Work morale is someone's passion in carrying out work diligently and can be completed on time. Unavailability of health care for employees, communication between employees and superiors, and conditions of air temperature and noise in the work environment will reduce the level of employee morale. This study aims to determine the significant effect of motivation, communication, and physical work environment on employee morale of PT. Ayu Sari Pertiwi. The number of respondents is 56 employees. Data collection using interview methods and questionnaire methods. Multiple linear regression analysis was used.. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation, communication and physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on work morale. The results of this study imply that the more motivated employees are towards their work, the work enthusiasm is also high, good communication can increase morale, and a good work environment can increase morale.   The purpose of this study was to study comparative financial research, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment to morale. This research was conducted at KSP. Tat Twam Asi Denpasar, the number of samples taken was 30 employees, with the method of saturated samples / census. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. At the initial observation found in KSP. Tat Twam Asi Denpasar has a problem related to the employee morale. This can be seen from the high employee absentee level. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially positive commitment to employee morale. This shows that the higher compensation and organizational commitment, the higher employee morale will be. KSP. Tat Twam, the approved company considers the average value indicators that are approved by the average value variable. A company will be able to run well if it creates a harmonious relationship in terms of good communication and is supported by a culture and a comfortable environment. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture, and work environment on job satisfaction at Mizu Villa. The population used in this study were all employees who work at Mizu Villa, Kuta-Bali. Thus the total population is 30 people. Where the sampling technique used is a saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample using the entire population sampled in the study, so that the number of respondents used is 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better communication occurs, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working conditions at Mizu Villa, the higher job satisfaction felt by employees

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palu City. The method used is an associative method. The type of data used in this study is the qualitative and quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on the regression test results obtained Sig.F of 0,000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variables of Physical Work Environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables. (2) based on the regression test results obtained the physical work environment variable has significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0.05) and non-physical work environment has a significance level of t sig. (0.000) <α (0,05), so the variable of physical work environment and non working physical environment partially influence to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,000) < α (0,05) dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.000) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and organizational involvement on employee retention. This research was conducted at Kumala Hotel Legian Beach. The population of this study was all permanent employees totaling 148 people and using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 108 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The method of data collection is done by means of interviews and surveys with tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all research hypotheses are acceptable. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The better the non physical work environment and organizational involvement, the higher the employee retention rate. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa. The population is all employees at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa Hotel in Kuta. The population is 92 people. The sample determination technique used is the saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample with the entire population made as a research sample, so that the number of samples of respondents used were 92 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the better communication happens, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working environment conditions at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa Hotel, the higher the job satisfaction that employees feel. Business competition in the field of tourism accommodation causes corporate leaders and employees, especially lodging places, are required to always act professionally. The purpose of this study are (1) to determine the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline, (2) to know the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment partially have a significant effect on employee work discipline , (3) to find out the leadership style, work relationship and physical work environment dominantly have a significant influence on employee work discipline. This research was conducted in Alam Kulkul Boutique Resort Kuta-Bali which is engaged in tourism accommodation using census method (total sampling) in determining a sample of 65 respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis prove that leadership, work relationships and physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership, work relations and physical work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The importance of work morale can be seen as a fundamental part of management activities so that something can be directed towards directing the potential and human power by generating, animating, fostering high levels of desire and togetherness in carrying out individual and organizational tasks. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Leadership Style on work morale of Savings and Loan Unit at the Koperasi Srinadi Klungkung. multiple linear regression analysis was used with 35 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the Work morale  is strongly influenced by the Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Leadership Style. This paper aimed to prove the influence of the physical work environment, culture of organization and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT.Suri Tani Pemuka. This research is a causal quantitative research design, with the data collection method is a survey. The population of this study included all employees of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka, 42 people, with the objects of this research are the work environment, culture of organization, and performance of the employee. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that culture of organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen that the p-value is 0.002 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. The work environment and culture of organization have a positive and significant effect on performance of the employee, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination Ryx1x2 is 0.735 which is positive, with a p-value of 0.000 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to see compensation compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment to employee morale. The research was conducted at PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta. The number of samples taken was 70 employees, with the saturation / census sample method. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Initial observations found that PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta had problems related to employee morale. This condition can be seen from the high level of employee absenteeism. Based on the analysis, it is known that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee morale. This shows that the higher the compensation and organizational commitment, the higher the employee morale. In an effort to increase the morale of employees of PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta, the company must pay attention to indicators whose average value is below the average value.
