The topicalty of the problem dealing with the professional mobilization competence is determined by professional requirements to the professional training intended for the future social workers. It provides readiness for permanent improvement of professional competence and discloses future specialist’s personal reserves, we mean hidden internal potentials which contribute to the ability to mobilize the efforts aimed at continuous professional and self-development. The purpose of the article is to determine the nature and structure of the phenomenon called «professional mobilization competence of a social worker» as well as to identify the pedagogical conditions facilitating its development. A set of methods was used to solve the assigned tasks: theoretical methods: the analysis of psychological and pedagogical theory and practice of higher social and pedagogical education, the analysis of personal teaching activity and higher education standards in the specialty 231 «Social Work»; empirical methods: diagnostic, observational. It’s been determined that the professional mobilization competence is interpreted as a complex integrated quality of an individual which allows conscious and effective implementation of his / her own strategy aimed at solving specialized tasks and practical problems related to the social sphere or to the educational process. The structure of the professional mobilization competence comprises a set of these components: personal mobilization, state of preparedness, individual potential. The conditions providing the development of the professional mobilization competence have been determined: deep rethinking of the existing personal qualities and improvement of the other ones which are necessary for successful professional activity under the new changed conditions of existence, awareness at the level of beliefs in the individual potential within the training. Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem of forming the research competence of future teachers of higher education, which is associated with the transition to a unified European education system and the renewal of the educational process of higher education with an orientation towards the formation and development of the personality of a competent teacher-researcher who owns the technology of scientific and pedagogical activity. The necessity of the development of the intellectual consciousness of the future teacher of higher education, which determines the style of scientific thinking, is substantiated by the main indicators of consistency, dynamism, problematicity, categoricality, reflexivity, evidence, predictability, projectivity, search ability, creativity. The authors have revealed the structure and the content of the research competence of the future teachers of higher education. The structural components of the research competence of future teachers of higher education are highlighted: cognitive, diagnostic, project constructive, technological, reflective, communicative. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of research competence of the future teacher of higher education are scientifically substantiated: motivational and value, creating needs and determining the persistent positive motivation of the future teacher of higher education in mastering research qualities; meaningful and constructive, which combine the individual and technological capabilities of scientific and pedagogical activity and the requirements of the forthcoming professional activity of a teacher of higher education; organizational and pedagogical, determining the establishment and retention of pedagogically expedient relationships between teachers and students, based on cooperation and mutual interest in research; reflexive-corrective, contributing to the analysis, accounting and correction of the process and the result of the formation of research competence in future teachers of higher education.

The article clarifies the essence of the concepts of «сompetence» and «professional competence», determines the components of teacher’s professional competence: motivational (interest and motivation for future professional activity), cognitive (formed knowledge), operational (acquired skills and abilities) and personal-reflexive (ability to self-esteem, self-development and self- improvement). The author, on the basis of comparative analysis, shows the experience of forming the future teacher’s professional competence in leading countries such as: Germany, Denmark, Great Britain, France and others. The article outlines the peculiarities of the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence in determined countries. The interesting aspect in the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence in Germany is its information component, whose high level of evaluation is facilitated by the introduction of modern multimedia technologies in the educational process. The peculiarity of the Danish system of the future teachers’ professional competence formation is the availability of an additional vocational guidance level. So while forming the professional competence of a future teacher in the UK, considerable attention is paid to student’s research activities built on the humanization and democratization of the educational process in this country. The specificity of the future teachers’ professional competence formation in universities of France is that its most important component is the information and communication component. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the positive experience of the future teachers’ professional competence formation abroad is generalized; the recommendations on its introduction into the system of professional training in higher education institutions of Ukraine are worked out. The conclusion is made that the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence abroad will contribute to: the introduction of professional selection of applicants for teaching professions; exploiting the potential of non-formal education; an increase in the duration of teaching practice and the introduction of a mentoring system; inclusion of academic disciplines, that provide inclusive education, into the educational process; providing benefits to active teaching methods based on an interdisciplinary and problem-based approach; creating conditions for the exchange of experience of higher educational institutions with foreign educational institutions.

