Metacognition is knowledge and awareness about the process of cognition or learning about the mind and how it works. Solving mathematical problems requires the involvement of metacognition. This study aims to obtain the results of identification of students' level of metacognition in problem-solving and the level of metacognition of students in mathematical literacy on social arithmetic material. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Palimanan. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were students of class VII C Middle School 3 Palimanan. Data collected by test and interview methods. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the level of metacognition of students in solving mathematical problems and mathematical literacy has mixed results. In solving mathematical problems, students who have high learning outcomes are at the level of Reflective Use metacognition, students who have learning outcomes are at the Strategic Use metacognition level, and students who have low learning outcomes are at the Tacit Use metacognition level. Meanwhile, the level of student metacognition in mathematics literacy is not much different from solving mathematical problems. Students who have high learning outcomes are at the Reflective Use metacognition level, students who have learning outcomes are at the Strategic Use metacognition level, and students who have low learning outcomes are at the Aware Use metacognition level. Overall the level of metacognition of students both in solving mathematical problems and in mathematics literacy is at the level of Strategic Use metacognition

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah Melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn Siswa Kelas VI SDN Gendongan 02 Salatiga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan 2 siklus penelitian. Tehnik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik tes tertulis dan tehnik non tes. Tehnik tes tertulis pada setiap siklus diadakan dengan memberikan soal tertulis, sedang tehnik non tes yang dimaksud adalah pengamatan yang dilakukan saat pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan dicatat dalam lembar pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif yang dilanjutkan dengan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan telah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar. bila dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar pada kondisi awal dengan siklus-1 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 9,88 %, sedangkan hasil belajar pada siklus-1 bila dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siklus-2 ada peningkatan sebesar 10%. Berdasarkan refleksi pada pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa melalui diterapkannya model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn tentang proses perumusan Pancasila sebagai dasar negara pada siswa kelas VI SDN Gendongan 02. Hasil belajar dari kondisi awal ke kondisi akhir terdapat peningkatan, dari rata-rata 60,12 menjadi rata-rata 80.Kata kunci :  Problem Based Learning, hasil belajarThis study aims to find out whether the Problem Based Learning Model is able to increase the learning results in PKn for sixth grade Students of SDN Gendongan 02 Salatiga. This is a classroom action research (CAR) by using 2 research cycles. The data retrieved techniques used in this study are both written and non written tests. Written test technique on each cycle are based on written issues, whereas non test technique are meant to be observed while learning process. Data obtained from observations is recorded in the observation sheet. The data analysis uses as comparative descriptive imogery that follows the reflection. Studies shows that learning with Problem Based Learning model has improved learning results, when compared with results of learning  in early conditions cycle-1 has 9.88%, increase, whereas the results of learning from cycle-1 when compared  with the results of cycle-2 increased 10%. Based on the reflections on the discussion, the conclusion can be drown that through the Problem Based Learning model can be improve the learning results of PKn about the process Pancasila Formulation as country foundation on sixh Grade students of SDN Gendongan 02. The results of learning from early conditions to late is an increase from the average 60.12 to an average 80.Keywords : Problem Based Learning, learning outcomes

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Pair Check Efektif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. (2) Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match Efektif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. (3) Perbedaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Pair Check dengan kooperatif tipe Make A Match efektif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Posttest Only Control Group Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Teladan Batam 2017/2018 dengan jumlah 135 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling berjumlah 2 kelas, dengan rincian kelas XI TKJ untuk kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas XI Elektronika untuk kelas eksperimen 2. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes uraian sebanyak 5 soal. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan One Sample T-Test untuk hipotesis 1 dan 2 sedangkan untuk hipotesis 3 menggunakan Indepent Sample T- Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Pair Check Efektif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan nilai t hitumg = 6,546 dan t tabel =1,699 yang artinya

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran scientific snowball throwing (S-ST) terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas 5 SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive stratified quota sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan instrumen lembar butir pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal dengan df. 29 dan sig. 0,155 > 0,05 dan df. 29 dan sig.0,081 > 0,05. Kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol adalah homogen yang ditunjukkan dengan  sig. 0,809 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sig. (2-tailed) 0,029 < 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pembelajaran S-ST terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas 5 SD. T-hitung 2,241 > 2,009 t-tabel, maka terdapat perbedaan pembelajaran S-ST dan pembelajaran langsung terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas 5 SD.  Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Scientific, Model Snowball Throwing, Minat Belajar

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat tingkat stres mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Yogyakarta dalam mengerjakan Skripsi pada program S1 Keperawatan tahun akademik 2018/2019. Metode penelitian;Peneliti menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif karena hanya melihat gambaran tingkat sres yang dialami mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan skripsi. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara sampel jenuh,  dengan jumlah responden penelitian yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 27 mahasiswa ditahun akademik 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian; didapatkan hasil bahwa sebagain besar responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebesar 62,97% dan sisanya berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Hampir seluruh responden atau 96,30% berada pada masa remaja dan sisanya pada masa dewasa awal. Tingkat stres kategori normal sebanyak 59,3%, kategori stres ringan sebesar 18,8%, kategori sedang 11,1%, kategori berat 7,4%, dan sisanya dalam kategori sangat berat.

