct effects and significantly influence ERM. This study contributes to enhance the body of knowledge in ERM especially in understanding significant of risk culture that influence its’ implementation from Malaysian perspective.
