This paper aimed to prove the influence of the physical work environment, culture of organization and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT.Suri Tani Pemuka. This research is a causal quantitative research design, with the data collection method is a survey. The population of this study included all employees of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka, 42 people, with the objects of this research are the work environment, culture of organization, and performance of the employee. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that culture of organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen that the p-value is 0.002 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. The work environment and culture of organization have a positive and significant effect on performance of the employee, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination Ryx1x2 is 0.735 which is positive, with a p-value of 0.000 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value 0.05.

Various types of research have been conducted on the environment and compensation in relation to employee performance, but specifically non-physical environmental impacts and compensation in state-owned enterprises are still rarely found online journals in relation to employee performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of the non-physical work environment and compensation on employee performance. Simple random sampling technique is used to select population members from employees of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar City. This research is an associative type of research with data collection methods through surveys. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the non-physical environment did not have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile compensation affects the performance of employees The coefficient of determination shows that the non-physical work environment and Compensation can shape the direction of employee performance by 24.9%, while 75.1% is determined by other variables not included in this research model.

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palu City. The method used is an associative method. The type of data used in this study is the qualitative and quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on the regression test results obtained Sig.F of 0,000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variables of Physical Work Environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables. (2) based on the regression test results obtained the physical work environment variable has significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0.05) and non-physical work environment has a significance level of t sig. (0.000) <α (0,05), so the variable of physical work environment and non working physical environment partially influence to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,000) < α (0,05) dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.000) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Turnover refers more to the maintenance level of tbsp. Work conflicts lead to the level of problems that occur within the scope of the company. The work environment describes the work atmosphere and the availability of facilities and infrastructure that can directly affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to prove the results of employee performance in terms of turnover, work conflict, and the work environment of PT. Kinarya Tunas Artha. Using descriptive and quantitative research types. Total population 200 respondents, sample 67 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. Research results: f test describes turnover, work conflict & work environment affect employee performance. While the t-test states that turnover has a positive & significant effect, work conflict has a negative and significant effect, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results obtained R2/ coefficient of determination of the effect of turnover, work conflict, and work environment on the performance of 53.5%, the work environment variable becomes dominant because the tcount is the largest.

This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and organizational involvement on employee retention. This research was conducted at Kumala Hotel Legian Beach. The population of this study was all permanent employees totaling 148 people and using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 108 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The method of data collection is done by means of interviews and surveys with tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all research hypotheses are acceptable. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The better the non physical work environment and organizational involvement, the higher the employee retention rate. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention. This study is to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Benua Penta Global Medan. The research approach here is based on a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly. The population used is employees as many as 137 people and the sample of this study amounted to 102 people obtained from the slovin formula. This research model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and workload partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work environment partially had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation, work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination seen from the adjusted R square is 0.283 which means that it implies that the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance is 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as competence, work stress, etc. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Workload, Employee Performance.

Employee performance is a reflection of employee work that determines the achievement of company goals. Performance optimization can be achieved through increasing motivation, competence, and work environment. This research is aimed at analyzing performance that is determined by motivation, competence, and work environment, both simultaneously and partially. The research design applies descriptive and verification approaches. Used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis which is then tested by hypothesis. The results showed that motivation, competence, and work environment had a positive and real effect on employee performance. In contrast, partially motivation and competence had a positive and tangible impact on employee performance, except the work environment had no influence. It is recommended to appreciate the performance, communication skills, and work cycle activities that are oriented towards improving discipline.

<p><em>In this study a problem that occurs is the implementation of training and motivation are ineffective for employees in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung, so that they are less than optimal performance. This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results of the analysis of pearson correlation 0.794 or 79.4% which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination 0.631 or 63.1%, meaning that training and motivation has contributed 63.1% of the employee's performance, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.</em><br /><em> </em><br /><em>Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance Employees</em></p>this HTML class.