The objective of the study was to find out the  correlation between students’ anxiety and students’ achievement in learning English. The research design was correlational research which consisted of two variables, independent and dependent variable. The sampling technique was probability sampling with cluster random sampling. The sample in this research was thirty nine students of X8 social class of SMAN 08 Batam. Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS) by Horwitz  was addressed to check the existence of students’ anxiety. The instrument to measure the students’ achievement was a diagnostic test which consists of listening and reading comprehension test. After tested the validity and reliability of the test by using SPSS V.16.0, the researcher distributed the test to the sample. Then, the researcher analysed the correlation by using Product Moment Formula by Pearson to correlate both students’ anxiety (X variable) and students’ achievement (Y variable). The result showed that the r count or Pearson correlation was 0.092. The r table for 39 respondents is 0.312. It means that r count is lower than r table and Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The r count showed -0.092. Hence, there was significant negative correlation between Students’ Anxiety and Students’ Achievement in learning English at the tenth grade students of Senior High School 08 Batam.

This research aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Cooperative Learning Model Snowball Throwing Type on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is a research experiment with research design One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study was XI SMKIT DBS 01 Batam Academic Year 2018/2019. The sampling technique is done by saturating sampling techniques with many students 19 students. The type of test given is a descriptive test consisting of 8 pretest questions and 8 posttest questions which then analyze the instrument using construct validity and reliability so that 8 valid and reliable questions are obtained with reliable values of pretest "0.684" and posttest "0.724" to be a matter of pretest and posttest. Normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov with the results of normal pretest and posttest data. Hypothesis testing is done using the t test two correlated samples obtained sig. (0.00) ≤ . The results of this study indicate that the cooperative learning model of the snowball throwing type is effective against students' mathematics learning outcomes

The problem of this research namely that the teacher still uses the method that has not varied, therefore the students lend tube passive, on the other hand the students will be bored in learning history because the learning process only listening, recording, and memorizing . Another problem is the absence to learn this can be seen from student learning outcomes under the KKM. The purpose of this study in accordance with the formulation of the problem then ibid research aims to determine student learning outcomes with the implementation of index card match strategy class X IPS Nahdlatul  Wathan. This research uses quantitative research with a classroom action approach (PTK) using two cycles. This study uses index card match strategy. Objects in the study are various activities that occur in the classroom during the learning process. The research process is carried out in two cycles each cycle consists of four stages namely (1) planning action, (2) implementation of the action, (3) observation (observation), (4) reflection. The results of this study indicate that using the index card match strategy can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of research conducted over two cycles, then the end of this study concluded that the pre-action student learning outcomes were only 5 students (68,75%) and in the second cycle increased to 16 students (100%. The increase occurred after the teacher conducted and index card match strategy on history learning. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the index card match strategy can improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Index Card Match Strategy, MA Nahdlatul Wathan Batam.

ABSTRACTThe objective of the study is to find out whether Describe and Draw Technique is Effective or not in improving student ability in writing at SMKS Al-Jabar Batam this study is limited on Writing for Eleventh grade student at SMKS Al-Jabar Batam in Academic year 2018/2019.The study designed used by the researcher is quasi experimental design (pre-test and post-test control group). The population of study is eleventh grade students of SMKS Al-Jabar Batam. They are four classes of eleventh grade student with the total number 71 students. The samples of the study are two classes which consist of 24 student in experiment class and 24 students in control class. The instrument in this study is writing test. The data analyzed in using t-test.  According to the result of statistical calculation. The result showed that sig (2 tailed) of student pre-test and post-test in experimental was 0.401 and standard significant level it was 0.05 by comparing the sig (2 tailed) and standard significant level, it was known that sig (s2 tailed0 was bigger than standard significant. The calculation of testing hypothesis used T-test formula with Null Hypothesis (Ho) and Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) it can be sum up that tcount (1.729) ≥ ttable (1.71714). Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion was Describe and Draw Technique gives significant effect in improving student ability in Writing. Keywords: Writing, improving, Describe and Draw Technique

Local culture is commonly used to characterize the experience of everyday life in specific, identifiable localities. It reflects ordinary people's feelings of appropriateness, comfort, and correctness—attributes that define personal preferences and changing tastes. The socio-cultural of Javanese especially in Jatilawang Banyumas. Through the trilogy of “Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk”. Through its discursive strategies, the text presents that the cultural life of Javanese people at that time is mostly influenced by Hinduism. In economic side, Javanese people generally work in farming field. Meanwhile, the cultural condition indicates the pluralistic life of Javanese community. The present research’s effort is to examine the representation of Javanese local culture in an old text entitled “Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk”. Framed generally by CDA (Critical Discourse Analysis) theory and method, and particularly DHA (Discourse Historical Approach), the examination is focused on observing the five discursive strategies in micro- analysis under DHA, which includes strategies of nomination, predication, argumentation, perspectivation, and mitigation. The discussion also highlights the socio-cultural background of Javanese people in that period to see its influence on the content of the text itself. Thus, the integration of two disciplinaries of historical study and linguistics is well-achieved.Keyword: historical discourse analysis, local culture, first book triogy “Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk”.
