This study focused on seeing the effect of mediation of job satisfaction  between competency and motivation towards lecturer achievement and also   partially   tested  both  variables. The object of this study was lecturers at    universities in Gorontalo, with 100 respondents by spreading quisioner online. This study also uses structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that competency variables have a positive and significant influence both partially and mediation of job satisfaction to lecturer achievement. This research can be a reference for universities in looking at competency and motivation relationships through mediating of job satisfaction  towards  lecturer  awards to be able  to  take  the  right policies. This research in the design is static, the model that we developed based on empirical studies and testing that is only limited to putting together a simple relationship related to  competency  variables  and  motivation as variables that can affect lecturer achievement by mediation of job satisfaction  variables.

This research focuses on developing new concepts and empirically testing eWoM variable-forming factors on consumer purchasing intentions, and looking at the indirect influence of e-wom forming indicators. This study used a sample of 100 respondents who had purchased after seeing tik-tok. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling by spreading questioner online. This study also uses structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that Platform Assistance has a significant effect on purchase intention. Not only that, but the concern of others and also helping the company has a positive and significant influence on purchasing intentions. This study is still rare in looking at what factors form the variable e-whom and how these factors influence consumer purchasing intentions. This research in the design is static, a model that develops based on empirical studies and testing that is only limited to establishing a simple relationship related to e-wom forming factors that can affect consumer purchasing intentions through a tik-tok application.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of work ethics on performance using job satisfaction and affective commitment as mediating variables. The variables used include the dimensions of multidimensional work ethic profile (independent variable), job satisfaction and affective commitment (mediating variables), and performance (dependent variable). The survey research design was applied to meet the objective of this study, with 400 questionnaires had been sent to the lecturers in Central Java. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was adopted to test some hypotheses developed in this study. The findings, based on the response rate of 76% (304 of the 400) of the questionnaires successfully collected and ready for analysis, are that not all dimensions of multidimensional work ethic profile directly influence the task performance, of the dimensions of  multidimensional work ethic profile, only the dimension of hard work directly and significantly influence the task performance, job satisfaction mediates some of the dimensions of multidimensional work ethic profile on the task performance, and affective<br />commitment do not mediate the influence of all dimensions of multidimensional work ethic profile on the task performance.
