The effects from thinking will result in the production of perception. This perception exists in both positive and negative situations. It focuses on the cognitive that explains how human brain responds to the perceptions received from their respective methods of understanding. The exhibition of “Kami 8: SI + SA" has managed to exhibit creative artwork produced by academic staffs from the Faculty of Art and Design UiTM Perak, with the appreciation of the theme "SI + SA" will change the way of delivery or meaning, according to the circumstances and methods of individual personal perception. The research design is based on J.J. Winklemann in producing art works. Data collection consisting of sampling and equipment based on ideal imagery observation methods. Also, samples and equipment were analyzed based on the production of the proposed artwork based on the studio-based research. The artwork "free memories" is produced based on perception and understanding by the author translating in visual form.

Today’s teenagers have a very close relationship with ICTs and the digital space related to them, as they have impacted the way the youth constructs their sense of self and the tools they use to perform their carefully constructed identity. One key element which influences the way one constructs their views by themselves is within the boundaries set by their biological sex and therefore through the behaviors associated with their asigned gender. Through the symbolic interactionist lense, or more specifically through Goffman's dramaturgical theory on the manner in which one presents him/herself in society, this paper looks at the manner in which teenagers use social media platforms and at the way they consume and create digital content in order to present their gender identity. The way teenagers consume and produce digital content differs and depends on how they interpret their ideals of femininity and masculinity, which are afterwards reproduced in the content they post on their social media pages. Therefore this research is an attempt to understand what are the factors teenagers take in account when consuming and producing content. What gender differences can be observed in regards to new media consumption? What difference can be observed in online activity behaviors between males and females? How do they feel about their gender identity concerning fitting in with their peer group? A mix-methodological approach was engaged in the data collection process. In the first stage of the research highschool students (n=324) from the city of Suceava (Romania) participated in taking an online survey. The initial intent was to meet with the young respondents in person, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic this was deemed impossible. For the second stage of data collection, six of the participants who took the online survey were invited to participate in a focus group designed to grasp a better understanding of the results from the previous stage. The discovered findings uncover engaging gender similarities and differences in social media consumption and the type, subject, matter and style in which they posted their content, but also in regards to the performance of the self between the online and offline space.

Delegation of responsibilities constitutes a very important ingredient of good leadership in organisations and is critical to competence development of workers. However, experience shows that many leaders are unwilling to delegate responsibilities to their subordinates for a number of reasons. This study was therefore designed to investigate delegation of responsibilities as a tool for competence development of subordinates in selected organisations in Ibadan metropolis. The study, anchored on Elkem’s model, was descriptive and adopted survey research design with a combination of both quantitative and qualitative approaches. It was conducted on 206 respondents randomly selected from 20 public and private organisations in Ibadan. Questionnaire and IDI were instruments of data collection, while the data collected were analysed using both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The study showed that respondents perceived delegation of responsibilities as a vital tool for developing, equipping and motivating subordinates; and that it had positive effects on subordinates’ performance (X2 = 11.14, p-value = 0.001). The study also revealed that lack of confidence in subordinates (79%), level of skill and competence (66%), organisational climate (68%) and bureaucracy (58%) were barriers to delegation of responsibilities. Delegation of responsibilities is a cost-free way of enhancing competence development of subordinates in organisations, and should therefore, be encouraged among leaders irrespective of their levels.

One aspect of therapeutic discourse that has not been fully investigated in language intervention is the way that interactional dominance is established and maintained within the therapeutic encounter. Using various data collection strategies, therapeutic discourse from 10 language intervention sessions was collected and analyzed. By employing an analytic device known as the "dominant interpretive framework," the interactional styles and strategies of two speech-language pathologists were investigated. Data revealed several systematic patterns of interaction that constrained the ranges of interaction between the clinician and the client. Several implications regarding client empowerment, mediation, and assimilation into the school culture are discussed.

Analyzing a work of art seems unfair if we do not specify the cultural context of the time in which the work of art was born. Dolorosa Sinaga is a woman born in the tribe of Batak. Batak itself has Patrilineal kinship system. in the Patrilineal community structure based on the father lineage (male), the descendant of the father (male) is considered to have a higher position and his rights will also get more. This brief explanation of the artist's background has become a reference to be developed in interpreting the work analyzed later. Meanings and messages to be conveyed visible from the figure of a mother who was carrying her child. Mothers are women who do not get the highest place among the Batak tribe, so the inheritance belongs entirely to men. The suffering of women is illustrated by the expression of a mother on this work that suffers with an open mouth. This research was conducted to describe the entrepreneurial leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" and description about the obstacles experienced by SMEs Tofu "RDS". This research uses descriptive qualitative research design that aims to obtain the information available at this time, and then attempt to describe, record and interpret the information. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. This type of qualitative research is case study. The result of the research is the condition of entrepreneurial leadership from the leadership of SMEs Tofu "RDS" is generally good because he is able to motivate employees well, have a picture of the future effort, able to read opportunities well, actively seeking new ideas, persistent in running their business And barriers faced by SMEs Tofu "RDS" can be overcome well by the leadership of SMEs Tofu RDS.

This type of research is a type of qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD N Suryodiningrata 1 Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were to schools, class teachers, and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and observation techniques. Based on the results of the study show that the forms of student bullying behavior that occur are that students make fun of and mock friends, find out friends and ask for pocket money to their friends. The way the class teacher handles student bullying behavior is by conducting classical and individual guidance. The role of the class in addressing the behavior of bullying students, be a mediator when the bullying occurred in class, and give advice as well as motivations to students.
