This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect village financial management in Konawe Selatan village government especially in the aspects of village financial manager competence, commitment to tasks, and regulation. Data was collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The populations in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Kasi/Kaur which numbered 1,344 people. The sampling technique by proportional stratified random sampling so that the overall number of respondents totaled 308 people. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with interaction test (Moderated Regression Analysis-MRA). The results showed that the competence of village financial managers had a positive and significant effect on village financial management while commitment to the task had a positive and not significant effect on village financial management. The MRA test results indicate that regulation cannot moderate the village financial manager competency variables and commitment to the task of village financial management. The adjusted R-Square value shows that the contribution of village financial manager competency variables, commitment to duties and regulations on village financial management variables is 47.5% and 52.5% of village financial management variables are influenced by other factors outside the model. Therefore, to improve village financial management in the Village Government in Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, it is necessary to consider village financial manager competencies in aspects of skills and experience, commitment to tasks on responsive aspects of change and sense of responsibility, and regulation on aspects of ease of implementation and understanding.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of religiosity, integrity, and enforcement of regulations toward fraud in village financial management in Buleleng Regency. This study used quantitative approach which was using primary data sources that was obtained through questionnaires and measured with a Likert scale. The functionary village consisting of the Headman, Secretary, and the Head of Finance with the total population of 387 functionary village in Buleleng Regency were chosen as the population of this study. The sampling was the probability sampling method that was proportional random sampling technique with 168 respondents. The obtained data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis method with the support of SPSS 24.0 for Windows. After being tested, it was found that the fraud in village financial management was affected by the religiosity variable (X1), the integrity variable (X2), and the enforcement regulation variable (X3).

The effective use of the village financial system can produce financial reports that are received in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner so that they can be used as a basis for decision making. The effectiveness of the use of the village financial system needs to be supported by the competence of good human resources and sophisticated information technology. This study aims to determine how the influence of information technology sophistication and human resource competence on the effectiveness of the use of the village financial system (Siskeudes) in the Village Government in Denpasar City. This research was conducted at the Village Government in Denpasar City with a saturated sampling technique using 54 samples. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the more sophisticated the information technology and the better the competence of human resources, using the village financial system will be more effective. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and design on the purchasing decisions of Samsung Smartphones in Ambon City. The population in this study is Samsung Smartphone consumers in Ambon. The sample used was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the F test results it is known that the regression model is feasible to measure the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones to consumers in Ambon City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test, the results show that product quality, promotion and design have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Samsung Ambon City Smartphones. <em>This research is about The Effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction. This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect between Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi. In this research the sample took 60 respondent using random sampling technique. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result that shown from this research are Service Quality and Price simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, whereService Quality has more dominant effect to Customer Satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that Service Quality and Price influence Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of Produrict Attbutes [Brand (X1), Packaging (X2), Label (X3),  Service  (X4),  and  Warranty  (X5)]  Tupperware  Customer  Loyalty  (Study  on  Lecturers  and Teaching Personnel  Faculty  of  Economics  University  of  Tadulako  ).  The  type of  research  used  is Causal Descriptive. Population in this research is Lecturer and Teacher of Faculty of Economics of University  of  Tadulako  loyal  use Tupperware  product.  Sampling  technique  in  this  study  using Purposive Sampling,  with  the  number  of  samples  of  60  respondents.  Data collection  using questionnaires.  The  method  of  analysis  using multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  Simultaneous  test results  (Test  F)  show that  variables  [Brand  (X1),  Packaging  (X2),  Label  (X3),  Service (X4),  and Warranty  (X5)]  together  significantly  influence  Tupperware Customer  Loyalty.  Partial  test  results indicate  that  Brand  (X1),  Label (X3),  Service  (X4),  and  Warranty  (X5)  variables  significantly influence Tupperware Customer Loyalty. While Packaging variable (X2) partially no significant effect on Customer Loyalty Tupperware (Study on Lecturer and Teaching Personnel Faculty of Economics, University of Tadulako). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Atribut Produk [Merek (X1), Kemasan (X2), Label  (X3),  Pelayanan  (X4),  dan  Garansi  (X5)]  Terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware (Studi pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan  adalah Deskriptif  Kausal.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian ini  adalah  Dosen  dan  Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultaas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako yang loyal menggunakan produk Tupperware. Teknik penarikan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan Purposive Sampling,  dengan  jumlah sampel  sebanyak  60  responden. Pengambilan  data  menggunakan  kuesioner.  Metode  analisis menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil  pengujian simultan  (Uji  F)  menunjukan  bahwa variabel [Merek (X1), Kemasan (X2), Label (X3), Pelayanan (X4), dan Garansi (X5)] secara bersama-sama  berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware. Hasil  pengujian  parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Merek (X1), Label (X3), Pelayanan (X4), dan Garansi (X5) berpengaruh secara  signifikansi  terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware. Sedangkan  variabel  Kemasan  (X2)secara  parsial  tidak  berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware (Studi  pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako).

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the use of information technology and organizational commitment to the timeliness of financial reporting by the village government (empirical study on Village Government of Tanah Datar Regency). This study uses subject data. The sampling technique used the total sampling method with a sample size of 75 villages. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of human resources and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the timeliness of the Village government financial reporting. Information technology has no effect on the timeliness of the Village government financial reporting.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of company size, company profit / loss, KAP size, solvency and audit opinion on audit delay on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique totaling 40 companies. Testing of this study uses a classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the size of the company profit / loss company, KAP size, solvency, and audit opinion simultaneously affect the audit delay . The size of the company affects the audit delay. Profit / loss affects the audit delay company. KAP size does not affect audit delay. Solvency does not affect audit delay. And audit opinion has no effect on audit delay. The R2 test results state that the variables in this study have a 40.2% influence on audit delay. Other recommended variables that can affect audit delay are profitability, company age, liquidity, and auditor turnover.

The aim of this research is to know how influence good governance and work motivation in managerial performance of government officials in Badung Regency. The sample of this study is 230 respondents from the village officials of Badung Regency. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling with saturation sampling technique. To collect the data, the researcher using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the data showed that Good Governance and Work Motivation variables have a positive effect on the Managerial Performance of Village Government Officials in Badung Regency. Abstract: This research aimed to find out the influence of person-job fit and self-efficacy on the job performance of agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is the agent assurance of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. Meaning that the sample is taken in a certain part. The sample taken in this research is 64 respondents. The method of collecting the data is questionnaires, while the method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The finding of this research shows that person-job fit and self-efficacy has positive and significant influence on job performance. Keyword: Person job fit, Self Efficacy, Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person job fit dan efikasi diri secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja agen asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah agen asuransi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Cabang Cirebon. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel diambil pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person job fit dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Kata Kunci : Person Job Fit, Efikasi Diri, dan Kinerja.
