The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of user ability and user involvement on the effectiveness of SIA use in SPPBE companies in Bali, and to determine the influence of organizational culture in moderating the ability and involvement of users in SIA in the company. The population in this study were employees of SIA users in all SPPBE companies in Bali. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples is 165 people. The analysis technique used is using the Moderated Regression Analysis technique. Based on the results of the study indicate that the ability and involvement of users have a positive and significant influence and organizational culture is able to moderate the influence of ability and user involvement on the effectiveness of the use of SIA.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and solvency on the timeliness of the publication of financial statements, and to determine whether or not the size of the company to moderate the effect of profitability and solvency on the timeliness of the publication of financial statements. Samples in this study were 48 mining company financial statements obtained by non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the profitability variable has a positive effect on the timeliness of the publication of financial statements. Whereas solvability does not affect the timeliness of the publication of financial statements. The size of the firm is able to weaken the effect of profitability on timeliness, but can not moderate the effect of solvency on the timeliness of the publication of financial statements. This study aims to prove empirically the effect of companies growth to companies value with profitability as moderating. This study done at manufacturing companies in consumer goods sector that listed on the IDX. Sample were selected using with non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Total observation on this study is 60 observations for period 2015-2017. Analysis technique that used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of this study show companies growth and profitability doesn’t affect companies value. Profitability didn’t capable to moderating companies growth in affecting companies value.  Keywords: Companies Value;  Companies Growth; Profitability.

This study aims to know and prove how much influence Innovation Product,Packaging, and Product Varians to Purchase Intention at ice cream Aice in Padang City.This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padang City with characteristic know about inforormation Aice and never buying ice cream Aice. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 25.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Innovation Product has a negatif significant effect on purchase intention, 2) Packaging has a positif signifikan effect on purchase intention, 3) Product Varian has a positive significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords: Product Innovation,Packaging, Product Varians, Purchase Intention

This research was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which were 42 companies. The sampling technique in this study was taken based on non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique so as to produce a sample of 32 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that capital adequacy has a positive effect on profitability, credit distribution has a positive effect on profitability and firm size has a positive effect on profitability. The results of this study also show that credit risk is not able to weaken the influence of capital adequacy and lending to profitability and credit risk is able to weaken the influence of company size on profitability. This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This shows that with the implementation of a good organizational culture, discipline and competence can improve supervisory performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, discipline, competence

This study aims to explain 1) the effect of psychological empowerment on innovative behavior, 2) the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior. This research was conducted at UD Romo Jewelry Manufacture. The number of samples taken was 72 employees, with a non probability sampling method with a type of saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done through a survey approach with questionnaire and interview methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that psychological empowerment and organizational culture simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. This shows that the higher the psychological empowerment given to employees, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Likewise with organizational culture, the higher the organizational culture of a company, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Therefore to foster innovative behavior in company employees is expected to pay more attention to psychological empowerment and organizational culture in order to improve innovative behavior. The firm value is important because it reflects the performance of the company that affect the perception of investors to the company. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity to the firm value. Sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples are 12 companies in the food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. The results showed that simultaneously profitability have significant influence to firm value, leverage have significant influence to firm value, and liquidity have significant influence to firm  value. Partially profitability has a positive influence significantly to  firm value, Leverage has negative influence not significanlyt to firm value, and Liquidity has a positive influence significant to firm value. This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure (TBP) and professionalism on audit quality with auditor experience and job satisfaction as moderating in KAP in Bali. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in KAP in Bali, amounting to 77 auditors. Determination of samples in this study using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 42 auditors. The results of this research questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a negative and significant effect on audit quality; professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality; auditor experience weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality; and job satisfaction weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00.
