Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji kendala keuangan dan saling ketergantungan dalam keputusan keuangan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada sektor consumer goods yang go public dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Terdapat 24 perusahaan swasta yang dapat diteliti setelah dilakukan purposive sampling. Arus kas sebagai variabel dependen yang diukur dengan pengeluaran modal, perubahan kas, dividen, perubahan hutang jangka pendek dan panjang dan total aset. Investasi, kas, dan hutang sebagai variabel independen yang diukur menggunakan aktiva tetap bersih, kas, hutang jangka pendek dan panjang, perubahan dalam modal kerja, dividen, nilai pasar dan total aset. Sedangkan arus kas perusahaan dan resiko operasional perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode least square dan uji individu (uji-t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi, kas, dan hutang berpengaruh positif terhadap arus kas perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi manajer keuangan agar perlu memperhatikan jumlah hutang perusahaan karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap arus kas perusahaan. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya menggunakan perusahaan pada sektor lain.  This research was conducted to support finance and interdependence in financial decisions. The sample used in this study was companies in the consumer goods sector that went public and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. There are 24 companies that can be issued after purposive sampling. Cash flow as the dependent variable needed with capital, cash changes, dividends, short-term loans and total assets. Investment, cash, and debt as independent variables using fixed bonds, cash, short and long term loans, changes in working capital, dividends, market value and total assets. While the company's cash flow and company operational risk as a moderating variable. This research uses the quadratic method and individual test (t-test). The results of this study prove that investment, cash, and loans are positive towards the company's cash flow. The implications of this study for financial managers need to be considered by the number of companies because they need to be considered for the company's cash flow. For further researchers need to use companies in other sectors.

This study seek to contribute to the literature through research focused on companies listed and not listed on the stock exchange. A survey was used to identify the capital structure of Brazilian companies and relate the results to the Brazilian credit market. The results indicate that most of the investigated companies prefer not to issue convertible debt, as well as the share of firms issuing common shares was small. It was found that firms do not have preference between long-term and short-term debt. Finally, it was also noted that private companies have great concern about the volatility of earnings and cash flow. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan manajemen laba dan dampaknya terhadap relevansi nilai informasi akuntansi serta peran good corporate governance (GCG) sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 83 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 62 perusahaan manufaktur. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan dan struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba sementara karakteristik perusahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba dengan indikator short term discretionary accruals dan long term discretionary accruals merupakan indikator dari manajemen laba yang paling berpengaruh terhadap relevansi nilai informasi akuntansi dan good corporate governance terbukti memperlemah pengaruh manajemen laba terhadap relevansi nilai informasi akuntansi. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat berguna sebagai dasar masukan dan pertimbangan bagi pengguna laporan keuangan khususnya investor dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan investasi. Bagi pihak manajemen, hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penyusunan rencana kegiatan perusahaan dan bagi pemerintah dalam menetapkan kebijakan pajak.

The aim of this paper was to examined the influence of profitability, cash flow, liquidity, leverage and firm size towards dividend payout ratio. The sample includes 11 manufactur companis in consumer goods industry sector listed in Inodnesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on the year period 2016-2019. We use time series regression (panel data) to test the hypothesis of this study. The results shows that independent variables of profitability, liquidity, and leverage have positive and significant impact in dividend payout ratio; whereas, the independent variables of cash flow and firm size have negative and significant impact on dividend payout ratio.Kata Kunci : Dividend Payout Ratio, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Hutang, Ukuran Perusahaan

The Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) is an indicator that can be used by investors to know the movements of the sharia stock market. This research aims to analyze the effect of the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis uses equations by the method of Error Correction Model (ECM). This study analyzed the relationship between the dependent and independent variables in both the short term and long term. Estimation results show that in the long term and the short term, the variable amount of the inflation was a positif and significant in the short term but not significant in the long term affect the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI). The variable amount of the BI rate and exchange rate was a negative and significant in the short term but not significant in the long term affect the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI). These results show that inflation, BI rate and exchange rate was significant in the short term affect the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).

