Covid-19 is a global health problem, including Indonesia. Covid-19 has had a huge impaction theicountry's economyias well as the companies affected by it. Many companies experience financial distress and this also has an impact on the audit opinion received by the company. This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress on audit opinion with SA 706. The sample obtained was 534 companies, obtained using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that financial distress has an impact on audit opinion with Audit Standards (SA) 706. The theoretical implications of this study can contribute to empirical studies of agency theory and signal theory. The practical implication of this research is that it can be taken into consideration in decision makingbystakeholders and company management. This study aims to determine how the influence of operating capacity, sales growth and operating cash flows on financial distress. The population in this study israll agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which produced 8 samples in a period of 5 years, namely as many as 40 units of data samples. The analytical method used is logistic �regression analysis which is processed. using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of this study, it was found that simultaneous operating capacity, sales growth and operating cash flows influence the occurrence of financial distress. Then partially, operating capacity and sales growth have no effect on the occurrence of financial distress, while operating cash flows have a positive and significant effect on the occurrence of financial distress.�Keyword : Financial Distress, Operating capacity, Sales growth, Operation cash flow.

This study aims to determine the effect of pentagon fraud’s theory in detecting fraudulent financial reporting empirical studies on companies in property and real estate sector in Indonesia listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the final sample of 18 companies. Data analysis used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The result of this research showed that : Pressure (ROA), Opportunity (BDOUT), Competence (DCHANGE) and Arogance (CEOPIC) have no significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. While the Rationalization (Change of Auditor) has a significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

This research aimed to show empirical proves about the effect of financial distress and audit client tenure to an acceptance of going concern audit opinion. Hypothesis proposed by the researcher were (1) Financial distressnegatively affected to the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, (2) Audit client tenure negatively affected to the acceptance of going concern audit opinion. The sample of this research was manufacturing firm in the period of 2010-2012. Purposive sampling technique was used to obtain the sample. Logistic regression was used to analyze the data. The variables of this research were financial distress and audit client tenure. The result shows that financial distress have negatively affected on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion, while audit client tenure do not have significant effect on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion.

Companies that receive a going concern audit opinion show events and conditions that would cause the auditor to doubt about the going concern of the company. This opinion can be used as an initial signal for users of financial statements to avoid mistakes when making a decision. Regarding the factors that influence going-concern audit opinion, many previous studies have been carried out. However, it has inconsistencies in the results of the study. Thus, the research aims to carry out retesting related "factors that influence going concern audit opinion". The variables tested include Profitability and Liquidity. The research sample uses manufactur companies in the consumer goods industry which were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2019. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, which obtained 102 companies’ data that matched the criteria. Logistic regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. Hypothesis testing results that partially the profitability and liquidity variables have no effect on going-concern audit opinion.

The research examines the effect of management change, financial distress, client’s size, and audit opinion on auditor switching. The population in this research are the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for year of 2010-2015. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method, the number of obsevations of a sample of 84 studies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis.The result of this reasearch show that management change, financial distress, client’s size and opinion audit have effect on auditor switching. Partially the research show that (1) Management change significantly influences on auditor switching, (2) financial distress do not affects on auditor switching, (3) client’s size significantly influences on auditor switching, and (3) audit opinion significantly infleunces on auditor switching.

This study aims to examine the factors that determine the change of auditors in finance companies. Companiy growth, audit delay, firm size, managerial ownership, change in management, financial distress, KAP size, and audit opinion used to determine auditor switching. The sample used in this study consisted of 11 samples of finance companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The sample in this study used purposive sampling method. Data analysis method uses logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0. The result shows company's growth, audit delay, company size, management financial distress  have effect on switching Auditors while audit opinion,KAP size and managerial ownership has no effect on auditor switching.

The research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, activity, profitability and leverage on the financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The population is 161 companies with 805 data. The sample technique uses purposive sampling and simple random sampling to get a sample of 64 companies with 320 data, the number of samples used is 256 valid data and in accordance with the required criteria. Data analysis technique used logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a significance level of 5% the results of the study concluded: 1) Liquidity, activity, profitability and leverage affect the financial distress with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05 and independent variables can hear iden the occurrence of the dependent variable of 83,8% . 2) Liquidity does not affect the financial distress with a significance value of 0.199 > 0.05. 3) Activities affect the financial distress with a significance value of 0.041 < 0.05. 4) Profitability affects the financial distress with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05. 5) Leverage affects the financial distres with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05.Keywords: liquidity, activity, profitability, leverage, financial distress.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of financial ratios on financial distress. This research was conducted on companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sample was determined using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 39 companies and the overall observation data for the 2016-2018 period was 117 observation data. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that liquidity ratios had no effect on financial distress, leverage ratios had a positive effect on financial distress, profitability ratios had a negative effect on financial distress, activity ratios had no effect on financial distress and growth ratios had no effect on financial distress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of auditor switching and financial distress on audit delay, as well as complexity of operations of the company as a moderating influence auditor switching and financial distress on audit delay. This research was conducted in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) of the year 2011- 2016. Samples taken as many as 156 companies using purposive sampling technique. The data collection was conducted using non-participant observation. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Analysis results showed that auditor switching have no affect audit delay, while financial distress positively affect audit delay. Complexity of operations of the company was not able to moderate the relationship between auditor switching and financial distress with audit delay. This study aims to determine the effect of public ownership and profitability on the timeliness of financial report submission. Secondary data used in this research is the company's audited annual financial statements. The population in this study is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, thereby obtained 180 samples from 36 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the partial public ownership does not affect the timeliness of financial report submission, while profitability positive and significant impact on the timeliness of financial report submission. Public ownership and profitability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the timeliness of financial report submission.