The aim of the article is to study reflection as a mechanism of professional training of future teachers. The psychological nature of reflection as a universal mechanism of self – regulation and self – development of the personality is considered. In the scientific community there are various approaches to understanding pedagogical reflection. It is interpreted as: activity; component of pedagogical abilities of the teacher; mental neoplasm of the student's personality. The reflection of the future specialist, as his inner mental activity, is aimed at self-knowledge and understanding of their own actions and states, interpersonal relationships and communication with others, because self-knowledge is the initial stage of self-improvement. The teacher's ability to reflect is a mechanism for rethinking stereotypes of consciousness, behavior, communication, thinking, awareness of the bases, means, stereotypes of activity, their critical and heuristic rethinking, generating innovations in various aspects of professional activity. The development of reflexive-project skills allows the teacher not only to realize his professional activity, but also to make the transition from the position of «response» to the position of «self-organization». The teacher learns to teach himself to define the limits of his knowledge (ignorance) and independently find the conditions to overcome their own limitations, thereby increasing their professional competence. An experienced teacher's process of reflection is permanent, depending on: individual and personal characteristics; personal maturity; practical experience; professional erudition; level of general culture. The model of development of reflective skills of future teachers includes a set of different methods and tools, as well as various forms of organization of the educational process, such as lectures, seminars and practical classes, trainings, independent and self-educational work, individual and group consultations. Internships are a key component of each course (compulsory and optional). The key to students' professional development is to encourage continuous growth through critical theoretical understanding, practical application and experimental learning, both inside and outside the university. The ability to reflect is an important factor in the readiness of teachers to innovate, the desire for self- improvement, the introduction of educational innovative products in the educational process.

The article deals with the main ideas and principles of the problem under investigation; outlines the main professional abilities and competencies and implementing the methodological support into the educational process, which contributes to the effective formation of moral culture among future teachers of technology. According to leading scientists, the orientation of the higher school to the modern and even advanced level of development the socio-industrial relations in the specialists' training is possible only subject to the study of these requirements, because of the study of this specialist. The search for improvement of the professional training of the future teacher is a problem, the urgency of which is conditioned by the tendency of the requirements for the professional activity of the teacher. The modern education of Ukraine is aimed at providing the students with the necessary knowledge, development of skills and abilities. During the training period, the future teacher should submit a lot of factual material. It is necessary to highlight the economic knowledge of most graduates of schools that have a theorized character, detached from reality, and, as a result, young people cannot resist the negative effects of a market economy. This is evidenced by the realities of the present; a part of the youth cannot be competitive in the labor market, due to lack of practical skills, moral and ethical education, the level of culture of communication and business etiquette of labor activity. In order to solve these tasks, an active implementation into the educational process of educational institutions, in particular pedagogical, disciplines of economic direction, is carried out. The researches show that a modern school needs teachers of technologies with a broad world outlook that possess not only a system of integrated knowledge of technological, psychological and pedagogical, methodical character, but also deep economic thinking. The establishments of higher education creating the cultural potential of the individual, designed to determine the way of its self-realization, the subjective content of its productive activities. Dependence of the level of formation and characteristics of the culture of the individual can vary in specific types and spheres of social life.

Competence and research competence have been considered in this article as a factor of social teachers’ readiness in work with disabled children. Research competence in working with such children is a necessary component for the subsequent manifestation of professional readiness of the subsequent manifestation of professional readiness of the future teacher and achievement of the skills and development of their own style of work. Research competence is considered as an integral concept, with a stable personal education of the individual and inherent knowledge, skills and personal qualities, motives, values that determine the competence of future specialists. The problem of research competence is multifaceted, as it combines psychological, sociological and pedagogical aspects. It should be considered as a holistic manifestation of the internal activity of the future social pedagogue, his theoretical and practical readiness for research, and the content of professional activity is aimed at independent knowledge, problem solving. External and internal factors influencing the formation of research competence from the position of macro-, mezzo- and micro- levels are identified. In our opinion, the components of research activity are axiological, cognitive, technological and project. Each component corresponds to the levels: high, medium, low. In relation to the educational process of the University research competence encourages to stimulate the interest of students to work with children, to search for independent solutions, the formation of professional competence and motivational readiness, directing to a deeper study and understanding of future professional activities.