This research aims to empirically examine the effect of Return on Assets, Free Cash Flow, and Leverage on its value in the Consumer Goods Industry company during the year 2016 to 2018. The method of determining the sample uses purposive sampling. One hundred eighteen pieces were selected with predetermined criteria on this. This research's independent variables are Return On Assets, Free Cash Flow, and Leverage as the dependent variable is Company Value. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, classic assumptions, feasibility models. The results indicate that the variable Return on assets and Leverage affect the company's value. Whereas the variable Free Cash Flow does not affect the value of the company. <p><em>This study aims to prove empirically the influence of real manipulation in moderating the negative corporate environmental disclosure against corporate financial performance in the short and long term. This research theory focuses on stakeholder theory.</em></p><p><em>The research sample focuses on state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the </em>2013-2016<em> period. The criteria for selecting research samples used purposive sampling method, so that it was obtained 11 companies that became the research sample. Data were analyzed using classic assumption test, descriptive statistic, and moderated regression analysis using </em>SPSS 19.0<em>.</em></p><p><em>The results of this study are corporate environmental disclosure has a positive effect on corporate financial performance in the short term, real manipulation moderates negatively corporate environmental disclosure towards corporate financial performance in the short term, corporate environmental disclosure has no effect towards corporate financial performance in the long run, and real manipulation can not moderate corporate environmental disclosure towards corporate financial performance in the long run.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords </em>:<em> Real Manipulation, Corporate Environmental Disclosure, Corporate Financial Performance</em></p>

This study investigated the impact of capital structure on profitability of consumer goods firms in Nigerian for a period of eight years (2011-2018). Data of ten (10) randomly selected listed firms of the Nigeria Stock Exchange were derived from the firms’ published financial reports for the period covered. The panel regression results revealed that Debt to Asset Ratio(DAR) is positively significant on Return On Asset(ROA) (Proxy for profitability),while other proxies of capital structure shows that Debt to Equity(DER), Liquidity Ratio(LIQ), are not statistically significant, Short Term Debt to Total Asset Ratio (SDTA) shows a negative connection, Firm Size (FS) has a weak correlation with profit and Long Term Debt to Total Asset Ratio (LDTA) do not influence firms’ profitability of the consumer goods sector of Nigeria economy. In conclusion, capital structure influences the profitability of consumer goods sector of Nigerian Stock Exchange. It was recommended that firms in that sector should leverage on debt financing to boost their earnings as interest payment on debt is tax deductible.

This study aims to know the effect of sales and account receivables turnover on profitability in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods and industrial sector listed on Indonesian stock exchange for 2017-2019 period. The independent variables in the study are sales and accounts receivable turnover. The dependent variable was profitability. The sample in this study was manufacturing companies in the consumer goods and industrial sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2017-2019, namely 27 companies. They were taken by purposive sampling technique and 81 datawere taken. The method in analyzing data by using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the influence of sales did not have effect on profitability, while the influence of account receivables turnover have significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously the influence of sales and accounts receivable turnover has significant effect on profitability.

The objectives of this research are to examine prediction power of tax, earnings, and cash flow on future tax with firms size namely asset total and sales value as control variable. The samples of data are manufactur firm that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2003 – 2008. Data total is 270 firm that fulfill requirement namely have not negative tax, earnings, and cash flow. The source of data is Indonesian Stock Exchange. Technic of data gathered is purposive sampling. Independent variables are taxt-1, earningst-1 and cash flowt-1, while control variables are firm size namely asset total dan sales value. Dependent variable is taxt. The analysis that use in this research is statistic descriptif and regression test. The result of this research indicate that partially earnings, cash flow, and firm size namely asset total and sales value have significantly effect on tax future, while tax have not significantly effect on future tax. For examining simultantly indicate that tax, earnings, cash flow, and firm size have significantly effect on future tax. The prediction power earnings on future tax better than cash flow and tax.
