This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and motivation on the performance of BUM Desa operational operators in Bantul Regency. This study uses a survey method that is data collected using a questionnaire. Populations in this study were operational operators of BUM Desa in Bantul Regency as many as 82 people, and the selected sample of 54 people. The sampling method uses a convenience sampling method. The collected data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the work experience and motivation affect the performance of BUM Desa, while gender, education and age did not affect the performance of BUM Desa. This shows that education and age do not guarantee a person's ability to carry out their duties and obligations. The results of this study are expected to be considered by the Village Government in preparing Human Resources to manage the BUM Desa. If BUM Desa is managed by the right Human Resources, has qualified capabilities and appropriate qualifications, then BUMDes can run according to the plans that have been made.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. The purpose of this study is to determine the resource management factors that affect labor productivity as well as the dominant factors, with research sites on construction projects in eastern Indonesia, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara. This research is aimed at construction workers, such as masons, chief craftsmen, foremen, and workers. This study uses a survey method. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire, then formulated and processed. Data processing in the form of respondents' opinions and attitudes towards problems that exist in construction projects related to productivity, data analysis techniques use factor analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS statistical program. Results of processing and discussion of data, it is found that : (A) Human Resource Management Factors that affect Labor Productivity in several construction projects in East Nusa Tenggara are About Age, X1, about Work Experience, X2, Level of Education, X3,  about Wages, X4, Total Family Count, X5, Working Health and Safety, X6, Relationship Workers, X7, about Managerial, X8, and about Influential Motivations, X9, together form the equation Y = 12,776 – 0,217.X1 + 0,151.X2 – 0,087.X3 - 0,074.X4 - 0,263.X5 - 0,468X6 - 0,058.X7 + 0,129.X8 + 0,384.X9 .    (B)  The dominant factors affecting respectively are the Occupational Health & Safety of Workers, X6, Subject to the Number of Dependents in the Family, X5, and Subjects of Motivation, X9.

The effective use of the village financial system can produce financial reports that are received in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner so that they can be used as a basis for decision making. The effectiveness of the use of the village financial system needs to be supported by the competence of good human resources and sophisticated information technology. This study aims to determine how the influence of information technology sophistication and human resource competence on the effectiveness of the use of the village financial system (Siskeudes) in the Village Government in Denpasar City. This research was conducted at the Village Government in Denpasar City with a saturated sampling technique using 54 samples. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the more sophisticated the information technology and the better the competence of human resources, using the village financial system will be more effective. Abstract : Organizational commitment is one of the important thing to be considered by the company to observe the extent to which employees are responsible toward their responsibility merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan suatu perusahaan untuk melihat sejauh mana karyawan tersebut lebih bertanggungjawab terhadap kewajibannya. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan engage in port services which has good performance. However, on March-August 2015 the employees performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan showed declining trend. This declining in performance are assumed to be influenced by several factors such as work stress and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyse the influence of work stress toward organizational commitment at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. The problem identification of this study is how to increase the organizational commitment by considering work stress inside the company. The theory used in this study is human resources management related to work stress and organizational commitment. The method used in this study is survey method, this is descriptive quantitative study ant the nature of this study is explanatory research. The number of samples used in this study are 72 people. The samples are drawn by using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is simple multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The result shows that partially wotk stress conflict has negative and significant influence toward organizational commitment. Key words: Stres  kerja dan Komitmen organisasi

The results showed that transformational leadership variables, organizational culture, and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and motivation to organizational commitment of employees. This research was conducted on five BPR's in Klungkung Regency. The number of samples in this study were 89 employees determined by probability sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Organizational commitment is a management concept that places human resources (HR) as a central feature of the organization. In order for employees to have high organizational commitment, an organization needs to pay attention to the factors that affect organizational commitment.  Companies should pay attention to transformational leadership, organizational culture and motivation to increase organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the use of information technology and organizational commitment to the timeliness of financial reporting by the village government (empirical study on Village Government of Tanah Datar Regency). This study uses subject data. The sampling technique used the total sampling method with a sample size of 75 villages. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of human resources and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the timeliness of the Village government financial reporting. Information technology has no effect on the timeliness of the Village government financial reporting.

