The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, organizational commitment, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees totaling 137 people. The Slovin approach is used to calculate a sample of 58 respondents and uses probability sampling as a sample collection method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that work stress negatively affects employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and leadership style has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be increased by paying attention to and stressful work, organizational commitment and leadership style in the organization. The organization is expected to improve the level of work stress, improve organizational commitment and leadership style that has been applied in the organization. In this globalization era, every corporation works hard to increase and develop to boost their employee performance. There are lot of factors corporation has to take care to increase their employee performance. This research probes employee well-being and job satisfaction as independent variables to employee performance as dependent variables. The selection method of the sample is using purposive sampling and obtained 95 samples from the population of the whole employee of the corporation using a questionnaire to collect the samples.SPSS 26 from IBM is being used for the multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A significant and positive effect is discovered from job satisfaction to employee performance, while employee well-being has a non-significant effect. The company should consider their employee job satisfaction in order to increase company's performance.

Companies in general will have all sorts of ways to improve employee job satisfaction. Factors that can improve employee job satisfaction are transformational leadership and organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. The population of this research is all employees of Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City which amounted to 34 people, with sample determination technique used is saturated or census sampling, hence all member of population become respondent in research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. This has the meaning that the better the application of leadership style, and the higher organizational commitment that employees have, the more the level of employee job satisfaction at the Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of supportive and directive leadership style on employee job satisfaction in commercial banks in Kenya. The study adopted positivism research philosophy to guide the study and limited itself to descriptive correlational research design to analyze and provide responses to the research questions. The research design was preferred because it allows description and comparison of characteristics of populations based on data collected from samples through questionnaires. The target population of the study was 15,030 employees in all the 43 commercial banks licensed to operate in Kenya as of June 2018. Using stratified sampling technique, the study drew a sample size of 386 employees reporting to middle level managers. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, which included factor analysis, correlational analysis, chi-square, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and regression analysis using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 and Windows’ Microsoft excel programs.From the findings of multiple linear regression analysis, it was established that directive leadership style had a positive and significant relationship with employee job satisfaction, R2 = .228, F(1, 362) = 53.396, p < .05; β = .454, p < .05. The results from multiple linear regression analysis also showed that supportive leadership style positively and significantly predicted employee job satisfaction, R2 = .603, F(1, 366) = 278.269, p < .05; β = .716, p < .05. In addition, the study tested the moderating influence of environmental contingency factors and was confirmed that environmental contingency factors significantly moderated the relationship between path-goal leadership style and employee job satisfaction, R2=0.090, F(5,364) = 35.04, p < .05; β= 0.229, p<.05.The study makes a contribution to the literature of the influence of directive and supportive leadership styles from Kenyan commercial banks’ perspective and adds an impetus to employees, management and policymakers to address issues that are impeding employee job satisfaction. The future researchers should include all bank employees in their study to determine the influence of directive leadership style and supportive leadership style on employee job satisfaction.

Research with the title The Effect of Employment Status on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment takes the object of non-educational employees at UWKS Surabaya where this research was conducted to see whether employees with contract employee status and employees with permanent employee status have differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to see whether job satisfaction influences organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-educational employees at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents, and 60 have returned. To test hypotheses 1 and 2 using the independent sample t-test and hypothesis 3 using multiple linear regression analysis. After testing, the results showed that the work decision between Contract employees with employees were still no different, likewise, for organizational commitment, there was also no difference, whereas, for the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the results showed that job satisfaction affected organizational commitment, where if job satisfaction increases, organizational commitment will also increase or it was said that between job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect.

Organizations hold a very important key in helping employees to build organizational commitment. The purpose of the study was to analyze, to determine the effect of work family conflict and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. The sample was determined by 45 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar and analyzed using descriptive statistics on average counts and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that work-family conflict variables had a negative and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Denpasar Garment Garment and Job Satisfaction variables have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. This study aims to determine “Effect Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, And Job Satisfaction Where Performance Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Barat by the respondents as many as 90 (ninety) people. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to the entire population that can be used for analysis. Hypothesis testing is performed using data analysis techniques through multiple regression.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that of the three independent variables, transformational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction significant effect on performance (the dependent variable). The magnitude of the effect of variable Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of the performance variable (dependent variable) amounted to 60.2% or the value of R Square of 0.602 remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study model.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, on OCB, to determine the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on OCB on Dash Hotel Seminyak. The method of determining the sample in this study was conducted by Slovin approach so that the number of respondents was 91 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are organizational justice that has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the better organizational justice given to Dash Hotel Seminyak, the OCB of employees will also increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows the higher organizational commitment of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the OCB level for employees will also increase. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the higher job satisfaction of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the higher the OCB level for employees. This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the psychological well-being of postgraduate employees at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative research, with the method used in sampling is saturated sampling. The population used is 41 employees. The analysis of this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. This study concluded that job stress has a negative and meaningful effect on psychological well-being because the burden of many tasks results in stress that causes psychological well-being to decrease. For job satisfaction has a positive and meaningful effect on psychological well-being, the lack of employees results in dissatisfaction when doing work that affects psychological well-being. Meanwhile, the meaningful effect of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being occurs because the simultaneous significance test (f test) are overall Ho is accepted. Institutions must pay attention to work stress experienced by their employees so that the psychological well-being of employees can be well maintained and will have a good impact on employee job satisfaction.