The article is devoted to one of the topical problems of higher education, namely, the usage of the student theater in the system of professional training of future teachers on the basis of personal and action approach. The author considers for the first time that the student theater as a form of artistic and pedagogical activity is focused on personal development, improvement of creative abilities of future teachers, formation of professional self-sufficiency by means of multilevel artistic and pedagogical communication in the system of higher pedagogical education. The article substantiates the expediency of using the fundamental personal and action approach in the functioning of the student theater in the professional training of future teachers. The paper suggests the description of psychological and pedagogical components within above-mentioned conceptual personal and action approach. This article deals with personal and action approach that provides the most effective organization of artistic and creative activity of the future teacher with its transfer to the position of the subject of self-knowledge. Within personal and action approach, the structure of self-development of the individual is formed, in which the main elements are the subject and the nature of the artistic and pedagogical interaction. It is established that successful activity of the student theater on the basis of personal and action approach is provided by the corresponding organizational and pedagogical conditions that have an influence on the goals of teaching, methods, forms and means of organizing the educational process, as well as mutuality with the educational, artistic and creative activities of the teacher-supervisor and students of theater. The author's position is that the functionality of certain organizational and pedagogical conditions is focused on: creation of the appropriate educational artistic and creative environment; dominance and active usage of theater training technologies in the educational process of the student theater; subject-to-subject interaction within multilevel communication of student theater; sequence of activity of the student theater in the professional training of the future teacher. It is proved that abidance of mentioned organizational and pedagogical conditions contributes to the professional formation of a specialist in the process of acquirement of the multilevel artistic and pedagogical communication of the theater on the basis of subject-to-subject interaction, during which the future teacher becomes a creator in a vital and professional activity.

The article analyzes the state of Ukrainian art education. The basic ways and prospects of training in higher art’s education in Rivne State Humanitarian University at the Department of fine and decorative art are observed. The question of artistic staff training in Ukraine is very interesting in the context of Ukrainian national school of fine and decorative art. The need for professional training in the field of decorative art was caused by its historical traditions, its aesthetic and practical importance for professional artists and for ordinary people.Therefore, it is possible to solve this problem by integrating the historical experience accumulated and effective approaches to teaching arts and crafts. Thus, there is a clear need for a study towards arts and craft’s professional training and optimal ways of its realization.Educational activities of Department of fine and decorative art of Rivne State Humanitarian University are analyzed in this article.Contemporary tradition of sharing the experience of artistic activity while studying is observed; it is advisable to turn to the works of scientists, which were elaborated during historical practice of training of masters of Arts and crafts. In historical retrospective all these researches kept to the actual ideas about the need for the future artist-craftsmen capacity mastering by taking into consideration the craft traditions and direct involvement into the production process under the guidance of experienced teachers. Their skills and personal qualities will positively affect the student’s success. In addition, the information stated in their works, shows, that the dominant teaching of arts and crafts was a practical component, conducted for a long time by involving students in to the manufacturing process and practical production technology.Professional training of artists and craftsmen in Ukraine is based both on European and national traditions and was conducted in the early twentieth century mainly in departments of arts and crafts in cooperatives, in crafts, stationary craft educational workshops, mobile model studios, art schools (including artistic and industrial schools). Due to the links between folk and professional art, the  links between crafts and fine arts, various methodological grounds are available; the students master the technology of decorative and craft products making, they also receive some knowledge of the theory and practice of handicrafts, technological processes of drawing, composition, drawing, secondary and special disciplines.The results of the current research towards the problems of artist-master of arts and crafts training coincides with the thoughts of the scholars, who believe this phenomenon to be complex, ambivalent socio-pedagogical phenomenon, that combines the personal, ethnology and authentic aspects and requires conciliation with the principles of ethnology studies.In Rivne State Humanitarian University at the Department of fine and decorative art future specialist’s training is implemented during educational process, aimed to transforming of the professional activity experience, preserved by humanity, on to subjective, individual heritage, which enables the exteriorization of professional experience, it’s transformation in to individual-psychological heritage and at the same time enables formation of the future artist and master of arts and crafts as a subject of art reproduction of material world in decorative and applied products on the base of comprehension of cultural and historical experience of production and materialization of national art ideas and values.Future professionals of arts and crafts training introduced in Rivne State Humanitarian University was meant to provide a broad range of opportunities to gain knowledge and skills, that enable the personal realization while constant process of improvement, strengthening the ability to search and find the up-to-date information, to learn inspired and excited with the joy of creation.This article does not elaborate all aspects of the problem. Further researches of the questions, concerning the teaching and training of future professionals of arts and crafts have great prospects.

