This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palu City. The method used is an associative method. The type of data used in this study is the qualitative and quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on the regression test results obtained Sig.F of 0,000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variables of Physical Work Environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables. (2) based on the regression test results obtained the physical work environment variable has significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0.05) and non-physical work environment has a significance level of t sig. (0.000) <α (0,05), so the variable of physical work environment and non working physical environment partially influence to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,000) < α (0,05) dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.000) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This paper aimed to prove the influence of the physical work environment, culture of organization and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT.Suri Tani Pemuka. This research is a causal quantitative research design, with the data collection method is a survey. The population of this study included all employees of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka, 42 people, with the objects of this research are the work environment, culture of organization, and performance of the employee. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that culture of organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen that the p-value is 0.002 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. The work environment and culture of organization have a positive and significant effect on performance of the employee, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination Ryx1x2 is 0.735 which is positive, with a p-value of 0.000 <alpha 0.05, it means that the sig value smaller than the alpha value 0.05.

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously or partially affect the Performance of employees at the Office District Parigi City. This study uses quantitative research which aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the sample of all employees at the Parigi City District Office amounting to 39 people and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded bawha: (1) berdasarka regression test results obtained Sig. F of 0.000 <α0.05 which can be interpreted that the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant to the performance of employees. (2) based on the regression test results obtained variable Job satisfaction has a significance level t sig. 0,003 <α 0,05 can be interpreted that job satisfaction variable partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. (3) based on regression test results obtained variable Organizational commitment has significance level t sig. 0,033<α 0,05 can be interpreted that variable of Commitment of organization partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen  Organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel semua pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota yang berjumlah 39 orang dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig. F sebesar 0,000 < α 0,05 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kepuasan kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,003 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Komitmen organisasi memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,033 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.

Various types of research have been conducted on the environment and compensation in relation to employee performance, but specifically non-physical environmental impacts and compensation in state-owned enterprises are still rarely found online journals in relation to employee performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of the non-physical work environment and compensation on employee performance. Simple random sampling technique is used to select population members from employees of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar City. This research is an associative type of research with data collection methods through surveys. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the non-physical environment did not have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile compensation affects the performance of employees The coefficient of determination shows that the non-physical work environment and Compensation can shape the direction of employee performance by 24.9%, while 75.1% is determined by other variables not included in this research model.

This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

Individual characteristics and work environment are considered as crucial aspects for companies that want to improve their employees’ performance. PT Trakindo Utama specifically Samarinda branch is one of many branches of PT Trakindo Utama in Indonesia, which become the sole agent of Caterpillar products in Indonesia. Caterpillar itself is the world's leading manufacturer of heavy equipment originally from USA. This research aims to determine the influence of characteristics and non-physical work environment of the employee performance in parts Department at PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda branch. The individual characteristics (x1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are used as independent variables while the performance of employees (Y) as dependent variable. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews to 34 respondents by using questionnaires while secondary data is obtained by conducting field observation. Data analysis uses a double linear regression technique by using SPSS 22 software. The results show that the individual characteristic variables does not have any partial effect toward the performance of the employees of Parts Department PT Trakindo Utama Cabang Samarinda branch and individual characteristic variables (X1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are simultaneously influential in the performance of the Employees (Y) Parts Department at PT trakindo Utama, Samarinda branch.  Suggestions for PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda Branch, the company should hold a family gathering in order to improve not only for each employees relations but also with bosses to stay awake, provide suggestions and evaluate employee work which can effectively improve employee performance, manage the best possible time so that the job can be completed on time.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style and non-physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of BBTKLPP Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative descriptive using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using the sesnus technique, where all populations are taken, each population has the same opportunity to be sampled. The number of samples taken in this study were 110 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.042 <0.05, so hypothesis I was accepted. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Leadership style has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.455 > 0.05, so hypothesis III is rejected. Non-fictional work environment has no positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.256 > 0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05 (p <0.05), so hypothesis V is accepted. Leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 1.57 < 1.96 then hypothesis VI is rejected. Non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable with a significance level of Z score 2.51> 1.96 then hypothesis VII is accepted. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and organizational involvement on employee retention. This research was conducted at Kumala Hotel Legian Beach. The population of this study was all permanent employees totaling 148 people and using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 108 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The method of data collection is done by means of interviews and surveys with tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all research hypotheses are acceptable. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The better the non physical work environment and organizational involvement, the higher the employee retention rate. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention.
