The purpose of this study was to determine the problems of mathematics in "thematic learning at the SD / MI level.This research uses a qualitative approach. The qualitative research design was carried out with a library research (library research) using various sources of literature as a source of research data. Sources of data in this study consist of secondary data and primary data. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively which was presented systematically and objectively.The results of the study are students feeling bored, afraid when learning mathematics, the teacher still dominates in the learning process, the problems or problems conveyed by the teacher are still not contextual with the students' real life. Media, methods, strategies, and learning models applied by teachers do not pay attention to the characteristics of students. The thematic learning process of basic mathematics competence has not yet paid attention to the characteristics of mathematics learning, students have difficulty in understanding foreign symbols and languages. Solution to the problematics of mathematics in thematic learning, namely the teacher pays attention to 5 factors in the process of learning mathematics, namely personal, instructional, environmental, identity and socio-cultural factors. So the mathematical achievements of students can increase and have high-level thinking skills.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI dalam pembelajaran matematika ?. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir logis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika serta persepsi siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang sulit dipahami dan menakutkan, sehingga dihadirkan sebuah inovasi dengan memanfaatkan model simulasi berbasis TIK. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari berbagai dokumentasi dari beberapa jurnal yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, kemudian dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan. Jurnal yang digunakan adalah  terbitan sepuluh tahu terakhir yaitu mulai tahun 2010-2020. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa model simulasi berbasis TIK yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa, dengan kata lain model pembelajaran simulasi berbasis TIK dapat menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir logis siswa kelas IV SD/ MI. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisis 33 artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, sehingga dapat dipakai dalam menentukan kesimpulanKata Kunci : simulasi, tik, berpikir logisAbstract :This study aims to determine Whether the ICT-based simulation learning model can contribute to the logical thinking skills of grade IV SD/ MI students in mathematics learning. This research is motivated by the low ability of students to think logically in mathematics learning and students’ perceptions of learning mathematics which is difficult to understand and scary, so that an innovation is presented by utilizing an ICT-based simulation model. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with library research desaign, while the data collection technique is done by looking for various documentation from several journal relevant to this research, then analyzed and conclusions drawn. The journal used are those of the last ten years, starting from 2010-2020. The results of this study indicate that the ICT-based simulation model applied in learning can contribute to student’s logical thinking skills, in other words, the ICT-based simulation learning model can foster logical thinking skills in grade IV SD/ MI students. This can be seen from the analysis of 33 articles relevant to this research, so that it can be used in determining conclusions.Keywords : simulation, ict, logical thinking

                The Learning Cycle 5E (LC 5E) model is based on a constructivism approach, which includes high-level thinking skills, stimulating students to explore, discover and gain experience. The LC 5E model also facilitates the learning process and gives students the opportunity to learn meaningfully. The goals of mathematics learning include improving mathematical communication skills as well as students' self-regulated learning (SRL) mathematics. Student's mathematical communication ability is expected to be improved through LC 5E learning that is, in the explanation stage students are required to explain the idea they have obtained based on exploration activity result. Stage elaboration students are facilitated to apply their ideas and ideas in solving the problem. Mathematical SRL students are expected to be developed through learning LC 5E, which is in exploration stage students learn to work together in groups to study a topic and in the evaluation stage, students evaluate learning outcomes and evaluate what they have learned in the learning process that has been implemented. Keywords: Learning Cycle 5E, Constructivism, Mathematical Communication Skill, Self-Regulated Learning  Abstrak Model Learning Cycle 5E (LC 5E) berlandaskan pada pendekatan konstruktivisme, yang memasukan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi, merangsang siswa untuk melakukan eksplorasi, menemukan dan memperoleh pengalaman. Model LC 5E juga memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran dan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk belajar secara bermakna. Tujuan pembelajaran matematika di antaranya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis serta Self-Regulated Learning(SRL) matematika siswa. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa diharapkan dapat meningkat melalui pembelajaran LC 5E yaitu, pada tahap explanationsiswa dituntut untuk menjelaskan ide yang telah mereka peroleh berdasarkan hasil kegiatan exploration. Tahap elaboration siswa difasilitasi untuk mengaplikasikan ide dan gagasannya dalam menyelesaikan soal.SRLmatematika siswa diharapkan dapat dikembangkan melalui pembelajaran LC 5E, yaitu pada tahap exploration siswa belajar bekerja sama dalam kelompok untuk mempelajari suatu topik serta pada tahap evaluation, siswa mengevaluasi hasil belajar dan mengevaluasi apa yang telah mereka pelajari dalam proses pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan. The critical thinking skill is one of the skills that students need to have in the present century. However, this skill is not fully owned by students. This article aims to describe the mathematics learning activities based on ethnomatematics in relation to foster students' critical thinking skill. The method used in this research is research of library research (library research). The data in this study is secondary data in the form of research results such as scientific books, scientific journals, research reports, and other relevant sources. Data analysis techniques used in the study include three stages: organize, synthesize, and identify. The results of literature studies show that by selecting appropriate cultural content, ethnomatmatic-based mathematics learning has relevance to indicators on critical thinking skills, which include interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and decision making. Thus, the learning of mathematics based on ethnomatematics can be used as one of mathematics learning alternative to develop students' critical thinking ability.

