AbstractThis research aimed to examine the effect ofperceived usefulness variable, perceived ease of use variable and psychological attachment variable to attitude inusing information technology. Attitude will influence the behavior specifically inutilizing information technology concern shown bythe behavior. Data was obtained through the questionnaire survey with a purposely sampling technique with the criteria, accountants who utilize tax website that www.pajak.go.id in performing their work. Accountants who are being sample do f this study is accountant who are in government organizations. Analysis of the data in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with an alternative method of PLS (Partial Least Square) which is assisted with the application program Smart PLS. Based onthe results of the research be concluded that 1) there is no significant relationship between perceived usefulness and attitude variables in the utilizationof taxwebsite (www.pajak.go.id.); 2) there is asignificant relationship between the variables of perceived ease of use and attitude in the use of website taxation (www.pajak.go.id); 3) there is no significant relationship between the variables of psychological attachment and attitude in the utilization of tax website(www.pajak.go.id); 4) there is asignificant relationship between attitude and behavior variables intention to use the website taxation (www.pajak.go.id).Key Words: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, psychologicalattachment, attitude, behavior intention.

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the interest of the people of Yogyakarta in using Islamic fintech by using the technology acceptance model (TAM). The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 150 respondents. This study was analyzed using a structural equation model partial least square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study indicate that the intention to use sharia fintech is influenced by the individual attitude factor towards the presence of sharia fintech. Attitudes to use sharia fintech are influenced by perceived usefulness factors, perceived ease of use, and sharia compliance inherent in sharia fintech. Google classroom can work in unidirectional process as it can serve the teachers’ strategies and styles on one hand and students’ perception, understanding, and effective participation in different classroom skills on the other hand. The ac-ceptance of Google classroom is affected by different factors. Some of them are still not clearly specified and discussed in previous research; therefore, they need further investigation. Based on the previous assumption, this study is an attempt to examine the factors that affect the students’ acceptance of Google classroom at Al Buraimi University College (BUC) in Oman. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was adopted to formulate the hypotheses of the current study. The data was collected through an online questionnaire with 337 respondents. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach was used to assess both the measurement and structural models. The results of the study prove that both the perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) positively influence the behavioral intention, which in turn influence the actual usage of Google classrooms. This study helps the decision makers of the higher educational institutions to have a better understanding of the effectiveness of us-ing Google classroom by their students. It is assumed that it helps in measuring the level of students’ acceptance to the previously mentioned technology.

Employment among people with disabilities remains debatable. This paper investigates employers' points of view towards accepting technological assistance for employees with disabilities at the workplace. Specifically, this paper examines the effects of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on acceptance towards Office Assistance Application among employers to disabled employees. Acceptance towards any technology has been broadly tested using Davis' Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). To prove if that is the case or not for Office Assistance Applications within the context of employers to employees with disabilities, this research was undertaken to affirm the past research. Data was collected via online questionnaires from 35 employers to Micro Enterprises organization. 6 of surveyed employers were current employers to disabled workers, 18 employers affirmed interest to employ PWDs in the future with 9 employers asserted no interest to hire disabled workers. Data was analysed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The result showed two hypotheses were supported evidencing positive and significant relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and relationship between perceived usefulness and technology acceptance. Findings are useful for employers to improve functions of their disabled workers at the workplace along with increasing employment prospects for people with disabilities.

Although major contributions are being made by Social Networking Sites (SNS) in communications and e-commerce, very little attention has been given to its implementation. This study contributes to technology and human interaction domain by (1) extending the technology acceptance model (TAM), personality trait and telepresence in developing a comparative mode based on the behavioral intention, (2) testing the model with Partial Least Square (PLS) using Facebook user's data; and (3) comparing result across a developed (Taiwan) and an emerging (Thailand) economy. Results indicate TAM was to fit to test the behavioral intention model in these two economies. The findings support for the telepresence, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, attitude and behavioral intention; however, the effect levels are different in these two countries (Taiwan vs. Thailand). In addition, only extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, and neuroticism of the big-five personality have been discussed.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) blood supply recommendation,Indonesia has 2.5 million blood bags less than it is needed. The majority of Indonesian peoplehave already had mobile phones and thus favorable for the application of short message service(SMS). It is feaseable to use SMS in order to improve donor motivation. This study would like toevaluate students' attitude toward blood donor's message reminder using SMS from the BloodDonors Directory, Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. It was a quantitative study withcross-sectional design. Undergraduate medical students recorded in the database of Blood DonorsDirectory Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University were chosen as the study population.Simple random sampling was applied to choose the subjects. This study used the framework ofTechnology Acceptance Model (TAM) and data were analyzed using Partial Least Square basedStructural Equation Modelling (SEM). Attitude of blood donor's message reminder significantlyinfluenced perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of SMS technology. Attitude of blooddonor's message reminder significantly influenced perceived entertainment, irritation, as well ascredibility of message content. No significantly influenced by perceived informative. Theintention to donate blood were significantly influenced by the attitude of blood donor's messagereminder. Students' attitude in donating blood was positively influenced by good perceptionabout ease of use and usefulness of SMS technology. It was also positively influenced by positiveperception to entertaining and credible messages, as well as negative perception to irritatingmessages. The positive attitude towards donor's message reminder would support the intention tobehave as blood donors.

The study directs to analyze the perception of teachers towards the adaption of social media as a new technology for the enhancement of teaching performance. The collected data contains a sample of n=130 faculty members of two public universities of Sindh province of Pakistan. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been used in the framework of the study. The data were analyzed by the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3. The aggregate response from the teacher's rate is 94.7% for the current study. More than an average social networking source, Whatsapp mostly used 58.46% by the teachers of public universities. The teachers of public universities use 92.31% of Facebook and 67.69% of Whatsapp less than four hours per day. Acceptable scores of Cronbach’s Alpha through reliability values appear greater than 0.70 up to 0.987. Moreover, both AVE and CV are indicating acceptable scores. A value of SRMR below 0.08 is a depiction of good fit. The study confirmed all the established hypotheses indicating the factors including Perceived Usefulness and the Perceived Ease of Use and towards teachers’ performance and satisfaction are significantly affected by the use of social media. Therefore, the study finds a stronger association of social media use to Perceived ease of usefulness. It is also observed that the Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use appear crucial factors to make a significant prediction about teachers’ performance after using social media in Pakistan.
