The effective use of the village financial system can produce financial reports that are received in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner so that they can be used as a basis for decision making. The effectiveness of the use of the village financial system needs to be supported by the competence of good human resources and sophisticated information technology. This study aims to determine how the influence of information technology sophistication and human resource competence on the effectiveness of the use of the village financial system (Siskeudes) in the Village Government in Denpasar City. This research was conducted at the Village Government in Denpasar City with a saturated sampling technique using 54 samples. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the more sophisticated the information technology and the better the competence of human resources, using the village financial system will be more effective. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the use of information technology and organizational commitment to the timeliness of financial reporting by the village government (empirical study on Village Government of Tanah Datar Regency). This study uses subject data. The sampling technique used the total sampling method with a sample size of 75 villages. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of human resources and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the timeliness of the Village government financial reporting. Information technology has no effect on the timeliness of the Village government financial reporting.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect village financial management in Konawe Selatan village government especially in the aspects of village financial manager competence, commitment to tasks, and regulation. Data was collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The populations in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Kasi/Kaur which numbered 1,344 people. The sampling technique by proportional stratified random sampling so that the overall number of respondents totaled 308 people. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with interaction test (Moderated Regression Analysis-MRA). The results showed that the competence of village financial managers had a positive and significant effect on village financial management while commitment to the task had a positive and not significant effect on village financial management. The MRA test results indicate that regulation cannot moderate the village financial manager competency variables and commitment to the task of village financial management. The adjusted R-Square value shows that the contribution of village financial manager competency variables, commitment to duties and regulations on village financial management variables is 47.5% and 52.5% of village financial management variables are influenced by other factors outside the model. Therefore, to improve village financial management in the Village Government in Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, it is necessary to consider village financial manager competencies in aspects of skills and experience, commitment to tasks on responsive aspects of change and sense of responsibility, and regulation on aspects of ease of implementation and understanding.

The aim of this research is to know how influence good governance and work motivation in managerial performance of government officials in Badung Regency. The sample of this study is 230 respondents from the village officials of Badung Regency. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling with saturation sampling technique. To collect the data, the researcher using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the data showed that Good Governance and Work Motivation variables have a positive effect on the Managerial Performance of Village Government Officials in Badung Regency. The high demand for accountability in the management of village funds which must be the top priority of the village government is a phenomenon that usually occurs within the scope of village government. Village government does not only demand capability and professionalism but for now emphasizes the realization of a government that is free from corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good governance, human resource competence, and organizational culture on the performance of village fund management in Mengwi District. This study used 75 samples. In collecting data, researchers used a questionnaire method that was distributed directly to respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that Good governance, Human Resource Competence, and Organizational Culture had a significant positive effect on the Performance of Village Fund Management in Mengwi District. This study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems, information technology, human resources and organizational commitment to the quality of the Semarang City goverment’s financial statements . This type of research is a quantitative study using primary data. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study OPD Semarang City. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) internal control system affect the quality of financial statements, (2) information technology affects he quality of financial statements, (3) human resources affect he quality of financial statements, (4) organizational commitment doesnt affect he quality of financial statements.

This study aims to examine the effect of the internal control systems, information technology, human resource quality and organizational commitment on the quality of financial reports on the work unit in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Aceh Regency either simultaneously or partially. The population of this study is all work unit in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Aceh Regency as many as 53 work units. The type of investigation conducted is causal study, with the time used in data collection is cross-sectional, and the analysis unit is organizational. Sources of data used are primary data, obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to KPA and Preparer of financial reports as respondents. Data analysis technique in testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression analysis technique is a statistical technique used to test the influence between two or more variables and to see the effect of partial and simultaneous. The result of the research shows that internal control system, information technology, human resource quality and organizational commitment have effect on financial report quality at satker in Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Aceh Regency either simultaneously or partially.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sistem pengendalian intern, teknologi informasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada satker di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Utara baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh satker di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Utara sebanyak 53 satker. Adapun jenis investigasi yang dilakukan adalah jenis studi kausalitas (causal study), dengan waktu yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah cross-sectional, danunit analisis adalah organisasional. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada KPA dan penyusun laporan keuangan selaku responden. Teknik analisis data dalam menguji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang merupakan teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antara dua atau lebih variabel dan untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa sistem pengendalian intern, teknologi informasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada satker di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Utara baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and motivation on the performance of BUM Desa operational operators in Bantul Regency. This study uses a survey method that is data collected using a questionnaire. Populations in this study were operational operators of BUM Desa in Bantul Regency as many as 82 people, and the selected sample of 54 people. The sampling method uses a convenience sampling method. The collected data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the work experience and motivation affect the performance of BUM Desa, while gender, education and age did not affect the performance of BUM Desa. This shows that education and age do not guarantee a person's ability to carry out their duties and obligations. The results of this study are expected to be considered by the Village Government in preparing Human Resources to manage the BUM Desa. If BUM Desa is managed by the right Human Resources, has qualified capabilities and appropriate qualifications, then BUMDes can run according to the plans that have been made.

More practical data processing through the application of SIA with application programs, but the level of knowledge of human resources in the field of information technology is still limited. In general, the problems of the LPD in Tegallalang District are caused by a lack of quality human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of accounting information systems in the LPD of Tegallalang District. The study population included LPD in Tegallalang District, which numbered 43 LPD. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing.
