The article discusses the issues of scientific and theoretical justification for the use of automated irrigation in agriculture, that these systems can reduce the capital costs of their construction, as well as ensure the principle of "rain" and "drip irrigation" with daily water consumption of plants. There are optimal conditions for the growth and development of plants during their growing season. It is proved that the automated irrigation of agricultural crops establishes high yields and increased labor productivity. Therefore, the elements and devices of the used automatic machine require a reliable and uninterrupted operation. This is due to the fact that the problem is that the problem lies not only in technical reliability but also in economic efficiency. , including micro-irrigation systems. Reliability, performance, and performance. Initially, the existing irrigation technique, stationary irrigation system consisted of a large number of elements of the same type, necessary for conducting field cultural events.

The study was conducted to determine the water consumption pattern and performance of mature rabbit crosses (New Zealand White X California) fed only concentrate diet. Thirty-six rabbits (25±1 wk old) were alloted to three water treatment groups such that there were 12 rabbits per treatment and each treatment was replicated thrice. The three watering schedules were the contol with water served free choice; water was served 10 hours and water was served for two 5-hours periods per day. The animals were fed same concentrate diet ad libitum and the experiment lasted for 60 days. The results indicated that the highest water consumption per day was recorded in the control group followed by those served in two 5-hour period daily. The periodic water measurements revealed that More than half of the daily water consumption in the 10 hour groups were obtained in the early period of water availability (0800-1300 he). The feed consumption, but not weight gain was significantly (P < 0.05) affected by watering treatments.

ABSTRACT   EFFECT OF UTILIZATION OF VIRGIN COCONUT OIL (VCO) IN THE DIET ON PIG PERFORMANCE. Utilization of fats and oils in pig diets is of great importance due to their high energy value. VCO is obtained by cold press processing of the kernel from the coconut fruit. Utilization of virgin coconut oil (VCO) in the diets on pig performance.  The present study was designed to elaborate the effect of utilization of VCO in the diets on energy and protein digestibility of growing pigs. The experiment was conducted using 20 castrated male pigs aged 1.5 - 2.0 months weighing 12,0±2,0 kg. The data were analyzed according to the linear model procedure for ANOVA appropriate for Randomized Block Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatments were formulated as follow: R0 = 100% control diet + 0% VCO; R1 = 99.5% control diet + 1.0% VCO; R2 = 98.0% control diet + 2.0% VCO; R3 = 97.0% control diet + 3.0% VCO; and R4 = 96.0% control diet + 4.0% VCO. Parameters measured were: daily feed intake, daily gain, daily water consumption. The results showed that the utilization of VCO up to 4% in the diets had no significant effect (P > 0.05) on daily feed intake, daily gain, daily water consumption of pigs. It can be concluded that the addition of VCO up to 4.0% in the diets has no significant meaning on pig performance.   Key words: Virgin coconut oil (VCO), Performance, Growing pigs

The parameters require for maintaining the crop's health and the integrity of the irrigation system has a relation with quality of irrigation water. In Micro irrigation appropriate filtration is very much important to prevent clogging. Filtration unit is one of the main components in micro irrigation system that too, Primary filter is more important to be installed along with the unit, when the water source is from open reservoir and other water sources. Though it is essential, the primary filter is not being installed by the farmers due to its high cost. Hence this study is an attempt to fabricate low-cost filter and to evaluate its performance with different filter media layer. A low-cost primary filter for drip irrigation system is fabricated. Different filter media layer like silex sand (fine silex, coarse silex), pebbles with different sizes are selected. The results revealed that the removal efficiency of filter using silex sand and pebbles were 71% in terms of turbidity, 78% in terms of total suspended solids removal at flow rate of 12 m3 /hr. This fabricated low-cost filter will be cost effective for small farm applications.

The Formula Student competitions are held everyyear. This paper is the result of the analysis done on the sample car design that can be presented in the Formula Student competition. The purpose of the paper is to provide a final summary on chassis analysis and structural performance. It also talks about all the important analysis that is to be done on a Formula Student car to make it safe and perform well on the track. The design has been made such that it focusses on maximum adjustability, reliability, performance, safety, weight reduction and ease of manufacturing. The analysis was done to make sure the objectives of design are fulfilled. After going through many papers, documents, blogs and videos we found that many people get confused about the loading conditions and boundary conditions for different types of tests so this paper prioritizes to make people understand about those conditions as well as about the major tests required to perform complete analysis of Formula Student cars. The weight of the chassis was calculated as 36 kg approximately according to the data obtained from design modeler of Ansys workbench as well as Solidworks. The design sustained all the loading conditions and passed all the tests. Thus, one of the objective of this paper is to help other universities and passionate students to successfully design and analyze their cars that can pass all necessary tests included in the paper.