This study aimed to examine the affect of the wage, age, and number of dependents to labor productivity of coffee powder business. The study was done in Muara Enim regency by using primary data with 65 respondents as the sample from 181 people as the population. The technique of selecting the data was survey method with random sampling method. The technique of analyzing the data that was used of this study was multiple linear regression analysis with OLS method. The results of this study were: 1. The wage affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 2. Age affected positive impact and was significant to productivity. 3. Number of dependents affected positive impact but was not significant to productivity. The most dominant variable of this study was age. So, the variation of all independent variables could explain the total number of variation of productivity was 93%.

Rubber is a forestry plant producing sap. Rubber latex is needed for various industrial purposes. Rubber is a side business as well as additional income for the community besides farming in Banua Tengah Village. The method used is a survey method with interview techniques. Sampling was done intentionally (purposive sampling). The number of samples taken was 61 respondents who were ; rubber farmers, married, worked tapping rubber and owning rubber plantations. Data analysis consists of calculating total income and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results obtained total income / Tr received by farmers around Rp. 390,000 - Rp. 2,840,500 / month, when compared to the UMR established by the Government in 2018, UMR Kapuas Hulu Regency is Rp. 2,204,650.00 / month, there are 2 (two) farmers who have an income above the minimum wage while 59 other farmers are still under the UMR There are four factors that influence the income of rubber farmers in Desa Banua Tengah namely land area, work experience, rubber age and workdays, of the four most influential factors are land area and workday variables, while the work experience and rubber age variables are not very influential. Factors of land area, work experience, rubber age and working days together greatly affect farmers' incomes with the equation of total income of rubber farmers as follows: ln Y =  9,817 +  0,397 ln X1 + 0,098 ln X2 + 0,061 ln X3 + 1,194 ln X4 Correlation value R = 0.928 and the value of determination R2 = 0.861 From these equations obtained a constant value of 9,817 which shows that income from rubber farmers (Ŷ) in Desa Banua Tengah is Rp. 9,817 if X₁, X₂, X3 and X4 are considered zero. Ŷ is positively correlated with X₁, X₂, X3 and X4.Keywords: Influential factors, Latex, Rubber farmers, Total income

Timeliness is the availability of information for decision makers at the right time so that it can infl uence the stakeholders’ decisions. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of fi nancial and non-financial factors on the timeliness of the submission of company annual fi nancial statements. The population consists of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. A sample of 243 companies were obtained using a Purposive sampling method. The data processed by suing SPSS version 23 with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, the variables of independent board of commissioners and profi tability have a signifi cant effect on the timeliness of the submission of company annual fi nancial statements, while the variables of public ownership, institutional ownership, audit tenure, leverage, and fi rm size have no signifi cant effect on the timeliness of the submission of company annual fi nancial statements.

Damri Lampung Public Company is a company located on Jalan Captain Abdul Haq No.  28, Bandar Lampung which was established as a Public Transportation Bus company within the City and between Cities or Provinces.  In Damri Lampung Public Company, several problems occur including: lack of motivation, personal character problems, self-concept problems, lack of knowledge and skills.  The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Competency and Work experience simultaneously and partially on the Quality of HR. With a total of 118 respondents, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. To determine the effect of the independent variable partially on the dependent variable, the t test is used.  Whereas to determine the effect of the dependent variable simultaneously, the F-test is used. The analysis technique uses SPSS 16.0.  The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the t-count is 1.768 while the F-test show a value of 105.349 with the R square value in this research is 0.647 or 64.7%.  The results of this research indicate that competency and work experience have a significant effect on the quality of human resources. Di Perusahaan Umum Damri Lampung terjadi beberapa permasalahan diantaranya: motivasi yang kurang, masalah karakter pribadi, masalah konsep diri, minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kualitas SDM. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 118 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial, digunakan uji t. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel dependen secara simultan, digunakan uji-F. Analisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0,. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh bahwa t-hitung adalah 1,768 sedangkan uji-F diperoleh nilai sebesar 105,349 dengan nilai R square pada penelitian ini adalah 0,647 atau 64,7 %. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi dan Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas SDM. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Pengalaman Kerja, Kualitas SDM
