This type of research is a type of qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD N Suryodiningrata 1 Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were to schools, class teachers, and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and observation techniques. Based on the results of the study show that the forms of student bullying behavior that occur are that students make fun of and mock friends, find out friends and ask for pocket money to their friends. The way the class teacher handles student bullying behavior is by conducting classical and individual guidance. The role of the class in addressing the behavior of bullying students, be a mediator when the bullying occurred in class, and give advice as well as motivations to students.

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian: 1) Untuk menganalisis penanganan terhadap siswa bermasalah pada MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu; 2) Untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan dalam menangani perilaku siswa bermasalah pada MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu. Metodologi penelitian yaitu: pendekatan kualitatif, dengan informan kepala dan wakil kepala madrasah, guru, dan siswa di MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian: 1) Penanganan siswa yang berperilaku menyimpang di MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu ada beberapa cara yaitu: melakukan bimbingan terhadap siswa, melibatkan orang tua, guru, kepala madrasah dalam penanganan anak berperilaku menyimpang. 2) Peran kepemimpinan dalam menangani gangguan perilaku siswa di MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu sangat berperan, di mana kepala madrasah selalu menginstruksikan kepada guru untuk memberikan laporan perkembangan anak termasuk aspek sikap, melakukan identifikasi terhadap permasalahan siswa, dan menciptakan solusi yang efektif dalam menangani permasalahan siswa. Kepala madrasah selalu melibatkan baik itu unsur guru dan orang tua dalam menangani permasalahan siswa di MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu. Abstract: Research objectives: 1) to analyze handling of a troubled student in MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu; 2) to analyze the role of leadership that we are doing in dealing with the behavior of a troubled studen In MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu. Research methodology: a qualitative approach, with informants head and deputy head of madrasah, teachers, and students in MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu. Technique data collection use observation, interview, and documentation. The research: 1) handling of students who behaves swerved in MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu there are several ways either: conducting guidance for students, involving parents, teachers, head of Islamic school in handling children to behave. 2) leadership in dealing with bullying behavior students in MTs Al-Hikmah Mogutat Kotamobagu play an important role, in which the head madrasah always for teachers to instruct the including aspects of a child development , students carried out the identification of the problems, and create an effective in dealing with the students. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah, Gangguan Perilaku, Siswa

ABSTRACT                This study aims to answer: 1) the role of school principals in developing school culture in Muhammadiyah Sangonan Elementary School 2, 2) supporting factors and obstacles for school principals in developing school culture in SD Muhammadiyah Sangonan 2.This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques and sources. Data analysis techniques using interactive data models Miles and Huberman.The results of the study are as follows: 1) the role of the principal in developing school culture through 4 roles namely the role of the principal as manager, the role of the principal as leader, the role of the principal as an innovator and the role of the principal as motivator. The role of the principal as a manager includes the principal taking actions or efforts taken to develop school coursework (compiling the program), joint efforts of the teacher in developing a better school culture, mobilizing teachers to take part in implementing the developed school culture. This research aimed to figure out the role of parents in assisting elementary students’ learning through a distance learning model in Jayapura and its problems faced by the parents. This qualitative research was conducted in Jayapura City, Papua Province. Data collection techniques of this research used interview and questionnaire which was distributed by using google form to the subjects. The findings showed that there were four roles of parents in assisting elementary students’ learning through a distance learning model, namely (1) Educator, meaning that the parents performed as a mentor and teacher of the children at home; (2) Motivator, meaning that the parents motivated their children continuously during distance learning model; (3) Facilitator, meaning that the parents provided facilities and conveniences for their children and provide various learning resources for their children; (4) Inspirator, meaning that the parents became a model for their children as they act as teacher. The problems faced by parents in a distance learning were (1) difficult to manage the time; (2) unstable network; (3) they fear a new technology (technophobe); (4) require patience; and (5) the way to provide assistance when the parents were at work.

