Serang Village is one of the tourism village located in Blitar and initiated in 2014. The area of Serang Tourism Village is generally located on land owned by the local communities and Perum Perhutani. But in its management, the Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism of Blitar Regency especially tourism sector also become a part of management tourism in Serang Village. It required a synergy between the parts related to the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This study aims to determine synergy in the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This research is located in Serang Tourism Village, Panggungrejo Subdistrict, Blitar Regency. The data used in this study is qualitative data with the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data were collected using the method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive method. The results show that the total area of Serang Tourism Village is ??928.858 Ha and territorially divided into three (3) territories namely Serang I, Serang II, Serang III. In tourism activities, especially in the area of ??Serang Beach in Serang Tourism Village is located on government land and in this case managed by Perum Perhutani. Synergy in the management of Serang Tourism Village area identified based on several stages, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.   Keywords:Tourism Vilage, Synergy, Management, Mapping Of Territories

The growth of accomodation number in Canggu Village is very significant and happen on the seashore. Canggu village is a strategic place for investors to invest today. One of accomodation that has been built by investors in this village is Canggu Intercontinental Hotel. The building process of this hotel experienced many problems caused by violation of agreement between investors and local people. Thus, this research aims to determine the conflicts between local people of Canggu village and tourism investors. This research conducted in Canggu village, Kuta Utara subdistrict, Badung regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. The data source used are primary and secondary data. The data collecting technique used are in-depth interview, observation, and literature study. The method used to determine informants is purposive sampling technique, and the informants are chief of Banjar Canggu and head of orderliness and peacefully section of Kuta Utara subdistrict. This research is limited by concept of agreement, concept of local people, and theory of conflict. The result of this research is that the conflicts between local people and tourism investors about access of Batu Mejan and Canggu cemetery in Canggu village, Badung regency are manifest and latent conflict. The manifest conflict is in the form of road blockade to Canggu Intercontinental Hotel construction which done by local people. The latent conflict is in the form of local issues that emerged among local people which can lead them to do physical actions or manifest conflicts with the investors. Those conflicts are proofs of disagreement between local people and investors regarding to the access of local cemetery and Batu Mejan Temple in Canggu village. Night entertainments become a special attraction for tourists to fulfill their holidays in Bali with just listening to the music’s or enjoying drinks provided in bars, discotheque/cafes. By these facilities, Bali become a magnet of both domestic and foreign tourists. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collecting is done with the observation field, in-depth interview, and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative with the record and explain the results cleary based on the formulation of a problem that has been determined, as well as questionnaires are analyzed using quantitative data as data supporters of the research.   The results of this research explains that there are several different types of activities that can be done in place of evening entertainment, including dancing, enjoy music, and enjoy drinks and meals are offered in the café/restaurant. Then from the results of the questionnaire obtained the results that the response of local communities included in the stages of Apathy, which previously accepted as tourism sector economic growth but this time its presence was felt not to mention everything. People living in the surroundings feel uncomfortable and insecure due to the activity of the night until the early hours Keywords :Response of Local People, Night Entertainment, Legian Kuta

Selection of research on "Cooking Class as Tour Packages at the Restaurant Laka Leke in Ubud Bali" is motivated the potential that cant be find anything in Ubud area which can be put into a package "cooking class", and how to plan a tour package "cooking class" in support of the potential that exists in Ubud. Data collection in this study was done by observation, interviews, and library research. Type of data used is the qualitative data supported by quantitative data, while the data source are the primary data and secondary data. Results of this study showed that of the observations made on potentiality of tourism in Ubud village is still a lot of potentials that has not been developed and the maximum attention, especially from the local government. Development of tourism in Ubud village just focus on a few places in the Ubud area. For the Bureau of Tourist’s Travel or restaurant should pay more attention to making travel packages which involving local communities and make a package that is unique and different so will not appear tour packages that already exist.

The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor.                   Subak Sembung Ecotourismhas width of 155 hectares, administratively a part of Peguyangan village, North Denpasar subdistrict. The existence of this Subak Ecotourism is a green line left in Denpasar city. The purposes of this research are to determine the development of Subak Sembung as ecotourism destination in Peguyangan village, Denpasar, Bali and to determine about the role of youth generation ofSubak Sembung Ecotourism development in Peguyangan village, Denpasar, Bali.                   The data used inthis research is qualitative data with the data sources in the formof primary data and secondary data. Those data collected using method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determining of informants done by purposive technique.                   The result of this research show that the youth generation of Banjar Pulugambang actively participate in tourism activities such as involved in events that held by Subak Sembung Ecotourism manager. Their roles are as the guest greeters, classified in a cimittee as food and drinks keepers, handicraft accessories keepers, and also involved as a local guide, help in decorating, keep the environment clean, and do events such as fishing, guiding inmaking canang, outbound, teaching the tourists to painting and also teaching the tourist to dance. The purpose of this research is to know the existence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, as well as synergies between tourism stakeholder in the Baha tourism village in making Baha as a tourism village in Badung Regency This research is located in Bahavillage, MengwiSubdistrict, BadungRegency.The type of research is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources obtained from the primary data and secondary data. The method of data collecting used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study revealed that the presence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, that consists of: (1) Government (Tourism Office of Badung Regency and the Dinas village of Baha). (2) The organizers of tourism business, comes from the local community who made their houses as homestays, and (3) local communities play a role in tourist attraction, which is coordinated by POKDARWIS. <p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>

