This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This shows that with the implementation of a good organizational culture, discipline and competence can improve supervisory performance. Keywords: Organizational culture, discipline, competence

Employee performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. This study aims to examine the effect of talent management on employee performance, to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the sampling method uses total sampling, where all members of the population are sampled as many as 63 employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Padang City. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of implementing village fund policies and organizational culture on the performance of village officials. This research is explanatory and associative. The scope variables in this study consist of the implementation of village policies and organizational culture as independent variables and the village apparatus's performance as the dependent. The population in this study were all village officials in Sorong Regency, as many as 2,486 people. The sampling technique used is the Slovin sampling formulation using 100 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results in this study are: (1) the implementation of the village fund policy partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus, (2) the organizational culture partially has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. Village apparatus, (3) implementation of village fund policy Simultaneous organizational and village culture have a significant effect on the performance of village officials.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to explain 1) the effect of psychological empowerment on innovative behavior, 2) the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior. This research was conducted at UD Romo Jewelry Manufacture. The number of samples taken was 72 employees, with a non probability sampling method with a type of saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done through a survey approach with questionnaire and interview methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that psychological empowerment and organizational culture simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. This shows that the higher the psychological empowerment given to employees, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Likewise with organizational culture, the higher the organizational culture of a company, the higher the employee's innovative behavior. Therefore to foster innovative behavior in company employees is expected to pay more attention to psychological empowerment and organizational culture in order to improve innovative behavior. The auditor's ability to detect fraud is the auditor's ability to determine illegal acts that result in material misstatement in the financial statements which were done intentionally. In order for the auditor's ability to perform detection to increase, an experienced auditor, professional skepticism and competence is needed. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of experience, professional skepticism, and competence on the ability of auditors to detect fraud. This research was conducted at a Public Accountant Firm in Bali Province with a purposive sampling method of determining the sample. The number of samples analyzed in this study were 61 auditors. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that experience, professional skepticism, and competence have a positive effect on the ability of auditors to detect fraud. Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. Human resources (HR) matters are important in an organization, the existence of fair and satisfying treatment in HR in the organization can create maximum performance of employees in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and organizational climate on employee performance. The number of samples used amounted to 44 respondents using probabilty sampling method with random sampling technique. The data collection is done through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the leadership, motivation, and organization at Warung Mina Peguyangan are good, then the performance of employees at Warung Mina Peguyangan also increases.

This study aims to determine whether the level of debt, audit fees, and market concentration affect earnings persistence. This research was conducted on transportation companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2014 to 2017. The number of samples taken as many as 9 companies using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of personal technical ability and user involvement on the effectiveness of using SIA with training as a moderator at the KSU in West Denpasar City. This research was conducted at 24 KSU in West Denpasar City. The sample of this study were 72 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the ability of personal techniques has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of SIA. User involvement significantly positive effect on the effectiveness of the use of SIA. Training strengthens the influence of personal technical abilities and user involvement on the effective use of SIA. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of communication, motivation, and physical work environment on employee work discipline. This research was conducted at the Warung Mina Peguyangan Denpasar Branch. The number of samples taken was 45 employees, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis show that communication, motivation, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The Peguyangan Denpasar Branch Mina Warung is expected to pay more attention to fellow employees' communication, improve the health care of their employees, such as providing health insurance, and arranging rooms so that employees feel comfortable at work. Room arrangement will make it easier for employees to do work quickly, accurately, and accurately to help improve employee work discipline.