The scientific achievements of leading scientists on the selected theme are analyzed and leading ideas, concepts, and main definitions of the research are identified in the article. The creation of proper psycho-didactic conditions in institutions of higher education, which serve as a basis for the formation of professionally significant competences, the development of personal creative potential and active public position in future practical psychologists, is updated. It is argumented that the educational system built on the conceptual foundations of professional training makes it possible to effectively content the educational disciplines, and therefore effective fundamental knowledge, professional-oriented skills, advanced skills, professional norms and values, which have the highest degree of generalization of social phenomena and processes. It is proved that the concept of the study of practical psychology combines professional methodological, philosophical and general scientific principles and scientific-methodological approaches, which are directed at the revealing future professional activity. The outlined conceptual foundations of professional training allow us to modify the educational process in higher education according to the individual needs of future practical psychologists. The methodological analysis of educational phenomenon of practical psychology in institutions of higher education on four basic levels is offered: philosophical-theoretical (evolutionary-theoretical formation of the specialist and his or her effective functioning), methodological (formation of the system of world-view and semantic individual formations for realization of individual’s educational skills and abilities), specific-scientific (acquisition of fundamental knowledge about professional activities) and technological (effective use of methods and techniques of research for acquisition of true empirical knowledge). The conclusion about the importance of outlining of conceptual foundations in the system of professional training of future practical psychologists is made.

As a result of the rapid development of intercultural communication and global transformations taking place in the world in the 90s of the XX century, it became necessary to create a new personality with a new set of qualities and competencies that are urgently needed for the rational functioning in a multicultural world. For the successful performance of professional duties is not enough to be a specialist who knows job, today. Modern Ukrainian society needs educated professionals who can think critically and make decisions independently in a situation that requires a choice, that is, to be dynamic, mobile, creative. That is, the main feature of professional activity is its development, which requires constant updating and improvement of skills. Each specialist should acquire new knowledge and improve their skills, and, consequently, improve their professional qualities. According to research, professionals who are not engaged in improving professional competence, there comes a time in life when they have internal dissatisfaction with their activities and they need to improve professional skills, or even change their professional orientation. Given the large variety of information technologies at all educational levels, it is not difficult to improve your professional level, and mobile learning is a way to solve a number of educational problems today. In this regard, the relevance of communicative education of future police officers is increasing. After all, the need to train a competent police officer capable of effective professional activity in a multi-ethnic environment is a priority in the training of future police officers in the parameters of European standards. The socio-cultural aspect in the professional training of future police officers is not only the formation of communicative competence, but also the space of interpersonal relations, in which a holistic culture of the individual is formed. The article presents an analysis of the diagnostic results of the formation of communicative competence of the future police officer. The results demonstrate the levels of formation of communicative competence of future police officers in cognitive, emotional and behavioural components.