Peran guru dalam membentuk peserta didiknya sangatlah penting. Arahan guru menjadi petunjuk jalan bagi kegiatan siswanya. Seorang guru yang tidak hanya mengajar, tetapi juga mendidik dan melatih, ketika ingin mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk sikap dan kepribadian siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru PPKn, guru agama, guru BK/BP, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunkan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis menggunakan analisis secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru PPKn dalam membentuk sikap dan kepribadian siswa yaitu membentuk sikap siswa yang mempertahankan hak dan kewajibannya serta mampu melaksanakan hak dan kewajibannya dengan baik. Membentuk siswa yang memiliki rasa cinta terhadap tanah air serta memiliki rasa kebangsaan yang kuat dan dapat membentuk siswa yang dapat menghormati orang dalam kehidupan di sekolah maupun di masyarakat serta mentaati aturan yang berlaku. Membentuk siswa yang dapat melaksanakan musyawarah dalam mengambil keputusan baik di sekolah maupun di masyarakat serta membentuk siswa yang mengakui bahwa indonesia ini adalah negara yang plural yaitu terdiri dari berbagai macam agama, suku, bahasa, dan budaya.The role of the teacher in shaping students is very important. The teacher's direction becomes a guide to the activities of their students. A teacher who not only teaches, but also educates and trains, when he wants to achieve the expected learning goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the teacher of Pancasila education and citizenship in shaping the attitudes and personality of students. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were principals, PPKn teachers, religious teachers, BK / BP teachers, and students. Data collection uses observation, interviews, documentation. Analysis uses interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the role of PPKn teachers in shaping the attitudes and personality of students is to shape the attitude of students who defend their rights and obligations and are able to carry out their rights and obligations properly. Form students who have a sense of love for the homeland and have a strong sense of nationality and can form students who can respect people in life in school and in society and obey the applicable rules. Form students who can carry out deliberations in making decisions both at school and in the community and form students who recognize that Indonesia is a pluralistic country that consists of various kinds of religions, ethnicities, languages and cultures.