Education is an important component of a nation. Developed nations must have a good education system. The purpose of this research is to find out how to develop strategies and evaluation of hots-based learning in thematic learning in elementary schools. The method used is the approach of library research through library sources related to learning strategies and evaluations in thematic learning as well as various other literature sources. Then analyzed and presented the findings of the data objectively. The results showed that higher order thinking skills (HOTS) learning carried out by teachers in improving the quality of learning, teachers must design scenarios of the learning process. To support this, it is administratively stated in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). A teacher must prepare teaching materials, learning resources, learning media/props, and test instruments to measure students' learning outcomes. The spirit of a HOTS learning is in the core activities. At this stage teachers practice design, models, strategies, and learning methods. There are several learning models that are recommended to be implemented by teachers in the learning process, such as: project-based learning, problem-based learning, problem solving, and inquiry/discovery. In the assessment process must be adjusted to the competency achievement indicators that will be measured using relevant instruments and able to stimulate students' critical thinking ability.

 During this pandemic, learning is not carried out as usual, thus providing its own challenges for teachers to use technology. This study aims to answer two important questions, namely, the challenges of teachers in delivering mathematics learning at SD Negeri 3 Podomoro and the application of online mathematics learning strategies. This research is important, to understand the need for learning mathematics during the Covid-19 New Habit Adaptation period. This type of research is qualitative with an exploratory case study approach. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews which were used as primary data, while secondary data was in the form of library research. Interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner via telephone, intended to support physical distancing implemented to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. The results of this study indicate that, the limitations of teachers in using internet-based learning media and internet access that are less supportive, as well as the lack of smart phone facilitation owned by students. The strategy for implementing mathematics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic includes 1) being carried out by door to door or the teacher visiting each student's house. 2) learning is done offline. 3) learning is done online.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui penerapan denda terhadap pelanggar berlalu lintas di kota Bengkulu ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009, serta untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam penerapan pidana denda terhadap pelanggar barlalu lintas di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian dilaksanakan disatuan lalu lintas Polres dan Polda Kota Bengkulu. Adapun data yang didapatkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder melalui penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan, kemudian data dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif. Peraturan yang tertera pada undang-undang yang tertera sepenuhnya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran untuk setiap pelanggar yang melakukan pelanggaran, tetapi pada kota Bengkulu undang-undang tersebut tidak sepenuhnya berjalan efektif. Menurut pandangan Undang-undang 22 Tahun 2009, penerapan pidana denda masuk dalam kategori pidana pokok (sesuai Pasal 10 KUHP) sebagai urutan terakhir atau keempat, sesudah pidana mati, pidana penjara dan pidana kurungan. Selain dari itu, faktor penghambat keefektifan Undang-undang seperti faktor ekonomi, faktor kedekatan emosional dan faktor kekebalan institusional.Kata kunci: tindak pidana; hukum pidana; dendaABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the application of violators from cities in Bengkulu in terms of Law Number 22 of 2009, and to find out the inhibiting factors in the application of fines to traffic violators in the city of Bengkulu. The research was carried out in the traffic city of the City Police of the City of Bengkulu. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data used for library research and research, then the data are analyzed descriptively. The regulations stated in the law that are fully stated to increase awareness for every offender who commits an offense, but in the city of Bengkulu the law is not fully effective. According to the view of Law 22 of 2009, the application of criminal fines falls into the main criminal category (according to Article 10 of the Criminal Code) as the last or fourth order, after the death penalty, imprisonment and imprisonment. The Arabic learning process is directed to encourage, guide, develop, and foster students' Arabic language skills, Arabic language skills will also support students in understanding the sources of Islamic teachings, such as the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and other books that use Arabic . In the Arabic learning process, it is expected that students will have good abilities in learning Arabic. To achieve the expected objectives, the Hiwar learning strategy is to use the Hiwar (conversation) method. The lesson material consists of fluency in speaking by using Arabic.This research is a field research in the form of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive in the form of secondary data and primary data. In analyzing the data, it begins with examining the data, after the data is collected then its contents are clarified and analyzed, then interpreted and concluded. The Arabic learning process at MAN 1 Payakumbuh has been implemented in accordance with the existing curriculum, based on Content Standards (SI) and Graduates Competency Standards (SKL), which explains that learning Arabic at Islamic Senior High School is a process of activities directed at encouraging, guiding, develop and develop fushha Arabic language skills, by prioritizing the ability to read and understand reading material. The ability to speak and compose sentences is aimed at strengthening reading skills, which is the main goal of learning, namely the ability to communicate as well as a provision for understanding Islamic teachings from the original sources, namely Al-Quran and Al-hadith. The conclusion of this study is that it turns out that students are still not able to carry out good faith in Arabic and cannot use it in daily conversations, because the learning strategies used are still not optimal due to the lack of media and supporting infrastructure that support the learning process of Hiwar. So that it hasn't got maximum results.