Abstract PPAT is needed by the community to provide services in the field of land, especially in making a written evidence of authentic deed PPAT. An area that is not enough to have PPAT positions can be appointed a Head of Sub-district as PPAT Temporary according to Article 5 paragraph (3) letter a GR Number 37 of 1998. Central Maluku District still lack PPAT position and has not been appointed Camat as PPAT-Temporary. Problems in this research are: 1) how the implementation of GR Number 37 of 1998, especially about Camat as PPAT-Temporary in Central Maluku District?, 2) factors influencing the implementation of the rule?, so the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Article 5 paragraph (3) letter a GR Number 37 of 1998 in Central Maluku District and to determine the factors that affect its implementation. The research method used is empirical juridical method with primary data source and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct research with interview technique to resource person. Secondary data sources were obtained from literature study using primary and secondary legal materials. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Article 5 paragraph (3) letter a GR Number 37 of 1998 in Central Maluku Regency has not run well, seen from there are only 3 (three) PPAT and 1 (one) Camat as PPAT-Temporary by 18 subdistrict, this is influenced by several factors , among others are: 1) Interest of Head of Sub-district to become PPAT-Temporary because every there socialization activity from District Office of Camat usually assign its staff to follow the socialization; 3) The geographical condition of Central Maluku District is vulnerable to the control so that the Camat does not have time to submit a request for appointment as PPAT-Temporary. Suggestions that can be submitted is to achieve the purpose of land registration and public service tasks to the community then it is better the appointment of the Camat as well as PPAT-Temporary by building and improving the facilities and means of transportation so that people can reach the Office PPAT easily. Keywords: PPAT-Temporary, Public Service of Land Administration Abstrak PPAT sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat untuk memberikan pelayanan di bidang pertanahan khususnya dalam pembuatan suatu alat bukti tertulis yaitu akta otentik PPAT. Suatu daerah yang belum cukup terdapat jabatan PPAT maka dapat diangkat seorang Camat sebagai PPAT Sementara sesuai Pasal 5 ayat (3) huruf a PP Nomor 37 Tahun 1998. Kabupaten Maluku Tengah masih kekurangan jabatan PPAT dan belum diangkat Camat sebagai PPAT-Sementara.  Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1) bagaimana implementasi PP Nomor 37 Tahun 1998 khususnya mengenai Camat sebagai PPAT Sementara di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, 2) faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi aturan tersebut?, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi Pasal 5 ayat (3) huruf a PP 37 Tahun 1998 di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis empiris dengan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari penelitian secara langsung dengan teknik wawancara kepada narasumber. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi Pasal 5 ayat (3) huruf a di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah belum berjalan dengan baik, terlihat dari hanya terdapat terdapat 3 (tiga) orang PPAT dan 1 (satu) orang Camat sebagai PPAT Sementara dari 18 Kecamatan, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah : 1) Minat Camat untuk menjadi PPAT Sementara karena setiap ada kegiatan sosialisasi dari Kantor Pertanahan Camat biasanya menugaskan stafnya untuk mengikuti sosialisasi tersebut; 2) Kondisi geografis Kabupaten Maluku Tengah yang rentan kendali sehingga Camat tidak sempat untuk menyerahkan permohonan pengangkatan sebagai PPAT-Sementara. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah untuk mencapai tujuan pendaftaran tanah dan tugas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat maka sebaiknya pengangkatan Camat sekaligus sebagai PPAT-Sementara dengan membangun dan memperbaik fasilitas dan sarana transportasi agar masyarakat dapat menjangkau Kantor PPAT dengan mudah. Kata Kunci: PPAT-Sementara, Pelayanan Publik bidang pertanahan.

Tourism is designed to be a number one source of foreign exchange in Indonesia. But the development of toursm and tourist destination will definitely have an economic impact whether it’s positive impact or negative impact. As well as development in tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwang. This research aims to find out what is the participation of local community in the development of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwangand to find out what is the economic impactof it. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data source. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Which is obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Informant determination is done bypurposive sampling technique.                   The results of this research is tourist destinationHidden Canyon Beji Guwangmanagement derived entirely from the participation of local communities in Desa Guwang. The purpose of this study was to determine the management system to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage. Background underlying this study is the hallmark and uniqueness of Pura Tirta Empul. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data with the source of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants using purposife sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used by the process of descriptive qualitative analysis conducted through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Management systems to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage in this study using POAC management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Results from this study is the strength of a leader or manager in executing management functions POAC management system as well as it has been implemented in Pura Tirta Empul.