One of the solutions proposed by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional is to form Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik which has the task of improving the quality of life of mustahik through its programs. So, the purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional in improving the economic welfare of mustahik. This study uses qualitative research methods that produce descriptive data. Where this research is based on observations made by the author and then explained according to what the author observed in the field. The data collection that the researchers did was using the method of observation, documentary interviews, and other data. When the data has been collected, the researcher conducts an analysis and then draws conclusions from the analysis. The results of this study are Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS plays a role in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and focuses on potential creative businesses, empowers by providing business development capital assistance, in accordance with the budget draft proposed by mustahik, and approved by LPEM BAZNAS. Abstract Abdul Hay Kurban Ali’s arrival in Japan in 1924 has a huge impact on the development of Islam and towards the Muslim community in Tokyo Japan. The migration of the Turkic Tatar Muslim to Japan resulting from the Russian Revolution un 1917 has cause several Islamic Associations to emerge in Japan. Abdul Hay Kurban Ali was the leader of one of this Islamic Association for the Muslim community representing the Turkic-Tatar Muslim in Japan under the name Mahalla Islamiya. With this, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali has carried the interests from each of the Islamic Association from the Muslim community in Japan to build education institution and mosque in Tokyo, Japan. As such, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali cooperate with Syeikh Abdul Rashid Ibrahim in creating good relationship between Turkey and Japan to ease the construction of education institution and mosque in Tokyo, Japan. This research is a qualitative research using the historical history design. This research used the documentation method through data collection that focus on sources under four themes which is historical background of Abdul Hay Kurban Ali, the arrival of Islam in Japan, the role of Da’wah by Abdul Hay Kurban Ali and his contributions in Tokyo, Japan. Meanwhile, the researcher use descriptive and historical methods in analysing the data and sources under the prescribed themes. The finding from the research showed that the four thematic analyses has given a clear and organized information. The role of Abdul Hay Kurban towards the development of Islam in Tokyo, Japan is very significant for the Da’wah aspect towards the Japanese community, the Islamic Association of the Muslim community and the construction of education institution and mosque. Penghijrahan komuniti Muslim Turki Tatar ke Jepun akibat revolusi Rusia pada tahun 1917 telah menyebabkan wujudnya beberapa persatuan-persatuan Islam di Jepun. Abdul Hay Kurban Ali telah mengetuai salah satu daripada persatuan komuniti Muslim bagi bangsa Turki-Tatar di Jepun, Mahalla Islamiya. Menerusi hal ini, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali telah membawa hasrat daripada setiap persatuan-persatuan komuniti Muslim di Jepun untuk membina institusi pendidikan dan masjid di Tokyo, Jepun. Oleh itu, Abdul Hay Kurban Ali bekerjasama dengan Syeikh Abdul Rashid Ibrahim untuk mengadakan hubungan baik bersama kerajaan Turki dan Jepun bagi memudahkan pembinaan institusi pendidikan dan masjid di Tokyo, Jepun. Kajian Ini merupakan kajian berbentuk kualitatif dengan menggunakan reka bentuk kajian sejarah. Kajian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui pengumpulan data dengan menfokuskan pada sumber-sumber yang berkaitan empat tema iaitu, sejarah latar belakang Abdul Hay Kurban Ali, kedatangan Islam di Jepun, peranan dakwah Abdul Hay Kurban Ali dan sumbangan beliau di Tokyo, Jepun. Manakala pengkaji menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode sejarah untuk menganalisis data-data dan sumber-sumber menerusi tema yang ditetapkan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa sumber-sumber menerusi empat tematik yang dikaji oleh pengkaji telah memberikan maklumat yang tersusun dan jelas. Peranan Abdul Hay Kurban Ali terhadap perkembangan Islam di Tokyo, Jepun amat besar jasanya dari aspek dakwah kepada komuniti Jepun, penyatuan persatuan-persatuan komuniti Muslim dan pembinaan institusi pendidikan dan masjid. The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

This study aimed to see how the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. This type of research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, the coach of Hizbul Wathan, the class teacher, students. Data collection is done by interviews, observations, and documentation. While in data analysis, using techniques in a way, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan's development in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu since its inception tends to be stagnant and not optimal. The obstacles that exist make the implementation of the scout movement hizbul wathan less than the maximum to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu.

This research conducted in BAPEDAL  aceh, the purpose of this research is to figure out that the aplication of accountability report and work institution of government has done well.The result of data collection is got through library and field research. Library research is done by using some literature that it has relation with the research topic. While field research is the way to collect the data that it also has relation with problem discussion.Generally, the applying of primary job and bapedal function in Aceh has applied well.  The strategic of target  decision in 2010 has succed to goal by the level of percentation result average 98,53%.    The arrangement of aplication LAKIP in BAPEDAL Aceh in 2010 based on Inpres No.7 in 1999 and then it is arranged in ministry country role of efficiency  state apparatus and bureaucracy of reformation  no. 2009 in 2010 about guidelines of arrangement  for work and accountability report of institution government that it is the basic of arranging and conveying LAKIP government.

Qualitative data collection is largely defined by the personal experience and opinions of the examinee. The examinee is central in the approach, and not so much the researcher. The essence is a communication between the researcher and the examinee, where interpretation of both the questions asked and the answers provided serves the purpose of understanding. This type of research is interpretative and almost exclusively subjective, because the personal or subjective way of understanding and interpretation is central. However, there is certainly a serious possibility for external influence on the answers to be provided or even the way answers are interpreted. Additionally, there is a fair chance that the questions are phrased towards expected answers. There are various moments where ethics are paramount to the quality and acceptability of the research. To protect objectivity, ethical professionalism and professional morale are important. This chapter aims to describe and discuss ethical issues related to collection and management of data from qualitative research.