Ecotourism offers a different form of travel than mass tourism. Ecotourism also provides a learning process to protect and care for nature, and improve the welfare of local communities around or within the ecotourism destination. This study was conducted to find the right approach to developing ecotourism. The main focus is given to the potential of regional ecotourism, including human, cultural, and supporting resources. Research is also conducted to determine the perspective of tourists because meeting their needs cannot be sustainably separated from business goals. This study aimed to adjust the predetermined theme with the theme implemented. In addition, giving interesting presentations to students, and teachers can improve the quality of human resources in the field of technology and information. This study used a qualitative approach. Data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data through procedures for collecting data with participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study used domain techniques, taxonomic techniques, compound techniques, and theme techniques. For the process of checking the validity of the data, a triangulation process was carried out to obtain accurate research results. The results of the study obtained that in thematic learning using the Lesson Plan (RPP) to achieve a basic competency set out in the Content Standards and described in the syllabus through various learning behaviors of students.

<p><em>Abstrak </em><strong>- </strong><strong>Aguk Irawan adalah salah satu sastrawan yang menggunakan sastra novel sebagai media dakwahnya. Penanaman pesan-pesan moral-spiritual penulis kepada pembaca melalui tokoh yang dihidupkan di dalamnya. Peneliti tertarik dengan salah satu karya beliau untuk diteliti yang kemudian terangkum dengan judul, “Maqamat Tokoh Midah dalam Novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em> Karya Aguk Irawan”. Novel yang terinspirasi dari kisah nyata ini menggambarkan tentang pengembaraan jiwa seorang perempuan dalam menemukan Tuhannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode <em>library research</em> atau penelitian kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer yaitu novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em>, sedangkan sumber data sekundernya adalah beberapa karya Aguk Irawan yang lain dan juga sumber referensi yang terkait dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah peneliti lakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em> merupakan novel yang mengandung ajaran tasawuf. Aguk Irawan menyampaikan ajaran tasawufnya melalui tokoh Midah Hamidah yang terangkum dalam laku kehidupannya sehari - hari. Peneliti menemukan beberapa maqamat yang tergambar dari tokoh Midah Hamidah, diantaranya adalah: taubat, zuhud, sabar, syukur, dan ridha. Novel karya Aguk Irawan ini sangat berguna untuk digunakan sebagai media dakwah di kalangan remaja maupun masyarakat pada umumnya.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract -</em><strong> </strong><strong>Aguk Irawan is one of the writers who used novel literature as his propaganda media. Planting the writer's moral-spiritual messages to the reader through the characters who are turned on in them. Researchers are interested in one of his works for research which is then summarized with the title, "<em>Maqamat Tokoh Midah dalam Novel Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW Karya Aguk Irawan</em>”. This novel, inspired by a true story, depicts the wandering of a woman's soul in finding her God. This research uses library research or library research. The source of the data used is the primary data source, namely the Mecca novel: Memoirs of Luka of a TKW, while the secondary data source is some of Aguk Irawan's other works and also a reference source related to research. Based on the results of the analysis that researchers have done, it can be concluded that the novel <em>Mecca: Memoirs of Luka of a TKW</em> is a novel that contains the teachings of Sufism. Aguk Irawan conveyed his Sufism teachings through the figure of Midah Hamidah summarized in his daily life. Researchers found several maqamat drawn from the Midah Hamidah figures, including repentance, zuhud, patience, gratitude, and pleasure. This novel by Aguk Irawan is very useful to be used as a media for da'wah among teenagers and the general public.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords -</em></strong><em> Literary works, Novels, Maqamat, Spirituality, Hermeneutics</em></p><p> </p>
