The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of financial ratios on financial distress. This research was conducted on companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sample was determined using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 39 companies and the overall observation data for the 2016-2018 period was 117 observation data. The analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that liquidity ratios had no effect on financial distress, leverage ratios had a positive effect on financial distress, profitability ratios had a negative effect on financial distress, activity ratios had no effect on financial distress and growth ratios had no effect on financial distress. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios, leverage, profitability, activity, and growth on retail financial distress companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The study was conducted during the period 2013-2017 with a total sample of 75 observations selected by non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results of the study prove that leverage ratios have a positive effect on financial distress. Profitability ratios and activity ratios have a negative effect on financial distress. The liquidity ratio and growth ratio have no effect on financial distress. This study aims to determine the prediction of financial distress in the Consumer Goods Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research period used was 2016-2018. This research on financial distress prediction uses a quantitative approach. The study population includes all Consumer Goods Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sample is determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis. This study aims to test and prove whether DAR, CR, TATO, and ROA affect Financial Distress. The data in this study came from secondary data obtained through documentation techniques. Data analysis by logistic regression partially used SPSS for window version 25. The results showed that (1) debt asset to ratio (DAR) had no positive effect on financial distress, (2) current ratio (CR) has a negative but not significant effect on financial distress, (3) total asset turnover (TATO) has no negative effect on financial distress, (4) return on assets (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on financial distress.

This study aims to analyze and prove financial distress is able to moderate the influence of the audit committee and audit committe on audit delay. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a total of 66 samples. The analysis technique used in this study is logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that . Financial distress does not moderate the effect of the complexity of the company's operations on audit delay on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2018. Financial distress does not moderate the effect of the audit committee on audit delay on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2018.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and institutional ownership in predicting financial distress conditions in property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a number of selected samples of 36 companies. The number of samples used was as many as 6 companies in the category of experiencing financial distress and 30 companies in the category did not experience financial distress. The results of the study using logistic regression show that liquidity measured by the current ratio has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Leverage as measured by the debt to asset ratio (DAR) and institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Overall, the accuracy of the classification in this regression model in the grouping of property and real estate sub-sector companies that experienced financial distress and companies that did not experience financial distress was 87.2%. This study aims to determine how the influence of operating capacity, sales growth and operating cash flows on financial distress. The population in this study israll agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2017. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which produced 8 samples in a period of 5 years, namely as many as 40 units of data samples. The analytical method used is logistic �regression analysis which is processed. using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of this study, it was found that simultaneous operating capacity, sales growth and operating cash flows influence the occurrence of financial distress. Then partially, operating capacity and sales growth have no effect on the occurrence of financial distress, while operating cash flows have a positive and significant effect on the occurrence of financial distress.�Keyword : Financial Distress, Operating capacity, Sales growth, Operation cash flow.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  leverage and  firm size on firm value with profitability as intervening variable on consumer goods industry  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies in the consumer goods industry Indonesian Stock Exchange amounted to 46 companies 2014-2017. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 21, a company incorporated in consumer goods industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The result shows that leverage has significant negative effect on profitability  and firm size has significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage, firm size, and profitability have significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of leverage on firm value significantly and profitability also mediates the effect of firm size  on firm value significantly.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover on liquidity (Current Ratio) in the Property, Real Estate and Construction Sub Sector Services company. This research uses associative hypothesis research type. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study were 6 Property, Real Estate and Construction Sub Sector Services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period. Sampling with the type of nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and the partial hypothesis test (t test). The results of the research, the partial hypothesis test results (t test) can be seen the t-count of the variable working capital turnover (X) of -3,735 with a significant level of 0.001, meaning that the working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity and the significant value shows a significant effect. In conclusion, working capital turnover has a negative effect on liquidity because of uncertain income. The higher the liquidity value, the higher the value of current assets which will also be directly proportional to the sales results. Working capital turnover is not always directly proportional to liquidity. Keywords: Working Capital Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Liquidity.

The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability.
